Deb came to my property to evaluate my termite problem. She immediately identified the problem, but told me that she didnt do the work I would need done. She immediately referred me to a great company who could and then proceeded to spend quite a bit of time giving me help and advice on what I could do. All for 0$. Thank you Deb for your help and honestly. Im sure I will call them again and I will highly recommend them to anyone needed exterminating done.

I can’t possibly express how pleased I am with Patrick Exterminating! From start to finish, I had a great experience. I called their office because I was having a pretty bad issue with ants and immediately the office staff put my mind at ease; they are super friendly and always helpful with any questions I have. Scheduling was a breeze - they were able to get Debbie out the very same day! Debbie evaluated my situation and made her recommendation for treatment. The price was right, so we decided to get it done ASAP. I couldn’t believe it when they had a technician at my house the very next day to take care of our problem. Clara, our technician, explained what she would do and went to work. Clara was professional, caring and courteous. We are always happy to see her smiling face when she comes every other month for our regular preventative maintenance. I couldn’t be happier with our experience and I would absolutely recommend Patrick Exterminating to anyone.

So looking for a new service I saw these great reviews and had someone come out to give me an estimate for my bug problem. I will say this person was pleasant, courteous and professional. They said that since I had a lot of ants in the house they needed to do a full treatment which included drilling little holes in the wall to make sure they had not built nests in the structure. I have heard of this but when they gave me the price of $850 for a one time treatment I was like wow are there any other options? They said they were a bit pricier than others but they did a great job. Clearly based on reviews they must. However since I dont have that kind of money and they didnt offer another option I got another quote. This quote was $150 to spray in and out (and they found the little colony that had started outside and the trail coming in) and they said lets start with this first and see if that does the trick. Well it did the trick and I havent seen an ant since then. Can you imagine if I went with their solution of $850? I felt I needed to write this post so others dont panic and think that they have a total bug infestation in their walls when they dont and pay this kind of money without trying something smaller first.

Scheduling was quick and the office staff were friendly. An exterminator visited in the same week and I am now pest free. Very happy with the price, professionalism and expertise of the exterminator, and responsiveness of office.

All of you are amazing, no more ants here!! At one point Im pretty sure the whole office came and helped with my outdoor patio and yard ant infestation. So very thankful for all your help!! A+ with customer service!!
