I am a 56 year old health care worker. One day I took a good look at myself and I didn’t like the signs of aging I was seeing. As most health care workers, I spend my time taking care of others and failed to take care of myself. I had no idea what Treatment would make the most difference for my face so I set up a consultation with Dr Capaldi. All I can say is WOW. I sat in the chair and said please help me. This was the best decision I ever made. In 30 minutes I looked 10 years younger. It has been 2 weeks and I am still seeing more positive results. This place is amazing. The staff is also amazing. I went in for my first IV treatment for energy. I feel great. I was also able to get a full blood and hormone panel for $250. I am so thankful that they do this and you dont need insurance.The facility is so clean. Getting the IV in was painless. They have comfortable chairs to sit in while getting the IV. It doesnt take long either. Overall a great experience and I plan to continue.

Buyer beware.we paid for our membership, yet our key fobs stopped working. the first time, we called and spoke to someone, thinking maybe we missed a payment somehow (we didn’t), and my husband and i were assured they would work the next time we came in.we work from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., so our schedules do not align with regular staffing hours. we are limited with our time together and limited on time outside of work.yet here we are again, drove 20 minutes to get to the gym, and are left standing outside of it with no way in, despite payment being taken out of out account. that makes two hours out of our lives wasted on driving time alone.edit to add: this is specifically for the 24 hour gym facility at revive. we have not had any procedures done at the clinic part.—08/03/2020 EDIT: they asked us to come in so they could fix or replace our key fobs. so i took yet another hour out of my day to come down.i was assisted by two, asked for my name and asked to scan the fob a couple of times. they identified the issue, but did NOT apologize for inconvenience.this is how paying customers are treated; furthermore, how a paying customer who has been unable to access their facility for four days is treated. i still don’t recommend.--04/29/2021 EDIT: once again, we were not able to get into the gym. additionally, they are not (no longer? at this time?) staffed on Thursdays, so theres no one there to help when we called today. i am utterly disappointed, because this means not only can i not train today, but i cannot tomorrow. (i have no time to train during the day due to work.)

I love this place. I have only dipped my toe in.... I received botox treatments twice, and the medical husband and wife team are amazing, super friendly, educated, kind, easy to talk to, accommodating and they work with me, not against you, meaning they do not over serve me..... and push more...... very compassionate and warm. Revive also offers blood work, for $149 in which they will do a panel of testing. For someone like me that is a non traditional citizen, I do not carry insurance, so this has been helpful on my journey to optimal health. The medical staff member Victoria, whom drew my blood, was super kind, knowledgeable and sweet. I am looking forward to exploring all of the other amenities they offer.

I love Revive. They have everything that I need. I have the best trainer there - Jon. He is very knowledgeable in all aspects of training and is always changing things up. I’m in my best shape because of him.I also have the best eyelash artist - Savannah. No one does lashes as good as she does. She is very particular with her work and always gives a full eyelash fill that will last you weeks.Thank you Revive!

I saw Dr. Dave for Botox and filler a week ago, and I am beyond blown away by my results and the professionalism. First off Revive is absolutely gorgeous— I was able to get my lashes done there the same day 💪🏼 — But most importantly I feel like he took the time to make sure I understood everything I was getting done, my options of filler, and the different techniques he can use. My results are unbelievable, I am so happy, and so thankful! I found my one stop shop!

I started out by calling the office to see what the costs would be. I was told over the phone that the cost for blood work would be $149 and that the consultation to go over the blood work was no charge. I asked if they could check to see if they take my insurance and the lady on the phone said that it didnt change anything. When I got there to do my blood work they charged me $249 and told be that I had to have a physical before my consult which would be another $100. I mentioned that I was told over the phone that they told me the blood work would only be $149 so the did comp my physical for free. That is the only reason they are getting 2 stars. So during my consult we go over everything that was needed and the price of what I needed was a little too pricey at the time. I got some things switch around in budget to be able to afford the stuff monthly made another appointment and got signed up for the prescription that I needed. When I got home there was an additional $25 shipping fee added on top of that, that was never mentioned. This once again puts it out of my budget. When I was sitting with the guy I said its $90 correct and he said yes. I didnt get an invoice till after I left because The front people kept logging him out Way too many hidden fees at this place. If you are living on a limited budget DO NOT go there.

The staff at Revive are very professional and all are so very nice and accommodating. What a great place to get healthy. Clean, knowledgeable and efficient. If you have not been there yet, you need to get in and see what they are all about.

