First class showroom with top notch employees. Great service and even greater pricing on cell phone deals. This location services all Comcast television and internet services. Home security and operating systems are available. This is a one stop home electronics showroom. Very beautiful interior. Ryan is a well versed cell phone professional that really saved me more than 50% of what we had been paying at another cell carrier. Then Chantel set up the new phones and service in a nice friendly manner and made sure we knew how to operate them. Check out their plans and services because you will find better service and nicer people here.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited for 2 hours to be given a phone number because they were unable to help with the Sim cards we just bought and received from xfinity. 3 people working and 9 or 10 waiting. So inadequate for customer service and support. I was able to actually get more help online while waiting in the xfinity store. 7 hours later I still have no service. So unhappy

I went in to get help with a technical problem. It was explained there were no technical people at the store. I was told they could send a technician to my house for $100.But the problem is with Comcast system not my equipment. It is impossible to find somebody on the call-in lines who knows enough to understand the problem. The problem has been going on over a year and I keep having to do work around to make my Internet work.The tech was rude, and didn’t seem to care About my problem

I can see why they have such low rating the service at this place is absolutely terrible . Expecting someone to wait in line hours to scan an item for return!! I have returned items before and never have had to wait .. simply scan print receipt and go… I will definitely be going to a different store now on.

The experience at the store was far better then online or by phone. Now still unhappy with Comcast because they dont care about existing customers and only give the best deals to new customers. Their online and phone stinks because theyre always looking to up sell you. Not so much of that in the store. But sadly the overall experience with Comcast is dismal, were just stuck with them for now. Wonder when theyll get off the 1970s technology...

They make people wait outside while the entire inside of the store is air conditioned and empty. Obviously this is not following cdc guidelines. People that are vaccinated don’t have to wear masks or socially distance when 5 people are waiting. They clearly value politics over customer satisfaction. Had to drive to ups just to return my equipment and this is why you shouldn’t give money to corporations that play politics with YOUR money!

Horrible experience. The facility was a lot more efficient when it was in the old facility. This new one on US1 is terrible. They should have a separate location within the store for wireless phone service. That takes a long time to set up. People who want to return cable equipment and get new ones have toWait forever.

They moved from Britt Rd to US 1 with all the new stuff. The one thing they got rid of and should have kept is pick a number when you come in. It was much faster. It took me 6 weeks to solve a simple problem, ;when all they had to do is let me talk to a live person on the phone at The home office.

Its 87 degrees Outside here. I was told to go outside and wait even though the Covid mask thing is over. I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes in my car in the hot sun while the store is air-conditioned with hardly anyone in it. I would not recommend Comcast to anybody if you can get any other service I would do it. Try to do all I am trying to do is Return the cable modem. Imagine waiting this long just returned a piece of equipment.

YOU HAVE TO SIGN IN!!! You have to give your name to one of the employees to put you on the list to be called. They don’t have a sign or anyone to tell you that. You just have to figure it out.The store is brand new. Very clean. There were 3 employees and about 10 customers when I was there. The employees were all friendly and professional. They all seem knowledgeable about all of the products.

Trying to get service up but have been told every day this week that there is a problem in my area. Service tech was supposed to come today but no one showed up. I have never experienced such problems until I moved to Jensen Beach. Will be checking with AT&T for internet. One star is very generous, no star is more like it. Dont call the 800 number, just go to the Xfinity store instead if you want to get comnected.

Bunch of crooks. I woke up to my internet and cable shut off come to find out because an error on their part I had to fork out $143 after the day before I just payed them $324. I called customer service they told me to come to the store. I go to the store they tell me to call customer service for my issues. What a trash provider whatever you do don’t use this company

I am sad to say that this has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The Assistant Manager as well as the new recruit were both rude, unhelpful and ignorant to operating their own computer system. Both said that I was not listed on the Account when I had been speaking with Comcast by phone every day for the past 5 days. I asked them to check and they were very dismissive saying I had to go back to customer service by phone to get authorization. They even stepped back from the computer and challenged me to come behind the counter and take a look for myself. I left the store and called Xfinity and YES I certainly am authorized on the account and the phone operator said that the store assistant manager and associate did not know what they were doing by not seeing my name on the account. I finally went back to the store, and a different associate helped and yes my name was right on the account. I wouldn’t have given this review if the first couple had done anything to problem solve the situation. Alas, no. I would give this store a zero if I could.

