Had an unexpected flat on a Saturday morning. After calling many for my tire size, Tire Source offered to GO GET THE TIRE asap & get it on the vehicle. Price so great, chose to replace 2 tires. They noticed brakes & alignment & SHOWED what was wrong. Fixed everything right then & there. Took only an hour to get the ordered tires & a little over an hour to do all repairs. ON A SATURDAY. While they were busy.Exceptional customer service, knowledge, & professionalism. First time I ever met them. Thinking its the last tire shop Ill ever need. Yes, Im that impressed.

I arrived on a very busy day. The shop was clean and someone greeted me right away. I was able to drop my car off after hours which was great with my busy schedule. After looking over my vehicle they gave me a list of suggestions. It was great being given a stress free option to choose what fit my needs and budget. I will definitely return for repairs in the future.

Everyone I dealt with was courteous and pleasant, the waiting area was clean, everything I needed done was performed well. Costs were very reasonable. Very well done and I’d recommend to anyone to have work done there.

Our tire pressure monitor indicated low pressure in front left tire on the Jeep were towing behind our RV.Tire Source took care of the problem right away. One of their technicians found the source of the leak. He pulled out a very tiny piece of metal, then repaired the tire with a plug. Just a short time later we were safely back on the road, Jeep in tow. Were very grateful for the expert assistance Tire Source provided. And because Covid is still a concern, it was especially nice to be in a clean, well kept business where everyone was masked. Thank you Tire Source!

I called them to see if they could fit me in and they said that they would do their best. I had a slow leak in my tire and they found the problem and repaired it.

I scheduled an appointment and let them know that I needed two front tires I left them a year make model everything they said okay they will be ready to take care of that when I brought it in for my appointment I however what had to wait until the next morning to get the tires that I needed for my make and model it is a tire shop they should have known should have asked if something then when I mentioned the inconvenience to the manager he started getting healthy and it said start making comments about how he hates people complaining so apparently Im not the only one thats had issues with this store Ive always come here before and Ive had good quality when it was different tire this new manager there really really stinks

Drove in on a flat tire around noon on a SUV, Ken was there to help me and was able to drop my vehicle off. Made the process easy and gave me updates through the day.

Ive been going to Defer Tire, now Tire Source for about 20 years. Ive always felt Ive gotten good, fair service. This last time, I had a simple problem of needing a brake light fixed and an oil change. The bulb was $13. When my car was ready, they told me it was a loose bulb and didnt charge me. They could have easily charged me and replaced the bulb anyway, or told me they did. Theyre honest. I have never felt cheated going there.its why Ive been going there of 20 years and have recommended them to everyone I can.

I didnt feel like they were taking advantage of me because I was a female. They fixed the ACTUAL problem not other things that didnt need done. They also informed me of the real reason why my check engine light was on (the other place informed me of incorrect part on that too). I will definitely be a returning customer! Highly recommend!

I give them a 10 out of 10! My son got a piece a metal in his tire, not fixable. Pedro went out and look at his tires and said he need all new tires...bummer for me, but glad my son will be save. I really trusted Pedro when he spoke to me, then my son need an alignment Ugh right.. so they gave me $10.00 off!!! Thank you cause at these times every penny matters. I took my car here after finding out that Walmarts tire center is closed. They got my car right in, replaced my tire for a reasonable price and I was back in the road within 30 minutes! The wait was pleasant with a variety of beverages and TV channels to help pass the time. I would highly recommend.

He will also inform you if it needs immediate attention, or if you can wait to have it done. He will also tell you your options. I wont go to anyone else.

Super easy transaction. I purchased my tires on Goodyear.com selected Tire Source as the installer since they were able to schedule me for the same day. They were professional and even called to let me know of two minor issues with my car while they had it in their care. They got the tires installed within the time frame they promised and I had my car back the same day.

Tire source did new tire installation and wheel alignment. Service was timely and pricing was competitive. Would use their service again.

I brought my BMW in for A/C Service and a vibration during acceleration issue.The A/C Service was wonderful, system blows ice cold.The vibration was diagnosed as needing new tires due to uneven tire wear pattern and on BMWS this is an issue, also was suggested I need a four wheel alignment. After new tires and alignment vehicle still has same vibration, I spoke with the service writer about this he stated that the tech wrote a note about possibly needing an axle but not sure which one. This was never mentioned before puchasing tires and alignment. The service writer ask if I would like to bring it back so they could try something else. I replied I can guess and change parts I was looking for a certified mechanic not a glorifed parts changer.

My husband and I were able to find decently priced tire options for our cars. Scheduling appointments was easy and at convenient times for us. The appointments lasted about an hour and included a free alignment check. We were pleased with the experience and are happy with our tires.

Dropped in to see if they could fit in a tire rotation and they took it in right away. Rotated tires, fixed a hanging heat shield, removed a lingering error message, let me know when I’d need brakes and that there were some issues I’ll need to address for safety on my 10 year old car. All at no charge as part of their lifetime rotation. Awesome service!

Ive taken our cars to Defer to have several different things done. Finally, mechanics that dont charge you an arm and a leg for work and they never try to pressure me into things I dont need. They always get me in ASAP and I usually get my car back the same day. The issue I take it in for is always fixed correctly. The staff is all very friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. I wont take my car anywhere else for work!

Tire Source provides excellent service with a friendly staff, and their prices are comparable, if not better than other places I checked. The total turnaround time on my tire installation was about 45 minutes. They also have a nice waiting room with coffee and sodas provided. I will definitely return when the time comes.

I have taken my car to this establishment many times now. They are always extremely friendly with me and very upfront about all issues with my vehicle and costs with their services. They have always made me feel comfortable and explained in detail so I can understand what needs to be done and etc. Being a single woman I find this to be very important. You don’t want to be taken advantage of. This is a great shop!

The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable! I needed my car fixed the day I brought it in and they did everything they could to do so. I got my car by the end of the same day I go it in! While my car was being repaired they kept me updated of the status of my car and let me know when it was ready.

Been going there for about the last 15 years. Don, Mark, Geo... ALL great guys. They handle about 80% of ALL my vehicle needs and We have three. Don continually goes out of his way to FIND discounts and such to make a seemingly tough repair price (because let’s face it - they NEVER happen when you are thinking how you have a bunch of extra money and want to spend it all in car repairs) more palatable. Today it was a water pump. Don was awesome even though I know I pulled him from his lunch and he dealt professionally with about four others while trying to take care of me.
