Rock and Roll Express Car Wash - scam. I just had to share what happened to me. Last July (2020) I pulled into Rock and Roll car wash. COVID-19 was at its peak so they only offered you to drive through the car wash yourself for $10. That was the last time I was there. When I received my credit card statement this month I noticed a charge for $37.45 from them as well. I pulled all my credit card statements from July to present. They have charged me $10.70 for July and august and $37.45 from September until April. I called them and the told me I must have signed up for the monthly membership. I told them I did no such thing. They even acknowledged that I have only been there once which was last July. They offered me a gift card for part of the charges or a check for half the charges. Total charges are $320.00. Who in their right mind would pay $160 or $320 for ONE car wash??? I called my credit card company to dispute the charges but they can only go back 90 days. So I am out this money. I understand that it’s partially my fault for not checking my statements each month but it’s such a small amount it never popped off the statement page. Please check your statements if you have been to this business. I’m curious to see how many other people they are ripping off.I have posted this on my communities site and on next door. In six hours I have found 5 more people that you’ve done this to. It’s only been a few hours since I posted this. In a few days I’ll have many more and you’ll be up for a class action suit. We don’t like this type of corrupt business in our community. Your best best is to refund money to those that never signed up for your “monthly contract”. You’ll have to prove by signed contracts which you do not have.

Accidentally came across this place just looking for a quick wash. It WAS a little pricey at first glance but the experience and customer service here is the best Ive encountered by far as well as the free services that kind of even out the price. Would recommend mainly for people who enjoy a light show seeing as thats its main attraction other than the free vacuums and other free services.

Better options in this town. Not sure if anyone evenworks here? Car came out dirty with no tire shine and no one ever bothers to quality check! Will be canceling wife’s membership. .

Too pricey for just machines and no hand wash. It started good and the machines aren’t bad, but prices went up too quick. For the same price or less paradise car wash not only goes thru the machine but they actually have people doing the final details by hand.

I really like this car wash but its a bit pricey. Otherwise, does a great job and has really good vacuums.

Did an incredible job on washing my truck. They have the best free vacuums I have ever used at a car wash.They also supply microfiber towels.

Clean, fun and a great job. Vacuums are free and high suction, they even provide drying and interior cleaning supplies for free!

Not only was the rock n roll experience one of a kind, but Rock N Roll Express also did a phenomenal job cleaning my car! I felt great driving away knowing my car was shiny and protected with their sealer wax!I live in Jupiter, but it was worth the drive to Stuart and I will 100% be back!

I cant recommend this place enough. My car has never been washed as completely by any other car wash. They also have a monthly program that pays for itself (if you like driving a clean beautiful car) as well as free vacuums. I can absolutely say that Rock & Roll Express Car Wash should be anyones pick for a shiny new looking vehicle.

This car wash was not only fun to go through, but my car came out super shiny. Jason was not only helpful but knowledgeable, and helped me with my selection. Very neat, I will be back.

Update as of Oct.6th The owner reached out to me and refunded my credit card the amount I was disputing. I believe it was just poor communication at the grand opening. Some of the employees might have forgotten to tell us that the charge would be recurring until we canceled it. As far as the car wash it was a clean and quick experience. Thank You Jim for contacting me personally.I went for the grand opening special that was 10.00 for unlimited car washes for a month. The people who were attending the machines that take your money never mention that you would be billed automatically after 30 days for 37.45. I even asked them to assure me of the one time trial offer. So now fast forward to repeat charges on my credit card. Ive called, no one is every available or their mailbox is full. I have text, emailed, left messages and still no answer. I cannot use their car wash even if I wanted because I just had my car repainted. No washing for at least 2 months. Customer service doesnt exist at the Stuart Fl. Location. I now have turned this over to my credit card company to resolve. A simple cancelation would have been nice. I miss the old car wash.

So I was driving on federal and seen this carwash off US-1. Best decision I made to go check it out. The wash came out so NICE I signed up for there monthly carwash plan. The price cant be beat. Greats service and great wash.

