DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE UNLESS YOU WANT DAMAGE. Went for a basic car wash that I have had at many other car washes before and not once had an issue. Extremely unprofessional management, young Indian male claimed to be the manager, was extremely rude and spoke down to me about the situation. His exact words, “What year is your car? A 2016? Oh paint chips on older cars.” Followed by “It would be best not to take your car through car washes if you’re worried about paint chipping as we do not cover chipped paint.” He then proceeded by insisting that the car had been re-painted as if he knew the vehicle history by hand (the car has never been painted). A police report was filed and was informed 3 other instances had been reported within the last week. Will be ensuring many people are informed about the way their business is operated and it’s wrong to have such poor customer service. Before footage from their system included below.The footage mentioned in their comment (which they edited to better reflect themselves and not take responsibility for their equipment) is included below. As you can clearly see from THEIR footage, there is no gash of paint on the top of the vehicle. I was able to take a cloth and remove the BUGS from the top of my vehicle which they claimed was chipped paint. Original comment posted below.

Very fast and super efficient. Fully automated car wash, with the option to DIY hand dry, interior vacuum, mat beater and window cleaning, as long as you are willing to do these parts yourself. I don’t mind, and I believe it’s as good as you will get! If in a rush, wash, jet and sham dry from the machine, you’re in-and-out in two minutes. Clean too!

This place is AWESOME..! I have never been anything less than ecstatic about the quality of service. Tried the service for the first time. My car was absolutely filthy and so I went all in and had the maximum treatment. Pleasantly surprised by this car wash. I also love that the vacuums are free and are pretty powerful. Manager and all employees did an outstanding job, they were super friendly, professional and convenient. Their service was impeccable and I will be using their services again in the future. Great location in the town. When my car is clean I feel like I am more motivated to face the next thing on my list of tasks. Highly recommend.

I was amazed at how well their car wash system works! I usually spend a hour or 2 a week cleaning my truck, I am impressed!

This is a follow up to a previous post:I went by to see Doug (I’m assuming he is the owner or manager) . Doug was none too pleased to see me and told me”there is no way this car wash scratched your car and you can’t prove it”. Well, since Doug isn’t even going to entertain the fact that his car wash did this and own it, I am going to have to try small claims court for a remedy. So, we will see how that goes, but in the meantime beware, this car wash scratches cars and Doug will do nothing but deny it.

I love having a membership to this carwash, most days I just go through to get the outside clean, its my 2 minutes of peace💕 but I love having the vacuums right there when I need them. The sink and rug beater are an awesome feature too when I need to deep clean things + the cleaner and rags for cleaning windows and other surfaces. Everyone working here is super nice and helpful as well!

The car wash is excellent and provides fair prices on what they include with a single wash. Not only is the car wash excellent and removes all dirt and cleans my wheels, but the whole staff team is helpful and friendly. Doug, Clarke, and Lenny were all helpful in my experience and very friendly. I highly recommended waters car wash.

Might as well wash car yourself, went through wash with a standard size suv, entire back of my car, both rear quarter panels, and lower half of driver and passengers doors came out filthy. Had to hand was all those areas myself by hand. Also had to touch up spots on roof, front bumper, and around side view mirrors. Very poor wash for the money.....would not pay 3 dollars for this kind of wash.

Love having my car washed & then being supplied with a rag to get the drops off so it doesn’t spot. The vacuums are strong and they have tiny pressurized air spigots to dust out the dash and drink holders. They even have window wash so you can wash your own windows. They have a car mat machine too, but haven’t used it yet. Great business

Great service. I love the pressurized handheld air blower to get all the water out of the crevices! I use it inside to blast the dust from crevices as well.Love the VIP service. I drive to Indiantown daily so its always nice to get the bugs off and the car clean.i enjoy the Fusion wash because I love the tire shine!

What a great place to wash your vehicle. Besides a car wash, you can use a bug treatment with a brush prewash then use a vacuum, mat beater, microfiber cloths, etc. after the wash, all included. Fabulous idea!

This is the best car wash Ive been to in a long time. Vehicle came out clean (even the tires), and dry at the end. They also offer free vacuuming you can do yourself. Recommend.

A cool, psychedelic feel with the lights inside the carwash. Doesnt feel rushed, the car comes so clean. A very thorough cleaning with the $14.00 package. Then you can vacuum the inside your car after the wash. (Part of the package. Free ) 😁👍

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. My car looked dirtier after getting it washed. The entire staff is rude and lazy. Do NOT go here if you want to be treated poorly and waste your money on a car wash that doesn’t even clean your car.

I do not understand why you can get a better deal then 5 dollars off your second vehicle. I will have to find a nother place inless I can get a deal that helps me with 2 cars other then that not a bad place just prices could change some

Generous with the soap! New equipment that does the job well. Nice and friendly staff. Love the little air compressor gun that can clean out all the cracks and small spaces in my car. Complimentary air fresheners, vacuum, towels and spray bottles is nice. Needs more lighting in the parking lot for night time.

I had high hopes for this car wash but was instantly disappointed by the service and quality of the wash. I had to clean my car once I got home because it didn’t fully wash my car. Not to mention the employees were rude and impatient. I wouldn’t recommend going to this wash.

Went 9/1 was told I would receive 30 days of washes at the intro price of whichever wash I purchased that day. I bought the top of the line wash for $22. Wash was OK. Did not get off bugs and the yellow dots we get from wildlife. Fast forward to today. Pull up and the 30 day wash was not in fact a thing. I had used the bug wash station before I pulled up to the pay kiosk so I had to wash the soap off. Paid for best wash again. In the wash the ceramic X3 coating was not pressurized so no coating on my drivers side. Pulled out and front of my car still covered in bug guts. For slightly more $ you get a wash vacuum and bug guts removed by hand. Best wishes but I wont be back.What exactly did you do to meet my demands? My only demand was to get a clean car. Which it has been documented by more than 1 customer that it took a lot of extra effort to achieve that. I was not offered anything. At the end of the day even if I was mistaken in the 30 day scenario, I still paid 22 bucks for a partial wash that required me to do much work.

