My wife is in love with her 2010 Mercedes Benz E350 but shes not happy with the drivers seat bottom which has split across the center seam. I went to a local shop in my home town of Peabody, MA. The guy was nice enough but he didnt stock the perforated material and after a few phone calls and research he determined that it was no longer available.I did a Google search and found Dynasty. I called and spoke with Arthur who told me he has the material in stock so I drove to the shop. Sure enough, he took one look at the seat and had me follow him back to where he keeps the fabric inventory. Out of the literally hundreds of bolsters of material it took him about a minute to find the match. A few days later we dropped of the car in the morning and picked it up later the same day. It looks amazing!Arthur is one of the nicest guys youll ever want to meet. He and his brother Mario are professional and their workmanship is second to none. And the cost for the repair was less than the original quote. Id give them 10 stars if I could. Oh, and did I mention, happy wife, happy life!

I was beyond annoyed when the seat of my Mercedes split. I weigh 120 lbs and do not believe that I put enough stress for this to happen absent a defect. It was a real detractor for me. Anyway, Dynasty was recommended to me. When I called they were professional and knowledgeable. The quote was reasonable. When the work was completed I was absolutely thrilled! I definitely recommend them!

This is the second time I’ve needed work done on my car. First was a leather seat repair. This time my rag top needed repair. Each time the quality of work was impeccable with minimal time without my vehicle. The car was returned to my cleaner then when I brought it in to be serviced.
