Was a long time customer of Angus Pest Control. JJ, our tech is awesome. He was with Angus and transferred over to Turner with the buy out. Angus was top notch all the way around. My problem is with Turners scheduling tactics and now they wont come out quarterly either. They over schedule and call me a day before to tell me that they scheduled my service. This is not how it is supposed to work. I have asked MULTIPLE times not to schedule me on the willy dilly because I require inside spraying as well. Every single time I have to call them back and reschedule because they choose to schedule me when it is convenient for them. I work so I need to schedule the time so they can spray the interior of my home as well. Today, here I sit at home and it is 1p. I was scheduled for service between 11 and 12p. This is not the techs fault. It is Turners problem. They are the absolute worst at customer service. I am stopping all service after todays appointment and going with Reynolds Pest Service. UPDATE...now 2:49 pm...still no one here. Called Turner...given the run around, stated maybe the tech had a family emergency or called off today. I said, wouldnt you have called the customers in the morning and rescheduled if this was the case? She said she would reach out to the tech and call me back. She hasnt. Im done with them. They will not take responsibility for their misgivings on scheduling and poor customer service. Blame it on tech...NOT

My pest control service was with Angus and they were great, affordable, reliable, & I had no pest issues. Then Turner bought them out. The price went up and they do not come quarterly. They said the reason was they use a stronger product. Really??? I am battling ants constantly and have have even purchased products at Lowes to help. I called yesterday to have my house sprayed & was told they did not have any availability but the receptionist would check with the area manager to see what could be done. I am still waiting for that call.

Was very happy with my service until bought out by Turner Pest Control. It’s very difficult to get through to the office to schedule an appointment if having a problem. In addition, they have changed the amount of times they spray per year (fewer) which has led me to have more issues with bugs. Lastly, my fee for their service has gone up a tremendous amount and I find myself having more problems. I think paying $130.00 for a single spray is exorbitant. Why is it so expensive? I was told the product was stronger however I am not finding that to be true.

I was originally contracted with Angus for several months, who was bought out by Turner. Let me go on the record that the technician who serviced my account, Jesse, was extremely courteous and professional at all times. However the corporate office of Turner and their customer service department needs to go back to customer service 101 for a refresher course. I have repeatedly requested they contact me to schedule the appointment as I live in a manned gated community and I’m not always here to receive guests unless I know they are coming. This seemed to be a workable solution for the first couple of appointments. On my last service in June, I mailed the check upon receipt of invoice although I would’ve preferred to pay the technician as I did with Angus, but apparently Turner would rather you forward the payment directly to them in Jacksonville. To date, according to their office, the check has not been received. Needless to say, it has neither cleared my bank. Everyone is aware of all the issues with postal delivery during this political unrest. I have spoken with representatives of Turner on numerous occasions and the response is extremely unsatisfactory. I was advised by a supervisor they do not make phone calls to schedule appointments. It is done by Robo calling and that’s all they are willing to do. Additionally, when you call customer service, the wait is interminable. In speaking with someone regarding the balance of the unclear check, they want me to stop payment and re-issue a check. The bank charges $15 for this service. They were supposed to call me a couple of weeks ago to see if the check had arrived and I had agreed to go ahead and give a credit card payment if necessary with the understanding they would note my account that if a check miraculously appeared from the USPS, they would return it unprocessed. In two weeks I have received threatening letters regarding collection, yet no one has followed up by phone as promised. I have notes on everyone I have spoken with and find this to be almost laughable since they refused elevate my request. This tells me that this company operates with an I don’t care attitude. In speaking with several of my neighbors, they to have had issues with Turner since acquiring Angus. If you want customer service at the corporate and customer support level, look elsewhere.

I was a customer of Angus since 2003! I was never under contract they never just showed up I always had scheduled appointments. Turner took over I was not notified and apparently they came to my house without my permission and then proceeded to bill me which I refuse to pay and sent off to collections! For $47 shame on you! Now I received another notice cause I’ve already contested the last one that actually showed up on my credit report. Now the amount is $96.76 coming from Transworld systems. I would never recommend this service. I am appalled that someone did not contact me to set up an appointment or try to win my business! Stay off of my property and go ahead and send to collections like you already have. It was dropped because you do not have a contract. Shame on you! Angus was such a reputable company that I used for 10+ years and never ever saw something like this for $47!!!

Ive been using Angus for about 6 months now based on a co-workers recommendation, and they have absolutely exceeded my expectations. Everytime they have come out they have been so wonderful. The tech John came out and was very patient with me as I asked questions about the type of pesticide that they use and he informed that it was pet safe. Which was necessary since I have dogs. He explained the type of ants that had invaded my kitchen and what was causing them. The office is also filled with some great people as well. I highly recommend this company, and Im very happy with their service.

They merged with another Pest Control Company called Turner. The new call center for customer service is a total debacle. Fix it ! Update I down graded to 1 star, worst customer service in the Industry, been calling for days, voice response system had me on hold for hours. I tried leaving call back in info to get a response. I am and existing customer with an annual contract. I wont be renewing with this company.

I cancelled my service April 2019 and kept receiving invoices even after calling multiple times and cancelling my service. Just got another invoice for $80 for a service I have not requested and even cancelled several times. What is wrong with this company?

Bad business. Signed up for service a year ago. Owner quoted me $90 for indoor/outdoor pest control and lawn fertilizing. After paying for services for a year I got a call in January to schedule service. I told them I would be out of town so they can spray the lawn and would schedule for indoor pest control the next week. A few minutes later the owner contacted me to tell me they are no longer making money off of this deal and needed to raise my price. I was confused as I was paying for services for a year. The owner was rude and said he would call me back with a price. The next day I received a voicemail stating the service would change from $90 to $115. When I called back they said thats not accurate either and hat the price would be $130. I explained I have it on voicemail and she said Well, hes human. People make mistakes. I wont honor that price either. She told me to go find another company. Shady owner/staff!

Dont believe any of the positive stars. Had an Initial service that did absolutely NOTHING to combat the problem at hand. 2 weeks of straight calling and leaving message and not so much a peep. First payment of $80 down the drain. I ask anyone to contact me and Ill provide proof of service. Im so upset because Im all for supporting local businesses and this guy played us a fool!

We had no improvement either after 4 months of treatments for pest and lawn maintenance. Roaches appeared after the 2nd month which we never had before.
