Cameron Lucas and Jacob a are the best people yet they are so so nice There not like other people in the morning he gave me a hot chocolate he gave me a water in the afternoon and best of all he put the game of football he deserves a five he is so nice and let us take a tour he is the best to.

So bought a used car from the Streetsboro lot. After a week home the trim on the drivers side door lifted off. I reported it right away and the salesman advised me to bring it in. Also the car filter replacement was not replaced and the indicator message kept going off. They claimed they replaced it and that I needed to reset it. Well the car did not have its manual so I was unable to reset…so every time I turned on the car I see the same message. I also had my tire go flat on the passenger side front. When I took my car into my dealer he said the car needed an alignment. I only had the car for 2 weeks at this point and the tires were worn like I drove it for months.So I’m here at the dealers right now and they tell me there is nothing they can do about any of it. They call it “we owe” you nothing basically.UPDATE: So it’s been a little over a week since the above incident. I have had much f/u from the company and the problem is now being fixed. Special thanks to Nick my salesman and his long time friend, and of course Jake he really heard me and understood my concern. He really made me feel like I mattered and went above and beyond. Thanks to all those that helped change my bad experience to a good one.

My experience buying a car at Nissan of Streetsboro was amazing. I was helped my many sales associates throughout my experience; however, Stephen was my main point of contact and was immensely helpful throughout my entire process of buying my new car. The original car I came in to test drive was not at the lot when I arrived but Stephen pivoted to show me the same cars just in different colors and then when we got back from the test drive he sat down with me as we looked at other similar cars at sister dealerships as other potential options based on my color preferences. We found a car that I liked at one of these sister properties and he had it moved from that dealership to Nissan of streetsboro for me to come in the next day and see. Throughout the day he kept me updated on the status of the transfer and let me know when it hit the lot. He spent his time prior to my visit to make himself knowledgeable about the vehicle so that he could answer and questions I had. I ended up loving the vehicle and he walked me through the process of making the purchase. Overall incredible shopping experience.

My transmission went bad on my 2016 Nissan Rogue and had to be replaced. I was disappointed because it was 6 mos past factory warranty. Jacob Harris suggested that I call the factory representative to see if they could help me out. With his help, I was able to get 70% off the price of the repair job and it was completed in a satisfactory time frame.

I made an appointment to have a flat tire fixed. My son took the car there today for the scheduled appointment and the female in the service department says they are working with a skeleton crew and none of them know how to work a tire machine! Like REALLY? Why would they give me an appointment? If they cant fix a tire, what can they do? He shows up for a 9am Saturday appointment and gets told that. Im glad I didnt purchase the car from them! Unbelievable! Then she told him to just show up any day before 4pm and they will fix it. How do I know they can and then how do I know they will even accommodate him since she couldnt give him an actual appointment? Whos on first?

Jordan Brown at Nissan of streetsboro is an excellent salesman he’s very patient and willing to accommodate his clients. Willie the finance manager was great as well. The cars are as described fair trade in value for my car help me make my decision to purchase. The only issue I have with this dealership is that you have limited to no options for financing so I suggest you come with pre approved financing.

My husband and I were headed out to Akron for a flea market and my air went out in my loyal Honda .. saw one online not to far away.. went to look at it, but ended up with another vehicle.. air was not strong in that car either .. said they would fix it before I picked it up 5 days later.. picked up car went to Virginia Beach.. air did not work.. ( i am 55 and in menopause) not happy .. whole way home not happy.. .. called they took my car for 10 days.. saying they fixed it.. .. nope .. still no air.. called and was put on hold for hours.. HOURS... its 90 degrees here .. I said .. really.. they said take it to Mercedes dealership they are done.. why should I have to go without air for 3 weeks when they said it’s a easy fix.. no rental, nothing.. . I am on my own

We found Nissan of Streetsboro. My husband called them and right off the bat they were super responsive. Within a day without even having to sit at the dealership for hours, they called/texted us with pictures of vehicles, and a quote on what my payments would be. We did the simple online application and decided to drop in that same day to take a look at things in person. Our salesman, Aaron, greeted us right away and within an hour we had a deal. They didnt have the color I wanted on the lot so the staff went out of their way to find exactly what I wanted. It took a couple of days to get my vehicle to Ohio from New York. We went back to the dealership when the car arrived, singed the paperwork and we were done. The car was detailed perfectly and had everything I was promised. Aaron is a great salesman! He is extremely hardworking and he knows his stuff! For such a young man, he really has an outstanding work ethic and knows how to deal with people. We cant say enough good things about him. Jon, a sales manager, was also super responsive and professional as was Steve another sales manager, and Dave in the finance department. Buyer beware. We spoke with Nissan Corporate on multiple occasions before we went to Nissan of Streetsboro. We had the buyout price in writing but Nissan of Streetsboro added on $495 and swore that this was a Nissan Corporate policy. The tall man John? insisted that Nissan of Streetsboro got none of this money! After we HAD to pay the trumped up price in order to buy out our lease we called Nissan Corporate again. It is not their policy. We reached out to the manager Jon after he sent us an email thanking us for our business (and a $495 BONUS) to clarify the situation. He did not call to speak to us. Customer Service at the dealership is poor. Finance does not answer the phone . The main number seldom is answered. We are really sorry but we cant recommend this dealership. We have been Nissan customers for over 10 years.
