Received a cancellation notice from property insurance company. I Was given two (2) weeks notice to find new insurance. Called Armellino with whom I have been going through for property insurance for approximately (6) years. I called and spoke to an agent. He told he would call me back by the end of the week. No call back, so I called twice the following Monday. I was told both times that the agent was on another call. The person took my message and told me that the agent would call me back. No call back. Needless to say, I was frantic about finding new coverage. Thankfully, I did find another broker who was more professional and found me property coverage in a timely manner.

I have reached out to our suppose an agent five different times. They allowed our insurance laps . They were notified from our mortgage Service provider was purchased. They sent out a notice to the insurance agent. The insurance company never changed any of the information. And the escrow department for our mortgage contacted and left messages for our supposed agent to get back to them regarding the disbursement of the insurance renewal. They never responded the agent. In doing so our insurance lapsed . I got a notice from the insurance company stating cancellation of policy in the middle of hurricane season. Five phone calls to my agent. Never ever got a response. Had to step around the agency and deal with the mortgage company, and insurance company. They do not do this usually but I had to push that are in a competent agent does not respond to phone messages. I would never recommend this insurance company. Shame on them for the stress they caused. No wonder they have such poor reviews. Stay away

This agency found me home insurance through Gulf Stream and due to Gulf Stream filing liquidation I have had to look for another insurance. Armellino Agency had promised to find me another home insurance company, however they have not called me back and it has been over 2 weeks . When I called them back they tell me I am in the que to be call back and yet am never called back . PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!

Received my liquidation letter from Gulfstream the second week of August. I called 4 times in a week and a half and no one called me back. I finally requested the owner to call me. He called me same day. Referred me to Don Acker. I was told I needed a new roof (I’m in a contract). This was all after Gulfstream dropped us (bc I finally got the owner to call me the Monday after)Don called me two days later with the highest quotes since my roof isn’t replaced but explained it will all insurance jargon. (Dumb it down for the those not in your field please!)I went to speak to inform him it was he neglect of the company I had to deal with it bc if I call back and such short notice. He went to speak over me and I said let me speak he YELLED back and said NO YOU LET ME SPEAK. Went on to say there was nothing we could’ve done before now! No customer service or anyway to speak to a woman.I called another agent. She told me they started shopping for thei customer 3 months ago that were with Gulfstream so why did Armellino take their time to stress all homeowners out?I sent my concerns to the owner about his employee and there is still not even an apology.Terrible terrible TERRIBLE company and should be closed!If I could rate a ZERO I would

Ive attempted to renew my insurance in Dec 2020, I called back plenty of times. I eventually received no calls back. Six months later constantly calling, every time I call now...they blame the owner, saying hes the only one to help you all of a sudden. I never spoke to the owner and if this is the case it makes it even worse. I depend on my truck in order to provide delivery service for a furniture store for my customers. Here it is, I have to pay an outside company for every sale I make in order to deliver the merchandise. Im confused that I have to go through this much after all these years Ive already had insurance. Now I have a lapse in coverage, who is going to have to suffer for these actions? Im amazed, I hate to leave posts about business, but in this case, I am at a loss...

Not too concerned about the fact my insurance company GeoVera...is dropping me October 23...my homeowners insurance...Armellino set me up with.....hasnt even offered to call GeoVera to find out why Im being dropped...so now Ive gotta find someone to insure me and my home ..I was also looking for car insurance and what little attention they gave to car insurance was more than they bothered with for my home...And I just stayed with Geico...which I really ddnt want to do...Goooood Job Armellino!!

No follow up on questions regarding Homeowners insurance policy. Insurance premium paid before owner sees renewal invoice. Last straw, insurance policy cancelled with no notification from Armellino after being a customer for 10 years! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

Got a homeowners quote in the mail. Called to have the coverages updated and a new quote. Was told a sales agent wasnt available but took my property information and was told an agent would call me back. I advised it would have to be before 3:00 or Friday (three days later). Got a voice mail from them at 5:05, a call Thursday that I answered while out of the country and told them again call me on Friday.Friday I get a call wanting to take my information again that I had already given them Tuesday so it could be passed on to a sale agent. Office is obviously disorganized and not a business that I have time to deal with.Plenty of insurance agencies that operate in a more professional manner than Armellino Agency.

