Ive been with Gambale since we bought our house in November 2019. I chose Gambale because his was the most professional and thorough insurance agency of all of those ones we contacted as we were buying our new home. Competitive rates are there and important, but I really like the personal touch my agent, Sean, gives to my questions and concerns. Hes always available and quick with the information I need.Thankfully, Ive not had any need to file a claim, but I am confident that should such an unfortunate situation arise, Ill have the same seamless experience working with the team at Gambale Insurance.

I cannot say enough great things about Patrick and the team. Insurance can be a complicated world and really not sure who to trust or is this the best deal and am I fully covered. We were buying a house and I was referred to Patrick which did a great job navigating and getting us the best coverage for what we needed. We then had him take a look at our car insurance and we found a much better deal and coverage for us so we were able to switch at the same time. It is really nice to have your coverage all under one umbrella and with a company and group that is constantly looking out for. The process was painless and all electronic it has been a pleasure to do business with them.

Worst agent I have ever encountered. Contacted them for a quote.They were very pushy and then without me agreeing, confirming or signing anything, they started a new policy, requested full payment from my bank escrow account, that they got. So a simple request for a quote, is now the reason i unexpectedly have to pocket out another $2000 for the correct policy, while I wait for this fraud policy to be canceled and refunded. I will never contact them again, and I suggest you do the same.

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I been a customer since 2014 no accidents, perfect driving record and I called them because I received a increase of $23 a month and they couldnt do anything so I called another company and was able save $150 for 6 months!!! Stay away from them they dont care about their long time customers with a great driving record . Horrible business ethics.

After being referred to Patrick by my mortgage lender I gave him a call on his cell phone which was given to me by the lender. Twice he made comments about me contacting him on his cell phone. Very unprofessional and rude. If you don’t want people texting you on your phone,you shouldn’t be giving your phone number out.

Very disappointed. Not only with him but allstate in general. Was hit by another driver who was given a ticket naming him at fault for the accident. But because he also had allstate they settled assigning 70/30 responsibility! They assured me my rates would not b affected but they tripled! Patrick lied telling me my premium was the same and when i got the bill and called/emailed he never responded. Not good business. No ethics.
