They were a pleasure to work with…great crew, great design ideas and very knowledgeable about native plant species in south FL. They did extensive landscape and hardscape installation and my yard looks beautiful!

Abysmal customer service and ridiculous pricing. Wanted $600 to remove some plants that another company.did (well) for $225. Took me three weeks just to get them to estimate the job. No call-backs. Worse than awful.

I never leave bad reviews but I feel compelled to do so because I don’t want others wasting their money and getting horrible results.I spent a great deal of money with Organic Solutions having my yard landscaped and lighted. Even though they are expensive, I decided to hire them for weekly maintenance because they promised me that they would “keep my investment looking stunning”. One and a half years later 30+% of the massive number of plantings they did are dead/dying because they were either poorly maintained or wrongly placed (too much sun or too little sun), my lawn is weedy, my yard is a jungle of overgrown shrubs, large weeds, bare spots, and breakthrough plants. When I complained to the Company they agreed it was a “mess” and said they would make it better but they pruned a few shrubs and left it at that.Organic Solutions did such a poor job I have had to hire another Landscape company to do 4 Full days of clean-up before they can even begin regular maintenance. I also have to spend thousands replacing plants placed by Organic Solutions.This has been a terrible experience.

Nice company

It a world full of toxic chemicals, it is so refreshing to find a company that prides itself on using safe and sustainable ways to care for lawns and manage pests. I dont have to worry about my kids or pets playing on the grass. The customer services is fantastic and they go above and beyond to be sure questions are answered and lawn care needs are met. They also give back to the local community and truly stand behind their product. I highly recommend using them! Great services, great products, and amazing people

Very pleased with every aspect of this companies service. They went above and beyond our expectations. Made it convenient for us to meet with them on our schedule and made the follow-up adjustment needed to supply our lawn with a very important requirement....water (in all the right areas) This service took place while they were in the middle of relocation to a new facility and I know the challenges of trying to juggle all these things while keeping on schedule with you customers needs. Kudos to all of their staff in a job well done and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering the services that they offer. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. They DO NOT do their own designs, they contract them out. So they are over-priced and you have to chase them down for months to get the landscape designs, then they don’t give you everything you pay for!Don’t bother calling to talk to Dan, his secretary - Athena - will tell you he’s in the bathroom, put you on hold for over 10 mins and then get on to tell you he’s in a meeting now and to call back. Schedule a meeting at their office and they cancelled 20 mins before...What a terrible way to do business. Save yourself the headache and go to company who will actually design the plans and be respectable to you, your time and your wallet. Organic solutions is litterally just the middle man, who you don’t even need.

This is a very nasty landscaping company. They dont know how to work with people. They treat very nasty their employees and they dont care about customer service. Many costumers have change landscaping companies because they have ruined there landscaping. Be very careful when you choose this company to do your lawn work.
