I woke up to ants in my house. I called Orkin and they were able to come out the same day (just a few hours after calling). The technician was very knowledgeable and really aimed to find where the ants were coming from so he could most effectively eradicate. This is my first time with Orkin but so far so good

Had a bedbug infestation and went with Orkin to get rid of them. Spent four months trying to take care of it and never were able to get rid of them. Had the manager come out, he admitted it was their wrongdoing that was keeping the bugs there, and then wanted to charge me an additional three thousand dollars on top of the 1800 I spent to try something else. When trying to negotiate pricing, got zero response. Very unhappy with the services I received.

I found termites at my house and called Orkin. They told me they would be at my house a week later between 2 and 4. I have a project Im working on at my job, I rushed it so I wouldnt miss the deadline and took a half day off, without pay.Nobody ever showed up and nobody ever called me. I have confirmation e-mails so I know my request is in their system.I dont appreciate having my time wasted.

Eric Robello was my tech and he was great. He repaired all the areas where a rodent could get in and set traps in which he will come back and check in 1 week. I hope the annual service that I purchased continue to be as good as my first visit. Also they were able to come the same day I called which was awesome.

Too much communication!!! I received a phone call, a text, and an email in the 24 hours before the appointment. I received another text and an email to tell me the person was on his way. I received another text to tell me the person was here. Even with all this communication the person knocked on our door to tell us he was here. And then finally another text and an email to say the job was complete. This is ridiculous. Quit bothering me with all these useless updates. Just send one reminder in advance and one when the job is completed.

2 employees responded to our residence and preformed a 3 month pest control maintenance. These guys were truly professional spraying the whole outside circumference of our home, cleaning cobwebs on the ewes, putting pesticides on our lawn and really were thorough even lacing pesticides between our bushes... A great job by 2 professionals!!

For some unknown reason, my bi-monthly service was not performed as scheduled and my house became over run with ants inside and out. Although it took several phone calls to get a tech out to my house, he did a thorough job of taking care of the ant problem plus he was very professional and polite. Five stars for the tech. I also spoke with Christina to try and schedule service. Five stars for her too. Four stars for Orkin for delayed service.

I have been using Orkin for more than a year now and they have always done a great job with pest treatment and prevention. We have a dog, so they are conscious about the products they use around the yard and house. Techs are friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual, and have no issues coming out between scheduled visits if there is a new bug problem. Highly recommend!

ORKIN goes to the house monthly to maintain the service.They are very efficient and helpful as for sometimes we call them in between and I love their good easygoing attitude to come to the house to take care of what we ask.

Orkin provides terrific service. We use them mainly for ant control. Today two techs came to the house and while one treated and the other used a long dust mop to remove all cob webs under the eaves. Amazing!

Scheduled service for interior and exterior of our house. All kids and pets had to be away for a minimum of 2 hours. I checked cameras to see when the gentleman left and it was exactly 3 minutes after I pulled out of the driveway.I immediately called in and was told they could try to send someone out tomorrow but that a supervisor would have to contact me in the morning. With kids doing online learning all day, meaning they HAVE to be in the house this is a complete hassle. If you need things done the right way the first time, do not use Orkin. Terrible experience.

I have been using Orkin for over 1 year and love their service! Very friendly and professional, great communication and will come out in between visits free of charge if needed.

I don’t think my guy has been there in months. I see the same toppled rat trap in the living room. It’s been upside down and empty for months. So not sure is going on.

Nice guy, but was concerned that he wasn’t wearing a mask, nor was he adhering to the 6ft of social distancing... he was an older gentleman so perhaps he just couldn’t hear very well, that’s why he wasn’t sticking to the 6ft. Anyway, he got most of our spider webs, sprayed where he was supposed to, etc. Two stars knocked off for not practicing social distancing and not wearing PPEs.

Our Orkin service rep, Raj, has always done the best job. I have had him for 16+ years. From ants to rats to gophers ... its DONE! I used Orkin prior to our move here 16 years ago and they were great but Raj is the best.