Made several appointments to get assistance on cancelling my internet service, but each time I came to the store, I was told I owe more and more money. I asked for a copy of these billing statements and the breakdown, but the representatives here are very useless and unhelpful. Today’s representative, Ryan, was very rude and didn’t even let me explain the reason for my visit, other than cutting me off rudely each time with, “We’re just a retail store. I can’t help with billing.” His attitude was distasteful and off-putting. I’ll be contacting the debt collectors and my credit card company to report Xfinity for fraudulent charges. I cancelled my services on July 15, 2021, but I’m receiving charges ($120 even though I have a monthly $60 internet and cable service) for the month of August 2021.Overall, I can see how this store (and all the other Xfinity stores in Palm Beach and Delray) have such a low rating.

We had to wait a few minutes after we signed in but after that, Clint was really helpful in setting up a new Mobile device. Corporate somewhat disadvantages the stores with lack of control of the network but they handle it as professionally and smoothly as possible. Thankful for their patience and willingness to help the customers as much as possible.

Waited 1 1/2 hours on a Saturday to turn in equipment to close business account at Xfinity office in Stuart, 2830 NW Federal Hwy. After waiting, I was told by Xfinity representative that it was impossible to close account on weekend. Why did Eddy (at checkin) not inform me (as I gave hime my reason for visit was to close account)? Instead allowed me to wait 1 1/2 hours. In addition I discovered on my final 2 months of billing I was charged double the monthly amount initially quoted by Comcast business representative. In December 2020 spoke with Comcast Business representative who stated Comcast had a special discount for small businesses which had suffered from loss of business due to Covid. 2 months later I discover rate was never dropped as promised.

I still dont understand why the store where I bought my phone and set up my cell phone service could not help me closing my account and getting the code so that the place Im switching my service to could get my information out of it. It has been a monthly fight with Xfinity so offered us $15 a month plans for less than one gig of service and never fulfilled. The prices were much higher and I listened to my husband getting frustrated and angry on the phone every month trying to get it straightened out. Was seriously frightened he was going to have a stroke. I like our TV and cable service help on telephones theyre useless.

Once you get in the door everything works out. I strongly suggest making a appointment and not just trying to walk in. Either way be prepared to wait. Other than that staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Will return for future services.

Just recently singed up for comcast internet, I went to the Stuart location. Workers were more worried about mask then doing their job and having communication with clients. Its absurd that you only let 3 people at a time. The store has enough room for more customers, which can still be 6 ft apart.

Nice new beautiful store, but the same old dismal service by robotic, aloof and uncaring employees.Now theyre located in a retail store the employees should be trained in customer serviceand politeness.Long waits as they had only two employees for more than fifteen people in the store. Granted,its a new store but they should have figured it out as they had previously offered service less thana mile away at their Britt Road location where it seems they had four or more employees on duty.They supposedly upgraded me to their Blast Internet. For some reason its slower than the oldercheaper one. Constant buffering and completely stopping at times. So much for the upgrade.Dont try to call and get anything resolved as the calls are transferred to the Philippines call center.After speaking to several people you might get your problem figured out or you just might get anotherhuge dose of frustration.Comcast / Xfinity continues run as many commercials touting their service, etc. Too bad they dontspend that money and actually do something to improve their products and services.Can this be the reason that the Millenialls avoid them?

Not sure what these others are talking about, but I found the service exceptional. Clint made turning in our old equipment for new, painless and saved us money on our bill. This took way less time then when we had our phones hooked up by another provider, were talking minutes compared to hours. Great jod Clint!!!!!

