Never opens on time! Door says open at 10:30am then another sign says 11:00am it’s 11:15am and no one is here and I have to be at work. I guess it’s best to call before you go and, if you work Mon-Friday like me take a day off to come here or just change insurance companies to someone who opens when it’s time. I may have to try back Saturday and waste of time and gas. I had direct withdrawals and I cancelled my card due to stolen and my ins was linked to card. I forgot to update so I’m here to see if my ins is indeed cancelled and to update with my new card and I’ve been sitting here since 10:30am.
