Took a few visits but they were able to get my husbands false teeth perfect!

I want to say, the office staff are amazing!! Always VERY nice and helpful. I was told I had one cavity to be filled. I was there 2 weeks ago, andhad X-rays. I came today, and somehow, developed 8 more cavities in that time frame? How? The Dr. is very rude, terrible bedside manner, and obviously full of himself. Learn how to treat your patients with respect. However, again, the staff is wonderful!!! Miss you, Dr. Russ!

I recently went in for an annual checkup, I had no problems with my teeth before hand. I was told I had two cavities (I wasn’t experiencing any problems with my teeth) the dentist filled my cavities. But must have did something wrong. Two weeks later I was in severe pain on the teeth he just worked on. I went back in and was told it takes two to three weeks to heal, a month went by and my tooth was getting worse. I went back in and was told I needed a root canal, the dentist started my root canal drilled a hole in my tooth and said he couldn’t finish it he didn’t have the right tools and now I need a specialist. He filled my tooth with cotton and asked can I make it to another dentist over 70 miles away from my house & dentist. Once I said I couldn’t they were very unhelpful. No referrals, or anything please save yourself and your teeth the pain and agony DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

I just had a tooth taken out. Dr.Rashid was so quick and it wasnt a easy tooth to take out. She didnt even break it! I would recommend this place to everyone. The staff knew what the were doing and made me very comfortable. I have allot of work that needs to be done and I am actually happy to be able to smile again!

I have been a patient for over ten years and have always received excellent care. Dr Russ and his staff are always friendly and caring. He is conservative in treatment and his fees are reasonable.I would not hesitate to recommend him as a family dentist.

I just recently started going to Dr. Russ, I hadnt been to the dentist since I was 15 (Im 22 now) so I was pretty scared/nervous. When I got my teeth worked on though the shots in the cheek didnt really hurt and the nurse could tell I was uncomfortable and she did a great job of calming me. Seriously wouldnt go to another dentist. Best one Ive been to so far.

Have gone to them for a few years now. Initially I really love the staff. But Ive noticed the last two years they run an hour behind. Super frustrating especially since they can charge you for missed/late appointments. And the last two teeth cleanings lasted all of 30 seconds ending with more polish on my face than my teeth and they have NEVER flossed my teeth! 😠 Just seen like there the super cuts of the dental world.... Wont be returning!

Wonderful dentist great work°

The receptionist, ruins the whole experience. She is RUDE, smart mouthed and belittles people. The wait it always 2 hours plus and all you get to watch is how poorly the receptionist treats people. Clearly she is in the wrong career. Replace her and you would get more business.

I was told to show up and hour early to confirm insurance (WOW, that is crazy). Ive NEVER had to show up that early ANYWHERE to see if my insurance is verified. They stated that arriving this early needed to occur to verify that my insurance is verified and to ensure I was seen at 11:00am (my appointment time). I arrived at 10am and when 11 am came, everyone else was called and I kept thinking Ill be next, NOT AT ALL. I waited all the way until 11:50am and then told them to cancel. I know what many are thinking, why not just wait since you waited that long? Id rather not have my insurance and I pay/support a business that service SUCKS.Going elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came in for my fist time, staff is really friendly and professional my wait time was less then 10 minutes. The Dr and assistance are very friendly they explain the process and treatment to me befor starting made me feel very comfortable and not afraid of the dentist, since I have had bad experiences eles where I highly recommend. 1-27-19. I was supposed to have impressions made for a partial. Instead i got a filling for tooth #7 (front insisor). I understand that x-rays dont lie but that tooth NEVER once gave me any indications of having a cavity. I realized that this is no longer the office of Dr. Russ; the Dr. whos done most of my dental work so far. I have had EXTREME PAIN on that tooth since i left there 4 days ago. What im upset about is IF he knew the cavity was too deep for a filling why not do it right the first time with a root canal instead of doing twice the work causing me to be UNSATISFIED as well as in PAIN? He did very poor work because the excess filling overlaped on the next tooth making it impossible to floss. Not to mention you can see black blotches in the front of my tooth from the mess he made on the back. VERY POOR WORK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

They are a excellent dentist and would proudly refer them to anybody.There staff is polite and attentive. The environment is clean and very well organized

My son had his appointment for the first time staff is very friendly the assistant explained everything to me and my son I highly recommend this office its way better then western dental

Took my boys in today and had a great experience. Staff was friendly and doctor was very nice. She took her time with the boys, let them watch cartoons while she cleaned there teeth and tried to teach them how to floss. Over all I really liked this office, I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Hothi or Dr. Rassiwala. We saw Dr. Hothi, but I heard the other doctor was also great with kids.

Ive lived my whole life hating the dentist and this office restored my smile. Im so greatful for all the ladies who work here and the doctors. They truly care about making you become a more confident you. Thank you soooo much!

These folks are very gentle and thorough.

Office staff is horrible. My daughter was crying she was told to shut the *uck up. We have had our appointments changed twice without notice. We were there as an emergency patient and now a month later still have no work done. I would not recommend you go to this place. Dr. Russ is a wonderful man its just too bad his assistants and office staff are out of control.

Really felt comfortable in the office and with the staff and doctor.

Staff is very nice helpful and keep me informed of all upcoming appts.

I have had two appointments just to get impressions, you wait over an hour past your appointment time and they still dont call you in. I wouldnt take my dog to this dentist! Waste of time and energy!

Unprofessional quack! They told my wife they would refer her out for dental work that the dentist doesnt do. They decided not to and never bothered to tell her. The place she was supposed to go to was told they would be getting the referral that was also a lie.

Very rude an had me waiting over an hour just for a prescription i hate this place
