Had both seller and buyer from Premier. Did not work so good for me as buyer. Final walk thru 1 hour before closing. Had to deal with a house full of stuff I didnt want. Seller agent dropped the ball and handled it bad. Wife and I not happy. Would not recommend them.

Kirk fits that bill as well and its a pleasant experience to find someone that can do both sides of the equation, professionally. Weve known Kirk for a while and recommend him with no reservations at all. If you have the chance to work with him selling your property and finding you a new one, you cant do any better than Kirk. Dishonest. We hope this will spare other families from the nightmare experience we had with Premier Reality in Sewalls Point, FL. . We dealt with the owner and 2 brokers who do not have an ounce of integrity between them. They hooked us into signing the Listing Agreement contract with aggressive and misleading sales tactics then deceived us every step of the way.One painful example; we asked for an in-person meeting with the owner and the broker to show hard evidence (in writing) of how the broker had lied and deceived us. Even after the broker turned beat red and began avoiding eye contact, the owner did not see where this type of behavior could be a problem. At that point if became clearly apparent that treating people honestly is not a practice nor requirement at Premier Reality. For real estate in the Stuart - Sewalls Point area go with a reputable national firm.

I wish to commend the services that Leon Abood did for my husband and me. Our dilemma was to sell our waterfront property and downsize or to keep the property and make repairs (new roof, windows, paint) to accommodate our aging needs. After considerable discussions with Leon and his visiting the property to give us an estimated appraisal we decided to stay in our current location and spend money on necessary repairs. He helped us realize that we would not be happy in any other place and in the long run increasing property values would be more profitable. If you want to find the hard to find homes and have someone work out the best deal for you, they are the ones to turn to.

When I inspect a property, I depend on the listing agency to have researched and prepared the listing. It is a waste my time, to show me a property that has serious issues that Premier was unaware of.Changing the terms of the sale at the time of a formal offer is improper. I also believe that not presenting my formal offer to the vendor is unethical. I was also annoyed by the agents attempts to steer me away from the property I was interested in. But most of all I am annoyed at the agents assumption that I am not savvy about the market.I never said what the property was...there is no record when you do not submit a formal offer to the vendor. Deal with it properly from the get go...its too late now.

My wife and I had been casually looking into retirement home options for some time when we happened upon an Open House being held by Andi Stapels. We spent a great deal of time talking to her about the local real estate markets, economies, seasonal climate, etc. and I walked away thinking she was a very nice person, a highly dedicated profession and a very well-informed individual. Plus, I got some cookies! Among other things, Andi offered to send us information on new properties in the area as they became available. I’m a natural skeptic so I figured this was a superficial offer or it wouldn’t last long, particularly since we live in Ohio and can’t exactly fly to Florida every week just to look around. Two years, scores of emails, hundreds of listings, numerous phone calls, at least a half-dozen trips spending large portions of her weekends one-on-one, and countless texts later, not only did Andi find us our dream house but she became a true friend! We were amazed at the level of dedication, compassion and patience Andi exhibited toward us. We’ve dealt with several realtors before, but never have we encountered one with Andi’s level of energy, stamina and undeniable sincerity! She was always looking out for our best interest, even during periods of our own uncertainty.I couldn’t possibly overemphasize the level of complete satisfaction we feel and the gratitude we have for being fortunate enough to accidentally cross paths with Andi Stapels! Once one of you started doing this, now all the realtors are starting to do likewise, making the practice all the more reprehensible.There is absolutely no need to blemish the spectacular views of our precious Indian River Lagoon. Your signs are perfectly visible on the house side, and in fact are be more likely to be read without the distraction of the eyes moving between the two, and the mind being upset by the rudeness of your placements.Please remove those offensive river-side signs immediately. Your buyers and all the others who enjoy the views will be more hospitable to your services, and grateful for your considerations. Myself, and many others with whom I have spoken, will also be glad not to have to resort to more public efforts.Fort Pierce, FL
