I received a coupon for 50% off of an hour massage at Te Message. I called to make an appointment and I was told that I deep tissue massage for one hour would be $39. When I arrived the paperwork stated that a deep tissue massage cost $15 more. So my $39 massage just became $54. Still a really good deal for a deep tissue massage. But I did feel taken advantage of. My massage started a few minutes after 3 o’clock. And ended at 3:50. Last time I checked that is not an hour. The worst part about my experience was that the deep tissue massage was terrible. There was nothing deep tissue about it. The girl would hit a good spot and press it for like a millisecond and then let it go just long enough to actually aggravate any existing sore spots I had on my back.My back and neck actually hurt now. They were sore and now I feel like I need to go and pay for a real deep tissue massage so my back can feel normal again. I’m pretty sure that the girl pinched a nerve in my right shoulder because now my right arm wants to go numb. Total waste of my time and money. You get what you pay for. The owner was also rude when I questioned her about the $15 up charge for deep tissue. She informed me that deep tissue just means that they press harder. Not only did the girl not press hard but she was not even doing a true deep tissue massage. I got a 50 minute bad massage. I am so disappointed.

My first visit was today. They have many services to choose from. I had my teeth whitened by Pam(smile labs) who was great and very friendly AND I also had an outstanding massage by Kristina. She is very informative and can pinpoint where your problems are. I will definitely have a 2nd visit !

Horrible massage for both of us that went. I actually hurt for days, and called my friend and she said she felt as though she were being pinched through the whoke massage. Mine didnt hurt during, however; afterwards I had a bad few days, not to mention they didnt touch my arms, legs, hands, head, or feet, nor did they spend much time on any of my pressure points. I have a lot of massage experience and I do have to say this was the worst.

Leslie who does facials is great and I like my masseuse as well. You can sometimes hear noises from other rooms so it can mess up the ambience.

Theres no way Im not coming back, even if I didnt already have four sessions lined up.This place is like a small out of the way jewel. The entire staff is friendly, warm, and open. The staff member I saw today was Leslie. She was.. one word: fantastic. She talked to me, kept me company, made sure I was comfortable, and was just a doll in general.She explained parts of the facial, told me about different products and everything. I was supposed to get one procedure but she told me that since I was very young I might not see the effects Im hoping for. After the explanation, which was in depth, she extended to me that if I wasnt pleased with the results that the fee would be waived or I could choose something else that was equal in price.Who can you say does that? Who can you say will give you that level of customer service so that youll walk away feeling amazing not just from whatever you got done but from the ENTIRE experience?teMassage, thats who.

Every time Ive ever been to Te Massage its been am amazing express. Ive been to a couple other places before Ive been here and let me tell you..I wont go anywhere else now.Im going to stay here where its most comfortable and relaxing. I highly recommend this massage clinic 😀

My friend came into town and I picked her up from the airport. To thank me she got me a groupon for Temassage. I called, scheduled my appointment and in a couple of days I was excited for my massage/facial day. I will tell you the only pleasing thing about this salon was the gentleman who checked me in at the front desk, everything from there on out was the most disappointing service Ive ever received. First the massage. The girl seemed very young and she did at least read over my paperwork and ask if I had any problem areas. I told her I was starting to feel like I was getting carpal tunnel so maybe to work extra on my hands and some problem areas in my back. She never worked on my hands and the whole massage was like a bad experience with someone taking chopsticks and pushing them lightly on my body. (I even told her a couple of times she could increase the pressure.)Then on to the facial. First of all, first impressions are everything and this facial expert from New York literally talked to me the entire time about her ex boyfriend, how she finally dumped him and how he spun her life off track. Im not a therapist, nor do I want to hear about your problems; I am here to relax. Secondly she opened up a bag of chips or something and started eating them as she was a foot away from my face - not cool. Thirdly, Im pretty sure that the whole 25 minutes she spent on my face (supposed to be an hour facial) was more detrimental to my skin then beneficial. I came out of there with no moisturizer on my skin, no eye cream, no serum, no recommendations, no help with problem areas, no information on things I was doing right/wrong, etc - you know, things that most facial specialists will openly speak with their clients about. None of that. (even after filling out paperwork on issues I had with my skin, wrinkles, sun spots, etc.)Lastly, after a week of dry/rough skin and stewing over my unexpected obliteration of a relaxation day, I almost phoned the company to tell their owner/manager about my experience to hopefully better their business. Instead I had to take more time to come to terms that I want to forget the experience all together while passing this on. After 10+ years of getting facials in different states around the country including Alaska, Colorado, California, Michigan, Florida and Wyoming, I have NEVER been so disappointed by anything in my entire life and I honestly feel bad that my friend spent her hard earned money on a groupon to this place. I wouldnt recommend my worst enemy to come here.

I bought my wife a Goupon for several treatments at this place for Mothers Day. She called and was told to just come in, so she took the day off work and excited went for her first time visit. When she got there they said they were booked and couldnt take her in. They also embarrassed her and treated her will a condescending attitude, and told her next time to make an appointment. See will never go back to this low-end salon.