We got an unsolicited 2nd letter, in the mail, quoting homeowners insurance coverage from this agency. After reading the reviews, nope, no way, no how, no maam were even going to consider changing our homeowners coverage !!

Great to see an agency of this caliber in town. So many agents think full coverage is a policy with collision coverage on it. Ask them a claim question and they give you the 800#. Armellino Himself is beyond knowledgeable n part of his staff are of like kind. Glad to be with a stand out agency....

CALL GREAT FLORIDA INSURANCE FOR GOOD SERVICE..I I called this place 6 different times in a 5 day period.It almost as if i needed to beg for a quote..Never a call back and the sad part it was the owner i was dealing with probably inexperienced in basic general liability,.Bad business i think they have too much business and understaffed.I called Great Florida and had a qoute and a policy within 1 hour of my first phone call

Not professional at all. My homeowners insurance was up for renewal. I received a homeowners insurance quote from Katherine Reyes that was very fair. Unfortunately, I received a return call the next day from her stating that she had bad news. That the company UPC that she quoted me with was no longer in business. No Longer In Business? Katherine Reyes wouldn’t you verify that before you quote your customers?We are now 48 hrs away from having a hurricane and I’m scrambling to find insurance. Not a good look at all Armellino Insurance.

While in the past there was some customer service problems, recently that have turned things around! The staff is friendly and quick to respond whenever we need something. They have looked out for our best interests continuously and as a small business we really appreciate their service!

If youre looking for an insurance company that has horrible customer service and has no concern for their customers, then this is insurance agency for you! Had two builders risk policies with them. Was forced to pay in full for the entire term of the policy, then they didnt even contact me to give me a heads up that my policy was set to expire, nor even a renewal quote. I had to call them to find out my policy had already run its course. Trying to get a quote from them was like pulling teeth - took two weeks to hear back and all I got were excuses. Went with another agency that actually provides customer service to their clients. AVOID ARMELLINO AGENCY AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE RESPONSIVENESS AND COMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

That last guy NAILED KIT!! and not only dont they return calls OR emails but when you do finally talk with them they act as if there doing you this BIG favor!! Here is the reason why. a year ago give or take the office manager was Chelsea, she was a super nice lady and she would take your calls when she was there which was almost every day. But now some guy John is the office manager this guy is a class A DICK! and so is the crew he brought in with him there all super A-holes.If you want a decent insurance agent. DONT call these people. you WILL be sorry.

Entire Agency is committing fraud by inaccurately quoting property. Deceiving insureds with false quotes to lure them in. Department of Financial Services has been notified along with the company they are using as a marketing tactic. Beware Consumers!!!!

Received letter in the mail offering a quote and due to the review I read I will not consider this company. I do know that some people will not be happy but I am not willing to take the chance. Companies now a days do not care about their customers and need to learn that they make their money on the backs of their customers.

I have been using Armelino agency for few years but I must tell you getting quote from them is like pulling teeth, they never return your calls, they never gives you update on your renewal and most of all they have a huge employee turn around and the people keep leaving the company. John Armerllino is really good at finding companies to underwrite the policy but extremely bad on customer service part.

I just received a home owners insurance quote from Tower Hill Prime Insurance Co. that was made possible by the Armellino Agency of Stuart Fl. I would hope they would have read all the negative responses that are on the Yelp web site in regards to Tower Hill Insurance Co. The people there expressed a great deal of dissatisfaction and a honest concern with T.H. Insurance Co. for not giving them the service that they had felt they should have received. JF

Whole group of the employees at Armellino are crooks and incompetent. Had home owners premium increase 2 times in less than 3 months without explanation and when trying to reach the agency for answers, nobody responds. Just received cancellation notice from underwriter even though I have receipt paid in full. Of course cant get any response from agent.Stay away from this group!!!!!
