Just went this morning (08/14/2021) right at opening to get my oil changed. Have never used an oil change service as Im used to servicing my own, but after moving into a new place and not having my old tools decided to take the risk. Plus, getting to the oil filter on a 2005 frontier is pretty terrible if you have big hands.Quick, professional, and courteous. No upsells, just let them know what I needed and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. They also checked tire pressure, fluids, and cleaned my windshield. Truck is running just fine. Great place and will always recommend and go back from now on. Opted to use their oil and filter and the price was definitely worth it for the time and convenience. If you know what you need, want a pain free experience, and great service with respect to your time and money - this is the place to go.Thanks gents!For reference, vehicle I took was a 2005 Nissan Frontier.

One of my favorite places to get my oil changed. This location specifically is very well ran and professional and they actually recommend the proper services you need. I recommend this one over the other location in Stockton. For reference 4 stars is top, 5 is rare for me

Very fast and friendly service with a much quicker time than originally quoted! Went in to have a tire checked and the tire was inspected for free. The associate also put the correct amount of air in each tire. Very impressed with this location and its efficiency to serve all customers quickly and respectfully regardless of how busy they are. Highly recommend!

They were quick, professional and did not try to upsell any other service. They did exactly what I wanted, and even asked me when I wanted to come back for my next oil change. This was the best Jiffy Lube experience I have ever had.

And I took my car down there they said they can do it a transmission flush when I got there after 10 miles they told me they didnt know what I was talking about after I called them. and then they said they did do that kind of car a Chevy Equinox when I got to there facility I kept my cool

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I know if I would have gone elsewhere, Id still be sitting and waiting. The employees are very professional and pleasant to work with. I do plan on going back again, for my future oil changes.

This jiffy lube is the best... The service is very good always punctual they never play with you and try to add on some extra charges without telling you. When they do bring it to your attention that something needs work on your car they dont act too pushy or rude they just straight-up ask do you want it done and if you say no they say okay no problem maam we just wanted to let you know. every time I go Im in and out of there with an oil change in about 30 minutes no problem always a great job and my car is been running great. thank you guys for working during this virus putting your lives on the line to make sure that we could be safe on the road. I will continue to bring my 2015 Chrysler 200 here.

Easy in and out, professional but was concerned about price. I usually get my car serviced in Elk Grove closer to work but decided to try this location closer to home. $23 price difference caught me off guard, same service. Was told different cities have different pricing? Was still treated very well and car was serviced quickly.

I have been coming here for years. I always get great service. Staff are excellent; Super efficient and courteous. Dont usually wait very long at all.Was here again last week, got in and out quickly for oil change. Super awesome service!

I called prior to going in and when I got there, I was given a whole different price for an oil change. It was double than what I was quoted and they wanted me to wait 45 minutes, I left.

I came here because the place I usually go was closed. First time using Jiffy Lube. Everyone was Friendly and Professional. I would definitely consider coming back.

Wasnt able to get oil change due to a oil pan issue that they informed me of. Showed me a picture of my problem and referred me to get it corrected. The tech was helpful. This is the only Jiffy I will go to.

Im not happy it still looks dirty to Me. The guy said I came in to early for an Oil Change. So I asked for him to look at the Coolant. He said it look cloudy and said it would be $149 I wish I would took a before and after picture my family & friends said take it back. I would go back to them.

I called to see if this location was open during COVID, a gentleman answered professionally and said he was indeed open and no one was there and to take my car in. I arrived ten minutes later and was greeted with the same politeness and was done in maybe 15 minutes! 10/10 would revisit this location. Way to spread some positive vibes guys!

Quick and easy

This is a small place that works quick. Multiple employees give your vehicle a inspection. Lights, fluids and a visual of the undercarriage before changing your oil. Very courteous employees.

Went to get my rear differential serviced on my ford ranger, hardly ever take my truck to someone else to work on. Nice enough guys but they couldnt even remove the drain plug to do the job, which is all a lube shop does. I ended up going home and doing the work myself.

Oil light came on while driving on a road trip, made a quick stop here and the guys were all amazing they topped all fluids no cost and did a full check. They made this a great experience with their wonderful professionalism and I would recommend this place for the best customer service. If we lived in the area this would defiantly be our first choice.

I called to get estimate and I wanted synthetic oil I recieved a blend not happy about that the girl that helped me was great but she needs to know the difference of blend and full synthetic and they should figure how to bill and estimate jobs

I was in line for 1.30 hour, my car service was the next, then the guy guided me inside the waiting room. I had a question and came outside and I found my car third in a queue. He told me that I need to wait another 1 hour. Its highly unprofessional way of attending the customer. I am a student pursuing a doctorate and they wasted my two hours without getting the service done.

This is a small location, mainly just for oil changes. But these guys are great! They are fast and knowledgeable, I dont know what else you could want from a Jiffy Lube tech.

Ive gone to this Jiffy Lube twice.. Each time theyve tried to beat me out of my money..I have a Toyota and theyll jack the estimated price up charging me for a super sport filter & synthetic oil, which comes close $70.00 when an oil change with a reg filter & oil is $45.00..I think ill try another facility from now on.

I took my Ford Tauras in to get an oil change and the young man wa honest enough that I could still wait another 1000 miles. In addition he topped me off with oil, power steering fluid, put air on my tires AND jumped my car since it had trouble starting. Allfor no charge. This staff typically impresses me as is evident.
