The technician, Alex, phoned yesterday to let me know he would be coming in Friday, Oct. 1st. I was not aware of his early morning presence so I called Delk to have him call me back to discuss his work as he is new to my service. He responded to my questions and detailed what he had done on the property. I appreciated his prompt and professional follow up.

Vancy is our technician and is always so professional, polite and friendly. Its great having the same person each time he us familiar with our property,gates etc. He us also very knowledgeable, I can tell him what issue we are having, fleas spiders etc and he immediately responds that he will add something to the mix to take care of the problem.

Where to begin...we have had Delk for a handful of years. Regina is always helpful when I call. Yauncey communicates the day before his scheduled visit, is always on time, very thorough and sweet. If I need him to come out for an unexpected pest he makes it happen and takes care of our needs.

My family has had Delk pest control for over 10 years, the majority of which (maybe the entire time) Yauncey has been the technician. He always calls the day before, to make sure there are no new issues and to make sure the gate is left unlocked. As my mother and step-fathers health declined, he would make sure to even lock the gate for them when he left. He explained to me, after they passed, that he would use a bucket from his truck to stand on to reach over and lock it (my mom thought he was just tall enough - lol). Looking back, it brings a smile to my face at how my mom spoke of him; they both did. For the peace of mind he brought to my parents, I am forever grateful. He is always kind, caring and on top of any issues that arise. I am thankful that he is our pest man. I have had Delk now for 6 or 7 years maybe more. Joe my technician always calls the day before he comes, always takes care of any issues I have, explains what he is doing. He also uses a Webster to clean off any cobwebs on the fences too. If I find an ant in the house he handles that too. Excellent company and I think he does 4 other houses on my block as well.

We have tried to use local home grown companies for years. And Delk Pest Control is one of the best. Our tech arrives once a month to keep our house free of ants, spiders, and any pests that invade a house. It is money well spent and they are great people to work with.If we find a problem in between scheduled visits the tech comes out to solve the problem at no charge.

We have had Delk Pest Service for well over 10yrs. Never have I been disappointed. We have had Joe S. as our service tech for much of this time. He has always been helpful, attentive, and given great advice on how to do extra when taking care of our garden and yard. Delk was very attentive and had quick service the couple of times we had ants or extra spiders invade the house. Delk helped me get rid of that last darn rat that I just couldnt catch from our garden shed. Im not squeamish, so their assistance helped me get rid of the pesky pest easily.
