I went in to get my car fixed I had it towed over to mitas and I talk to Bill. I needed to get a new fuel pump put in. So when I got there I told Bill that I need a new fuel pump so I would bill ended up doing was doing a diagnostic for $140 when I already told him what was wrong with my car. I asked him how much the part would be and he said $935. Now me knowing how long it will take to put in a fuel pump I figured it would be no more little over 1000 bucks out the door. No bill charge me $1427 for the part and labor he charge me an extra 400 and something dollars on labor. I am filing with the Better Business Bureau and he is price gouging I’m sure someone else has been price gouged but he will no longer be price gouging after he gets sued

Ken and Shawna are amazing! As a single Mom, my car breaking down was horrible for me. Ken and Shawna took such good care of me and my stupid car. The car was toast but they did everything they could to make this situation easier for me. I brought a family friends car that they were letting me use to Ken  for a tune up as it had been sitting for awhile and they got everything perfect and got me back in the road. I cant thank Ken and his amazing team enough. Those people are angels! I would 100% recommend taking your car here and wont take any car anywhere else from now on. Ken is my car guy!

Midas dont brake for nobody! So dont let your brakes go bad and come here to get serviced. Also, there is a Super Rad and tasty Taco Truck right around the corner in front of the Hideout. One of the best trucks! Tell em I sent you and he will hook you up.

I wasn’t sure if my car needed some fluids/oil so Pablo helped me out by checking it out and told me I was all good. Very helpful and great customer service 😊!

I am a very generous person, especially when someone is handling business for me like MidasTheir customer service was great, my car was left there over night and they switched out my batteryAnd once I realized that I called to confront them and they act as if I’m lieing and asked me where did I purchase my car from, They question me to death as if I’m lieing, JUST BECAUSE IM A WOMAN THEY THINK I DIDNT KNOW, BUT IM AWARE.

Ive been going to this shop for a quite a few years, and they have been great. They fix what needs to be fix and will not try to sell services that you dont need. They will make recommendation and give you a estaminet on how long before there will be a issues with the recommended service. Ill continue to go when need because the service is outstanding and the customer service is top notch.

I’ve been coming here for over 16 years at least. Pablo and the guys are very helpful, polite and professional. They have taken great care of all my cars throughout the years and don’t overcharge me. They continue to make everything easy for me and that’s why I continue to come here. I really trust them with all my cars new and old, whether it’s just an oil change, patch a tire, new tires, brakes etc and when needed they’ve referred me to some great shops for my transmission, for a couple of my cars throughout the years. I’d Highly recommend!

Under staffed overbooked no hello when entering empty customer desk no phone calls answered to get answers on serice scheduling I walked out went to other shop for help.

Approach with cautionI got a coolant flush from them and less than 2 weeks later my car overheated. Got it towed and checked out. There was very low coolant. Had to go buy my own coolant to put in my car. Had to pour more than half the bottle in. Tested it out and it ran fine. So they either didnt have the car on or they didnt put enough in.Called back to get some kind of solution or atleast a refund. Manager got rude. So be aware

Wonderful place to go for tune ups,oil changes, new tires, brakes and all things related to car repair except body work. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They dont pile on unnecessary repairs. They do give you a list of repairs and replacements that you may need in the future. No pressure to fix now unless its unsafe. I have been taking my cars here for the past 6 years.

Had my 60K mile service promptly done at a reasonable price. On top of that, they gave me a 10% discount and a ride to pick it up. Bill took the time to answer all my questions and get everything right to my satisfaction. Great experience!

Ran into some air conditioning trouble while driving home on a long trip. 100 degree day with no air does not make a great end to a vacation. We called ahead to see if they would even have time for us and they said yes come on in. We arrived and they met us at our car and asked us if we called earlier. He looked at our very warm dogs in the back and offered them water. They allowed our dogs to go inside to cool off. They went well above and beyond helping us. Friendly and kind employees help make a bad situation much better.

Went there on Saturday for an oil change I have taken my cars there before and received good fast service but this time when they finished my car I noticed a deep scratch on the front bumper as if they scrapped it coming in or out the bay doors so I brought it to the manger or owner Bills attention something was wrong with him started yelling and being very disrespectful to my wife and I saying we just want stuff for free and treating talking that he was charging us for the research that he had to put into it in my profession that type of behavior isnt tolerated and will get you from employee to customer fast the bad part is I never asked them for anything I just wanted to know what happened

Good service i used to go to a mid as in San Jose same great service i recommend the one on Pacific avenue.

Went there for an oil change because i thought that was the cause of my car acting up, instead they Did a curtosy diagnostic & figured that wasnt the problem and even suggested helpful places to go for my cars issue. I really appreciate that. Thank you for the great customer service! 5stars!

Pablo quoted me $798.00, to Only replacethe Catalytic converter on a already installed flomaster dual exhaust cat back system WOW!! ...It only cost me $500.00 to install the entire system 6 yrs ago... all I need replaced, is the Catalytic Converter itself! Which I can buy from Summit Auto for $45-$65.00. (then cut out the old one+Weld it back on) Cost...what a joke these guys are. Total ripoffs (He tries to tell me that its the only way its Available to him) unquote,, meaning the Entire Exhaust system Moral of the story is this Thieves

I had a coolant issue pop up in the middle of a four hour drive after stopping for a late lunch. I limped my car to Midas with under an hour until their closing time. They correctly diagnosed the issue and even stayed an extra hour after closing in order to make sure I wouldnt be stranded in Stockton for two days (as this was a saturday and they were closed sunday). They also warned me about a broken cv joint but didnt fix it although I definitely would have trusted them to do so had there been time. They were patient and incredibly helpful with my repair.

Capable technicians perform many automobile services, besides replacing mufflers. I get my oil changed there.

Theyre very friendly and do more than mufflers you should take your car in there if you want it repaired
