I was called within a few hours by Wendy, she took control of the conversation by providing answers to questions I had as well as not providing excuses. Wendy was solution driven and listened. READ reviewSarah (customer service person that picked up the phone) stated pest inspection are free unless the property is on the market to be sold, at that point inspection are $120. Customer will get the same inspection but if the house is for sale it’s $120!!! When asked why, she stated I can only help you set the appointment. When asked to speak to a supervisor Sarah stated she is not available and I don’t know when she’ll be able to get back to you.

Literally the easiest company to work with! I have used them for 3 years now! Home infested moving in, not a problem after their treatment. I use them for quarterly service now. The staff are so incredibly kind and professional! It comes from the top! From the person receiving the call to schedule the appointment to the technician ... all are amazing and really try to help! Technician will call when 30 min away and spends as much time as needed for a thorough treatment! They know what they are talking about! Scheduled me the very same day of both times when I was in need of a service immediately! Could not give a higher recommendation!!!

A great pest management company that Ive used in several different locations.Our family has owned and managed commercial property for the last 9 years and have not found a pest control provider like them. Fast, efficient and they promptly reply back to phone calls and EMAILS. Exceptional service from scheduling, consultation and serving with the techs.

I have an older home near neighbors that I believe to be horders. It seems that mice travel from that house to my home on a very regular basis. I have gone through several exterminating companies over the years until i Pinnacle Pest. I called them the first time and they were excellent! The best by far. They’re effective, courteous reliable service both both costumer service and individual exterminators. They know their trade very well and even educate the costumer about pest control.I decided to get a contract and it’s great! They come as much as needed and they are always available to come to you relatively soon after your request. A couple of days usually, never more than a week. I highly recommend them.
