I store my RV there because of the safety and cost factors. Both are good.

Nice staff. Always helpful. Great facility. 5 year customer. Would have given them 5 stars if they wouldn’t have charged me late fees after a price hike while I was stationed over seas and they also kept the money I paid in advance when I closed my account. They told me that they didn’t issue refunds. The only reason I paid in advance was because I was charged a late fee in the past and didn’t want to give them another reason to take anymore of my hard earned money. Didn’t think a late fee should have been charge ( should have had a grace period ) and I think they should have given me a refund for since I paid in advance. About to deploy again. I won’t be storing my items at this storage facility in the future.

Like the place and people. What we dont like is finding chewing tobacco cans on top of our RV. That means someone is nearby or on top of our coach and leaving their debris.

They are easy to work with and always have a smile!

Absolutely horrible the lady manager was a C U NEXT TUESDAY and stole for us. Would NEVER recommend.
