Cube Smart made it so easy to acquire a storage unit through the app and to pay and occupy the unit the same day! I was in desperate need of a unit because I had to move at the last minute and it was during a holiday weekend. Cube Smart had a unit available that was large enough to hold my entire home furnishings and general items that go along with daily living. It was easy and affordable and they saved me from a terrible situation.

Storage lockers are clean and dry. Temperature controlled very well. Reasonable rates. No rental fee surprises. Good accounting system and good email communication.

Upon entering the business office, the two employee rose and almost at the same time asked, may I help you. Lily assisted me in a knowledgeable and professional way, guiding me through the process and answering my questions. Upon inspection of a unit size I requested, I noted it was probably not big enough. Lily asked what items would be placed in the unit and said if I needed something larger, it would be around the corner. We walked to it, she opened and I immediately told her it was the right size. As we headed back to the office, Lily engaged me in delightful conversation plus showed her understanding to the business of CubeSmart. After all of the paperwork was completed, Lily expressed looking forward to seeing me when I return with my truck load of items on Monday. Lily is a great employee, as CubeSmart is lucky to have her.

The facility increases the price every year. They never improve services and after a while you are paying 50% more! They don’t try to keep you as a customer. They seem ready to let you go for the next customer who will pay more. You only get service when you arrive, no follow up and no relationship.

CubeSmart makes it easy to maintain auto pay and the facilities are always immaculate.

This is a well located, clean facility. I made the mistake of not asking when they opened and coordinated a delivery too early the morning we were to take possession of the unit. They happily opened early for us and we were able easily wrap up the move.

Great service. Got us an air conditioned unit, close to the door so access is easy. Even assisted in helping us pick out the date we would actually need the space. Hours are great and staff is friendly. So far, so good!

Great friendly staff & very accommodating

Always helpful and cooperative. Every place I called would not work with me and it was difficult because I was driving down from CT and needed to secure a place since I had no wear to put my trailer once I arrived. They called me as soon as they had an opening and it was there for me when I showed up.Now heres the part I am embarrassed to admit. I wanted to move to a facility closer to home. A month later, I got a call on an availability from another facility. I went there after leaving Cubesmart and the spot they had allocated for my size trailer was nearly impossible to get into. There was no way I would be going in and out of there on a regular basis. I like to use my trailer regularly. Drove back to Cubesmart and Frank welcomed me back and reprocessed all my paperwork while I went and parked. I wont go anywhere else!

Pretty expensive compared to others. Beware other customers who have lockers there are very inconsiderate when parking and driving their vehicles to access their storage unit. They park in the center and on the wrong side facing the wrong way. No type of driving/parking enforcement. Almost got in a car accident because people run stop signs in there. Hoping that the sound of my horn would cause the front office to see what the commotion is about and address the situation but no. Another time somebody completely blocked one end of the road forcing me to turnaround in an already tight space go the opposite way just to access my unit and then have to reverse the entire length of storage row pretty inconvenient considering front office has all these cameras and just allows pure anarchy behind the gates lol

I stored my goods at Harper Street for about 3 months and I was very satisfied with the staff there and their service. Not only are the hours of access and office hours very flexible, but the facility itself is very well maintained. The staff has helped me to their utmost ability and have been very accommodating. I moved myself before my stuff, so I sent my key to the office and had them hand it over to the movers - it went without a hitch. The prices are very reasonable as well. So, all in all, I highly recommend this facility.

A few months ago when we were considering renting a storage unit there, Frank gave us a tour of the place and explained the whole process in detail to us. He was very friendly and professional. Excellent service. Quick, convenient, and painless. I was called prior to arriving after I booked the locker I wanted. On the phone, they helped with directions and disclosing all fees. I am almost at a loss for words. My moving process was a total nightmare until I found Frank and Mario at the Stuart FL CubeSmart. They wore both very pleasant as well as professional, positive and especially resourceful. These two gentlemen really came through for me. I have worked in the hospitality industry for 18 years and I have to say I am very impressed and very, very grateful.

Okay time to move out Ive been a loyal tenant for over 3 years at 4 x 5 started $40 now Im at $67 a month. They give themselves a raise every year plus the insurance I have reported that my neighbor in the next unit Drive screws through the wall they dont seem to care I looked around and found a place twice the size and half the amount thats smart and not cubesmart- not a good deal I really dont think theyre honest good riddance and goodbye

Theyve got everything from very small units to large yard spaces for our rv which is 34 feet long.Highly recommend CubeSmart. So glad they were there for us. We were new to the area and so helpful.

Its in good shape for appearance. Could use alot of tlc on the fencing to appear more secure for those who store autos/trailers outside. Ok space for small rig haulers to move around in, i dont recommend big rig haulers.

So, theres an old homeless guy that sleeps on the property in his hover round, theres a group of people that have pot smoking keg parties nightly, then theres the thirty or so Latinos who show up three or four nights a week to party with the live band that plays out of a storage unit. If you want a climate controlled unit, understand they mean 80°+, and if youre associated with someone there that the management doesnt like, theyll kick you out because they dont like the customer youre associated with even if youve been paying your bill on time every month for over a year and you dont share a unit with the person they dont like. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RUN STORAGE IVE EVER BEEN TO. ANT OTHER STORAGE FACILITY IN THE AREA MAY BE MORE EXPENSIVE BUT SECURITY IS BETTER (at cube smart, the gate may be open 24/7 for weeks, Ive seen it personally), AND EMPLOYEES AT OTHER STORAGE FACILITIES DONT HARASS YOU OUT HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE FOR SOMETHING OTHER ADULTS HAVE DONE.DONT STORE AT CUBE SMART, ITS A HORRIBLE SHODDY BULLSHIT FACILITY
