Paid for a Trek Roscoe on Saturday & was told it would come in Tuesday & available for p/u by Friday well these guys are true to there word on Wednesday morning got a call that the bike is assembled & ready for pick up…test rode it @ shop lot and it was set up perfect..This Shop is Top Notch .. its hard to find businesses that do what they say in a timely manner nowadays..I Highly recommend this shop for purchase & repair of your bicycle…

When dropping off a bike for service I was somewhat disappointed that I did not recognize anyone, more troubling was being told we were not in the computer even though we purchased the bike at that location. I understand this store was sold which explains the change of help, on a positive note when picking up the bike someone clearly found a record of purchase since we were not charged for the basic one year service.This is our preferred Trek bike store so we will continue to visit and hope to develop a positive long term relationship.Updating this review after my wife got to ride her bike, she indicates the tune-up and chain replacement made a significant improvement, her bike is now very quiet and smooth.

With broken gears in the transmission of my electric bike, I needed a bike shop capable of doing this complicated repair. Fortunately, I found Beyond Bikes. Their super friendly service contact arranged for them to come to my house to get my bike since I cold not transport it to them. They coordinated with the manufacturer to diagnose the problem and to order the correct parts. The bike is now like new. I highly recommend this bike shop, I am completely satisfied.

I am so grateful for this place! They were very helpful, honest, informative, friendly and went above and beyond in helping me out. I had a “weathered”, rusty bike that I was desperate to get functioning as a mode of transportation, but I was a bit doubtful if it could happen. Not only did they make it happen but they ‘extra’ made my day when two of the staff members helped to give my sister’s car a jump when it wouldn’t start after picking up my bike.... I really thought I was going to have to ride my bike all the way home (would’ve been a fun ‘test drive’, but it was dark already, my cell phone was dead and I’m newer to the area).I would recommend them 1,000 times over, whether you haven’t rode a bike in a hot minute (like me) or are an experienced rider with 100’s of miles under your belt- this crew knows their stuff!! I have trouble understanding the lack of interest in selling a bike...i was ready to drop $1500 and the store rep was not interested in selling me a bike! I dont like to leave a bad review so i gave the shop 4 stars for having bikes.

The shop did a nice job for my disabled husband who needed a trike with some customization including different pedals, toe cages, and horn. When he experienced a problem with the bike the day it was delivered, they cheerfully came out to the house and fixed it. The shop also had a nice selection of bikes and accessories. The team was professional and helpful. They are our go-to bike store for the future!

I applaud you on being customer centric and you communication related to my repair was the best of any bike shop I ever visited. In the end i didnt purchase anything (my limitations not the bikes or price) and there was no sense that they had wasted thier time with me. I will be purchasing from them when i am physicslly able to use the bike i was looking at. I highly recomend them.

We have been looking at different types of electric bikes. They are very hard to come by lately. We entered Beyond Bikes late in the afternoon, we found a bike that we liked but it hadnt been built yet. They were working on building another bike and said it might get done today but if not, definitely tomorrow. Well, we got a call 30 minutes before closing! They were able to build our electric bike! We went there and it was waiting outside for me to take a ride on it. So, naturally, we bought it! All the sales people are wonderful!

Without a doubt, Beyond Bikes is the best bike shop in Martin County. The whole team is very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to get you what you need for your bike. Recently, they stayed late to replace a tube in my tire because they new how important riding the next day was for me. They shared information on bike pathways and different riding adventures. I could go on and on, but I will end by saying I would not go anywhere else and I passed 3 bike shops to get there.

I am an active almost 80 year old man who came to look for a comfort bike, a term that had not been invented when I was younger. John Perkins showed me basically the only one that fit that description. He let me take it for a ride in the parking lot and it was comfortable indeed.For a little more research, II went to a neighborhood bike shop, that was not a Trek dealership but showed me online a competitive model that might take months to get. When I told him about the Electra Townie that I had seen, he said. Thats a great bike; you will have no regrets.

Received great customer service at a fair price! I got an e-bike and it was delivered with a bent crank. After spending hours on the phone with the bike manufacturer and getting no where, I decided to give Beyond Bikes a call. Everyone I spoke to where friendly and competent. I have had a noise near my pedal since the day I bought my bike (different shop). Could never get it fixed. Then decided to go long distance with bike and it got much worse. Ended up in Stuart area. Went to a total of 3 bike shops that day. Beyond Bikes was the last one and literally fixed it in minutes. No trying to sell me anything or tell me I need to replace anything (not even saying the others did that on purpose). They just fixed it. Owners were super nice as well as the mechanic David.Actually as I was going to continue northward, they went over some things with me with the bike (even stayed after hours). The Stuart area is lucky to have this shop in its vicinity. Actually as I just came to leave a review I see the amount of positive reviews they have. Clearly I could see why! I got today my new bike Trek AL3, I’m super happy, I’m totally new on this business. The Staff super nice, extremely helpful in each visit, they give me a lot of good tips and recommendations. They help me with the fit of the bike etc, etc. I went to different stores on the area Stuart, PSL definitely I was more comfortable in this store. They took the time To explain the basic with no rush. Service 10/10.

Got the exact bike that I wanted from a very helpful and well-informed sales staff. From order to pick-up, an excellent experience. Just need to go back for a kickstand and helmet then ready to ride. Best part was learning that tune-ups were included!

I was thinking of ways to get in shape and out of the house and cycling was perfect. I work in Stuart so I found this shop. Walked in a Rich was very helpful and picked the perfect bike. I didn’t make a decision that day but about a week later I went back and ordered the one Rich recommended. Brittany was wonderful and fitted me and also hooked me up with lights, helmet, pump and a sweet saddle! The bike was ready in about a week and Julie took awesome care of me! I was curious about a few more things and she was very knowledgeable, and took her time time me. Mike is also great and we go waaaaay back! I love my bike and ride it often!