Great Xfinity center!!!They greet all customers with the smile and courtesy.Xfinity Mobile had trouble to port my 2 phone numbers from another carrier to Xfiniti Mobile due to my old carrier rules.It took me a multiple trips to the store to complete the porting of my cell numbers. And special Thanks to Xfinity representative Rose who was very courteous and did accomplished my porting.I am very satisfied customer and the quality of Xfinity mobile phone service is better than I expected.Thank you Xfinity !!!

If you need to exchange something be prepared to wait a long time. They have a floor walker or greeter who takes your name but has no other function but to walk around. Honestly, taking a name and waiting for 1/2 hour or more is not good service. If they read the ratings they would change how they manage the store. Number One: There should be a speedy line for dropping off or picking up equipment. Waiting for 1/2 hour to return product is not good for a simple transaction.

Terrible terrible terrible, don’t go to this location unless you have 2 hours to spare. All I had to do was turn in a modem which only took 2 minutes once I saw a rep. They had me wait an hour and a half to try to sell phones to all the people ahead of me. Poor management, they should have realized what I needed done would only take 2 minutes. Finally a customer said take care of this guy real quick while I look at the phones and thank god because I would have been there forever. Literally took 2 minutes once I saw the rep.

If I could give Comcast zero stars I would. I have no realistic alternative as AT&T does not offer high speed broadband services, so Comcast has a monopoly in my area. I’ve tried to get them to do an installation for three months. They miss appointments. You call a “customer service” number, probably in India, and get no where. Hours on hold listening to inane music. Trust me: if you have any other option, take it. This is easily the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. The worst.

The quickest Ive ever gotten a phone. Usually Im in any other store to set up a new phone all day with xfinity it took maybe 30 minutes if that. I havent had a single problem with the service. I get signal in places where I didnt before with any other company. Im very happy

Went in to pay my bill with cash and was told to go to the kiosk. Employees stated that they cant accept cash for bill payments. I needed my change back. The kiosk DOES NOT give back change so I was forced to over pay on my account. Ive never heard of such garbage before about accepting cash. They clearly accept cash for their accessories. Whats the difference? Is Comcast/Xfinity that hard up for money? Im glad to be leaving as soon as my contract is up with them.

Owner met me at the door. Swapped out bad TV box in two minutes along w some good advice on installing it. I think a lot of the bad reviews about wait times are because this is a very seasonal area, with people coming down at the same time and needing new equipment, and not making an appointment. I cant envision its practical to staff up tech types for the seasonal surge. If I need more than a swap-out, in season, Ill make an appt on his website. My experience today, and my sense of the owner, were both very positive.

Worse than the DMV. At least with the DMV, you can make an appointment. I had to wait behind five customers just to drop off a cable card thats no longer in use and which Xfinity requested I return. Staff is uncooperative and surly. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. If you must go here (due to the near monopoly cable and broadband carriers have in many areas), youll be happiest if you minimize your interactions with this store.

Laughable service. Horrible attitudes from the employees. They all have an I dont care whether youre happy or not attitude. I personally sat in the store for 45 minutes to drop off 2 old cable boxes. There was at least 3 other people in similar situations. Save yourself the headache, trouble, and frustration; go somewhere else.

Absolutely horrible! I went in today to pick up a self install kit....took over an hour. The lady Ana who waited on me said she was new and didnt really know what she was doing so she had to ask her coworkers if/when they happened to be around. The website said my equipment was ready to be picked up but it still took almost 2 hours. Beautiful store though, but this was just ridiculous. Train your employees better before they are responsible for taking care of customers. Just another bad review that comcast gets and theyll file it away with all the others that they dont care about

Updating my review...had to go back in - this experience was great and everyone was super nice! Fixed an issue id been calling about for nearly a a year in just under an hour. Saved me my monthly calls and went back and refunded my accounts for all my troubles since July of 2019. Went from a 1 to a 5.1st post Rude staff. Cant look anyone in the face or answer a question with out checking in. 15th in line to drop off equipment. I liked the old location with drop off box.