The future of medicine is here, NOW! The entire staff was very thorough and kind and the prices are so fair. This is a new business and I wish them the best. In the past, I spent between $300-$450 on IV therapy when I had a debilitating illness and although these were NYC prices, I was in such need of the therapy, that I had to get 2-3 per week. The cost of that- emotionally, physically, Financially and mentally was terrible. When Revive Health and Wellness opened, I ran down there to check them out. They care, they gave me great payment options which are 1/3 of the costs of what I paid elsewhere! The environment is tailored to you with comfortable chairs, blankets, tv, silence or music. I am now a researcher and have special interest in orthomolecular medicine. Finding wellness and finding the team at Revive was truly a blessing. I cant say enough good things. The staff is all gorgeous, which can be intimidating, but then they jump to help you with kindness. I am so grateful to be on the up and up with my health and to be able to experience the future of medicine, right now! Dont delay. Go in there if you want to improve your health!

I am a regular customer at Revive Therapy and Wellness and cant say enough about their service. Last year, I had my blood work done shortly after they opened and my blood work was so good they couldnt recommend any sort of therapy for me. This place will NOT sell you something you cant use. If the Dr is recommending a treatment for you, listen because he knows his stuff.In Feb of this year, I got the flu and came in for an immune support bag. Within a matter of days, I was feeling better and back to myself.I have since had my blood work done again (yearly physical) and a couple of things were off. Im on a new supplement regimen and am feeling wonderful. They take most insurance so your blood work will likely be free.I trust these guys so much that I bring my children here too.

Where do I even begin. My entire experience with Revive Therapy and Well was a nightmare to say the least. After completing my blood work I spoke with the owner Dom THE DOCTOR that doesnt actually even sign the scripts . Which I thought was weird at the time. Well come to find out hes not a Dr. hes a chiropractor. The conversation was awful, he talked more about himself than he did my own blood-work . After his 15 min ego stroke I asked to speak to the Doctor signing... I was told the DR. was unavailable and would call me. Fast forward a couple of weeks .... I have still yet to hear from anyone. BUYERS BEWARE !!!

Got the iv vitamin therapy and the staff was very professional. Clean facility and cant beat the massage chairs. No complaints.

For three years I have working with conventional doctors to treat an autoimmune issue. They were treating me with prednisone. The prednisone was killing me. I weaned myself off the prednisone but then had to deal with the pain from my condition. I couldn’t get out of bed in the morning without help. The chronic pain was becoming unbearable. A friend suggested Revive IV Therapy. I walked in and was promptly greeted. I explained my condition and the young lady knew just what to do. Within minutes I was receiving my IV. When I walked out of Revive I was close to being pain free. Within an hour, I was pain free. I am going on day 4 with minimal pain. I can actually function again. I highly recommend the IV therapy. It’s had to believe conventional doctors don’t do this as a treatment.

Have used several unknowledgeable money hungry hormone clinics in south Florida and when switching over to revive they took me off a bs regiment and only put me on what I needed at a great rotating monthly program so I always have stuff refilled without the worry of running out. And on top of it go and get my iv therapy with a hatred of needles and the nurses always make it painless!

OR SHOULD I SAY TRIED TO MAKE MY HEART EXPLODE.. HE THEN TOLD ME WHAT I REALLY NEEDED WAS HORMONE THERAPY.. NOT THE DOCTOR, BUT DOM.. HE GAVE ME THIS SPEACH ABOUT HOW IT WOULD CHANGE MY LIFE.. TURNS OUT IT WAS ALL A SALES PITCH TO GET ME TO BUY INTO A 299 MONTHLY BILL..LONGSTORY SHORT IM 31 WHY WOULD I NEED MORE TESTOSTERONE IN MY BODYI GOT TESTED BY A REAL DOCTOR I ACTUALLY HAVE PRE DIABETES..THANKS DOM AND REVIVE IV FOR CONTINUEING TO GIVE A BAD NAME TO SOUTH FLORIDA AS ANOTHER SHADY DOCTOR

These guys have helped my husband, Mike, start to feel like himself again. After being diagnosed with chronic kidney disease, and noticing it worsening (as to be expected) over time, he had two Chelation therapy treatments and has noticed a huge increase in energy levels and just an overall feeling of improvement. If you can’t travel to a location, they can also work with you to figure out a care plan that will work for you. We can’t thank Dom and Ryan enough at Revive! This is just the beginning.