Today I bought the ten dollar wash. On top of having a very clean car I had access to other items. Before the car wash there is bug prep in case you have stuck bugs. Then you go through the wash. After the was there are free vacuums, air nozzle for blowing off water, and a car mat cleaner. You cannot beat the price.

I love this car wash it’s very convenient. It’s only three minutes away from my house and I got the VIP X Ceramic Car wash. My 1st month was $22 plus tax and I love the shine on my tires it actually stayed yay I actually like the fact that there was somebody standing by the machine to help you understand the deals and everything that they got going on the gentleman was very helpful

Had my car washed today and had to rewash parts of it when i got home, side brushes did not take all the road grim off he car and the rims were not clean. I will not go back, to many other car washes around. good luck in your new business. Hope you can get the equipment working better

Look no further as Ive tried 7 others in the PSL area! This place is the ultimate mix of automation and self service. I seek to have the exterior done by them but I do interior+finishing touches. I was so satisfied that I brought my friends car over after mine.-The air hose helps to blast away remaining water how I want to. It allowed finite cleaning in the dash crevasses, cup holders, seat folds and under the seats.-The vacuum has excellent section flow to pick up everything in single strokes.-I bring my own rags and microfiber but they have towels and what looks like windex available.-There is self service bug prep and air freshener at the checkout machine.-The wash itself does very well with the highest bundle available. The body of the car comes out looking like it was mildly waxed. You have to remove any remaining water quickly to avoid any inevitable watermarks.-The overall design doesnt force brush the car intensely like other places. The air drying has far better designed angles to get the bulk of water out if your in a rush and dont care.-I didnt interact with the staff much to get an impression but they are happy to explain and assist if needed. I may now consider the monthly membership starting December, soon. Its totally worth it-I appreciated that I was allowed to take my time at the post-process parking lot. If it was busy I wouldnt hog a space. Around lunchtime Saturday it was 25% in use. Dinner time it increased towards 50%. The 2 cars I took that day may have spent an hour on one and 2 hours on the other that desperately needed a cleanse. Ensured I kept awareness not to overstay but I was in much joy to have such a pleasant facility available with exactly what I wanted/needed...time flew past me.My only complaint is the automated tire shine. It may not evenly distribute and gets on the rims. I fixed it but wish there was an option to itemized decline that step of the process so I can do that by choice (if desired)

Overall very good. $10 for a single wash was a little high for my budget, but the vacuums could suck a snail out of a shell. Excellent.

Cool displays and presentation. Still had to use the Windex they supplied in order to get my truck 100% clean. My older local car wash has the same issue of not actually cleaning anything totally but atleast their wash was 6 dollars. Instead I paid 14 and still had to clean it myself. In all fairness, the vacuums were strong and convenient. Overall avg at best. Sorry. Nothing personal. Good luck with your business and stay safe out there

I’ve been so excited for this car wash to be built and I can definitely say it was worth the wait! After the wash there were free vacuums you use as well as an air compressor to blow out water from certain places outside your car or blow out dust from your interior. They have hand sanitizer at all stations and provide window cleaner and towels to further detail you car. I purchased the monthly VIP package that lets me get unlimited washes each month! I would definitely recommend this car wash to my friends and family.

Brand new and one of the better, more comprehensive automated washes available in town. Have been 3 times now and the wash does not always get the more obvious bug marks. I like the availability of towels post wash when vacuuming, and with some quick detailing, I could get the marks the wash didnt. Will be going back and may even join the VIP club for regular washes.

I have a membership which is already fantastic! But I went for a wash this morning and the kid guiding me in, Doug, went above and beyond. He told me I had bugs all over the front and sat there and scrubbed it for 5 minutes getting them off. I tried to tip him but he told me they dont accept tips. That made my day, thanks Doug!

Terrible experience...DO NOT USE this car wash...$1500 worth of damage to my 2020 Mercedes GLS450.. the tunnel smashed my glass plate and the owner “Doug” refused to take ownership or even talk with me. I tried several time to talk with him and he refused to even talk to me. If you value your car DON’T GO!!!

Im a member and have had a couple of car washes there. Vacuums are nice and so are the air nozzles. I went again today and the drying mechanism at the end of the wash snapped my antenna off. I let the attendant know and he said hed look for it in the bay. About 45 minutes later, I asked about it again and he said it couldnt be found, and even if it could, since it snapped, it wasnt salvagable anyway. Im a little disappointed as I no longer have radio signal and they really felt it wasnt a big deal. Its going to be a process to repair that comes at my own expense.

Horrible car wash they past my car thru twice and it was still really dirty on the sides,back, and front grill. The manager offered to give me a refund. But when the charge cleared in my bank it was never refunded.

This is the best car wash ever!! Promotion right now buy one car wash and get a month free, and it was the best $14 I’ve ever spent! Vacuums are slender for the hard to reach spots, and for the even harder to reach spots they have one of the high powered air guns!!! Game changing for people like me that have kids and dogs who ruin everything! They also give you microfiber towels and windex but the best feature by far is the mat cleaner! Literally a machine that you put your mat in dirty AF and it comes out almost brand new. This place blew my mind. If I could give it more stars, I would.

Maybe not the best for those with anxiety, the car wash stops randomly and goes dark. I have a membership and it usually only happens maybe once per wash but this morning it stopped 3x before my car made it through the dark tunnel.
