AMAZING! Best place weve ever stayed. Al and his team make sure everything is great during your stay. Our family of 7 plus a few friends fit comfortably with room to spare. The amenities are second to none. And the private beach is nice and quiet.Well 110% be back next year. I dont plan on looking anywhere else for our vacation home any time soon.

Could so many positive reviews be too good to be true? No, they are very well deserved. Our house rental was beautifully appointed with many thoughtful and helpful amenities, plenty of space and homey nooks. This management company took so much of the stress and chores away that are usually part of traveling and setting up house.. For us, the home As good as it gets really was an experience that was perfect for our family with the most beautiful views on three sides of the house that made us feel like we were on a private island.

This was our second year booking with Beach Houses in Paradise. The house was able to accommodate our family of three generations. The house was fully equipped for cooking and lots of fun. The heated pool was great for the younger kids. The Beach is wonderful and just over the private boardwalk. It will definitely be a house we consider re-booking (there were 17 of us) as everyone was very comfortable in their sleeping quarters. There was plenty of common space for all of us to eat and play games in the evening. Did I mention they had tons of games. This company doesn’t miss a beat in setting up these houses for visitors for fun and relaxation. Lots of parking was a added plus with this house.

Our crew of golfers just returned from our second trip staying at a BHIP property. This years house was Carpe Diem and was just as spectacular as last years house Family Tides. These BHIP managed houses are on a narrow barrier island near Stuart, Florida, surrounded by the ocean and river.The houses are fully stocked with all the amenities you need for a great beach oriented vacation (linens, towels, water, coffee, bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, fire wood for the fire pit, etc., etc.) I can honestly say Ive never stayed in such nicely done homes. They are something right out of a travel magazine.Al, the manager was very accommodating and responsive to our needs. We had a somewhat major plumbing issue last year caused by a failed pump. I notified Al and it was completely fixed by the end of the day. Yes - things do go wrong sometimes, but rest assured they will resolve it promptly in the unlikely event it happens during your stay.We cant wait for next years trip to another BHIP property.

Great beach house with all the amenities. You name it and its probably there! There are bikes and kayaks and xboxes. Toiletries are all there. Furthermore, great beaches.

We had an amazing vacation due to the management and personal touches at our Paradise Beach Home ! Chateau de la Mer was more than we expected and our group of 12 lifelong friends had the perfect week. Thank you for making our experience wonderful! We hope to be back!

Best Vacation Rental Ever!I cant adequately express how much we loved our stay at the Oceania. I also cant emphasize enough how much we wish we had stayed for a longer period of time. We had family and friends (20 total) and it was plenty of room with plenty of things to do. From kitchen ware, extra bedding, water toys, toiletries, to little just for you secret finds, this property had everything! I have stayed in many vacation rentals which have typically been great experiences, but Oceania far exceeded these. Als one and only concern was that we relax and enjoy our vacation, which we did. We played on the beach with the boogie boards, relaxed on the beach chairs, went fishing on the lagoon, took the kayaks and paddle boards out on the lagoon, had a ping-pong and volleyball tournaments, soaked in the hot tub, grilled burgers on the balcony, and played games on the large dining room table. Yes, we crammed all those activities in four days. We are already planning to return, hope fully summer of 2020. This time well know to plan a longer stay! Thanks Al for everything!03/29/2019

We frequently rent homes from some amazing places. From the mountains to the Caribbean Sea to Napa wine country, Mediterranean Sea and along the most beautiful coast lines of the Atlantic Ocean or the island of St John. I would have to say this was one of the best houses we’ve ever experienced. Every amenity possible, amazing 360 degree upfront and close water views or access... plus if you want to cool or need to cook or love to cook... the kitchen has everything!

Best rental ever! House was better than the pictures. It was well stocked over and above our expectations. I can’t say enough positive reviews about our Christmas vacation. We will definitely be back again for another family reunion!

Paradise For SureOur family of 17 enjoyed this house for a week! It was very clean, and everything you could want or need was provided. We were pleasantly surprised by the details like robes, slippers, nespresso coffee, and little gifts. We used the fat bikes on the beach, and water toys, paddle boards, and kayaks every day. Property management responded immediately with questions. This was our best VRBO experience and we plan to return.12/02/2019

This place is a complete scam. We booked over 8 weeks out for them to cancel six weeks from out stay, charge us $500 for them canceling our booking, and they will NOT respond to numerous voicemails, messages, and emails. They scammed us out of $500 do noooooottttt book with this website or host. They’re just taking peoples money and canceling and then you can’t reach them!

Spent last week in Stuart, FL at Nirvana Shores from Beach Houses in Paradise. What a wonderful home and location! Sits right on the Indian River and across the street from the ocean with private access.The home was spacious with plenty of comfortable beds, we had 12 guests and could have easily accommodated 4 more without even using the pull out couches as beds. The bedrooms had comfortable memory foam beds and bathrooms stocked with all the toiletries you need. There were extra sheets and towels in each room. The kitchen was huge and in addition to everything youd expect had a second full size beer/wine fridge, 2 ice makers, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, waffle iron, sandwich press, 2 coffee machines, juicer and toaster. It was also stocked with coffee, tea, water and a basket of snacks upon arrival. The 2 living rooms were huge and had plenty of seating. Every room in the house had a Sonos speaker for whole house audio from your smartphone.The first floor had a storage room that was fully stocked for beach fun. There were fishing poles with tackle boxes and bait, water shoes in every size for the whole family, a dozen beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, metal detectors, cornhole, life jackets, snorkeling gear and just about any outdoor game you can think of. Outside there were kayaks, SUPs, a water bike and a giant inflatable flamingo party float.The covered pool was great for the sunny days, stayed cool enough to be refreshing on the hottest of days. The hot tub on the roof deck was a quiet place to relax in the shade.With the elevator and child gates at each staircase, this place is setup for families of all ages!Al of Beach Houses in Paradise really has thought of everything to make your vacation a relaxing, fun experience. We’ve already booked next year’s trip.