Very unprofessional management. Very young manager probably with no management experience at all probably he dont even know how to shave his face. The posted that they are hiring employees for that carwash. So i went to an interview with a lady and after the interview she told me to wait for an email that contain all the paperwork to complete so i can start working for the carwash. So 2 weeks passed and no email. I went to the carwash and spoke with a manager with a red shirt and while im talking to him his watching youtube videos on the cellphone. So he told me that im going to let her know that you came in. So 2 weeks after that once again they are hiring again for the greatest carwash in stuart. So i went back to an 2nd interview and once again the young manager told me that i have to wait between 2 o 3 hours to get interview because he was doing another interview. Yeap he was doing another interview in the tunnel with 2 gentlemen just laughing and smiling and watching a phone again. So as a customer can u trust your car to this unprofessional management? So can you trust bringing your car to this clown place. Thats the problem with young and unprofessional management. I will never recommend this place to no one. Well just read the past customer reviews more negative than positive. I will see this carwash like others On sale very soon because they are not capable to manage the place. Thats not what the Sonnys equipment project.

Who knew getting your car wash could be such a fun and exciting process. Our kids loved the light show and the truck hasn’t looked this good in years.

So they rope you into a 5 dollar deal only to charge your card, without your permission, the next month 37 dollars. Try calling them.. nothing!!! Shady af! Buyer beware!! Youve been warned! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!!!!

I purchased the 10 dollar deal on 6/29/2020 I was told I had a month so I went in today because I have two days left I look at my bank account and I was charge another 10.70 i called spoke to a guy who told me that they dont save card number that is a lie because I didnt use my card today I pulled up and i was let right in ask for name he hung up please be aware they will keep charging you thats why when u sign up its card only..now I have to spend time on the phone with bank to fix this then u need to tell your employees that I would of never agree to monthy

**Update: well it took a month and quite a bit of my personal time to drive the car back and forth to the car wash for Justin to look at the broken mirror, then to the Tire shop next door another day, waiting weeks for the replacement mirror to arrive, getting a ride to drop the car off for repair, which was closed contrary to the closing time I was told by Justin, driving back the next morning to drop the key off since they were closed the day before, getting a ride to pick the car up after the repair but my mirror is finally fixed. Ive changed the 1-star review to a 4-start review now that they did the right thing and repaired my car. Because it cost me lots of time dealing with this, taking time off of work to deal with it during business hours, having to get rides from people because I am not riding in an Uber during a pandemic etc. Im only giving it a 4-star instead of a 5-star review. And to the owner, truthfully I am in sales as well and I did not want an automatic car wash. I was never going to be converted into a regular automatic car wash person. I will gladly pay much more for a hand wash, like I always have. Even on the oldest and least valuable of my 6 vehicles, mainly because of situations like this. It seems like Justin was being paid by the number of cars that went through the wash rather than by hour or salary. In short I was absolutely pressured into this experience I did not want. Partially by the employee and if Im, not mistaken partially by being blocked in by other customers and cars, leaving me no easy way to back up and leave nor to pull forward and out to leave. I truthfully felt like the easiest way to end the situation was to give in and get the free car wash. Im just glad my W202 is repaired, the mirror isnt flopping around wildly, I can safely drive the vehicle and this whole ordeal is behind me.See below for original review*I went to what used to be Car Pro to have my car washed and vacuumed before putting it for sale. When I arrived I saw it was no longer car pro but this rock and roll place that does not offer interior cleaning so I went to leave to find another car wash with a vacuum. The kid up front basically wouldnt let me leave until I tried this amazing new car wash system FOR FREE!!!! so against my better judgement I went through the car wash which was more vigorous than Im used to. I usually only allow any of my vehicles to be washed either by hand or in a touch free car wash just So stuff like this doesnt happen. So in the car wash I called a friend to tell her about the new place and free wash and when the drying part started I looked over and my passenger side mirror was flopping around dangling. Afterwards I pulled around and told the kid and he took pictures. He said he would contact the owner but now over 4 hours later not even an email or text message. It was dangerous sending me on my way without a working mirror. I cant safely change lanes. And its going to be hard to sell a mercedes with a mirror flopping around that doesnt even move electrically anymore. Completely regret going here. A dirty car that functions is better than a BROKEN CAR thats clean in my opinion. I really wish I didnt fall for the high pressure sales tactics of its free! Corona Virus is free, doesnt mean I want it! Oh and to that not a single person was wearing a mask. Ive lived in Martin County for 32 years. I know everybody. You bet this is going to be told to thousands of people around town if I dont get my car repaired. Its not slander when its a truthful first hand account. Its just damaging to a reputation. Im guessing more damaging monetarily than the cost of repairing a mirror.
