Brookside Smiles is the best dentist Ive ever had, and Ive seen many. They dont try to push you to get any treatment that isnt necessary, which has been done to me before at previous dental offices. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. All the Dental Assistants are very nice and they know what they are doing which is great. The dentists are absolutely amazing hands down. I have been going to Brookside Smiles for well over a year now, and I have never left an appointment unhappy. They really work with you regarding your payments also. I would recommend this dental office to anyone. Its a definite 5 star office. The office and treatment rooms are very clean as well. They make sure to follow all protocols and infection control standards which is greatly appreciated.

I needed my first REAL dental work...had only had cleanings and x-rays for over 40 years! I was terrified! They understood my anxiety, treated me for it, and I had a great experience with good cosmetic results. I am thrilled!

Friendly staff and good service during my last 3 years of getting check ups with family.No complaints about office at all. Geziel at front desk is so kind and professional. She always get my family in for our cleanings and check ups.Areas are clean and recleaned prior to being seen.Saturday appointments are available once a month..Staff checks temp at time of entrance and you are asked the Covid questions to proceed /prior to treatment.My dual insurance are accepted at location and they take HSA payments.I would recommend to coworkers for any dental service.

Only go as a last resort.I have repeatedly been left waiting for almost an hour on multiple different occasions. I have had a total of four different doctors work on my teeth and each one has no idea what’s going on my chart.On one instance they tried to send me home with a bleeding hole in my mouth and I had to come back the same day to have it drained.Terrible terrible service. I only go because they take my insurance.

Visited 6 months ago for a cleaning. They did nothing to my implants. I requested that they clean them. They did not have what they needed onsite to do this. I gave them information to get what they needed from my previous dentist. My next cleaning is in 2 days and they have not done anything to get the correct equipment. I canceled. Dont waste your time if you want quality service. If you had mentioned the below 6 months ago when I informed your dentist of my request I would understand. However your office assured me that if I provided my dentists information you would get the tools and provide the services.. I provided the information requested and even offered to make the call myself. I left having been assured your office would take care of it for my next vsit. Also if you routinely offer the service below why was that not done when I asked 6 months ago? Good luck to you as well.

Jazeel always has a bad attitude,and makes me feel uncomfortable. She always acts like people are bothering her,when they need help,especially when they are in pain. The website should post no patients after 5PM,even though they are open until 7PM. {Updates are needed + I was unaware} Also the link to make online appointments-is also not working on their website. Everyone except Jazeel is doing a great job. Maysue is awesome😍! I wish Denti-Cal would approve everything since I have full coverage,but they deny me nearly every time,especially during these painful times. I would give a better rating,but not happy with the bad / poor communication I receive from Jazeel at the front desk.

How does an office drill a hole in a young mans tooth without knowing if authorizations is needed or not. Turns out its not needed and 6 weeks later we are still waiting for a call from the office to start the procedure. I had to call denti-cal jist to find out. I would give no stars but its not an option. Reporting this dentist.

This place is awesome great people and doctor sekhon really did a great job. I finally have my smile back and I’m definitely going back here for cleaning. And im recommending this place to my friends and family.
