Walking due to a puncture on an early am ride, I was very surprised when a car driver stopped to offer assistance. A wonderful woman by the name of Heather ( Bikes Plus store) replaced my innertube and had me mobile again in minutes. Very professional. I was ready to have them do a repair on my bike and after they evaluated it they said it didn’t need to be repaired and showed me what I was doing wrong. I was so impressed by their integrity. They didn’t charge me so they will now be my only bike repair shop ever!

They sold a high end road bike for me on consignment. I was very impressed how completely fair and honestly the transaction was handled. I also purchased a new bike for me. The advice, time, multiple test rides allowed me to find the perfect bike for me. The owner, Sebastian is super knowledgeable and very approachable. Anything from a single speed beach cruiser to the ultimate racing machine, I see no reason to shop anywhere else.

I had my bike tuned up and some other work done this week. Today I took a 20+ mile ride on Jupiter Island. My 15+ year old bike ran like NEW. A phenomenal job was done, again, for a very reasonable price. I have seen the proprietor in the shop work with customers several times. Without doubt he takes the customers needs into account once he knows their biking style and interests even if it means selling a lower priced bike than the customer may have in had in mind. It is a great place to do business, big or small. I’m glad it’s in town.

Awesome great staff you one stop place for active vacation. Kayaks bikes bike repair. Rentals. Medal detector rental. $40.00 @ day cant beat that. Plus was told the give a military discount. They rock for customer service. Small store but everything ya need.

Rude salesman I asked about a bicycle he said he could not get one now I was going to ask another question he turn around and started waiting on someone else
