Came in for a removal of a old set and a full set. She immediately began ripping them off vs soaking them. I commented on it and she said it was fine, no problem. I asked for Gray base with marble look & a matte finish.

BEST nail experience I have ever had. This was my first time at Brookside Nails and it was AMAZING. The salon is so beautiful and CLEAN. I highly recommend this salon. The customer service was great. My nails were done by Bella from San Jose. She took her time to make sure I look PERFECT. My pedicure is FLAWLESS and my acrylics are on point. Bella from San Jose took her time to make sure each nail came out looking good and I recommend her to everyone. I finally found a good, clean, beautiful salon to go to every 2 weeks. The people are nice but the prices are expensive. The prices are way more than what they advertise. For just a very basic 10 min pedicure and a full set of acrylic nails I was charged 75$. I will be trying a more reasonably priced nail shop next time.

2nd time visiting and had another wonderful time. Very attentive to your preferences and comfortable atmosphere. Cindy saw me today and managed to upsell me on a mani/pedi, but it was worth it! My feet are so soft. Recommend for full sets, manicures, and pedicures.

The lady I got was very rude. Ive had my nails done for years and moved close to this shop so I thought Id give it a try. I asked for rounded edges and most of the edges are still pointy. The polish job is shoty and the nails are not straight. Wont be going back

This place isnt clean for the outrages prices they charge

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I got nail fungus all under my nails, one of them broke off completely and one is ripped. I got normal acrylic nails and treated them fine. The women who did my nails complained about my mother and for a manicure took the nails of and cut them of leaving some long and some short. Don’t ever go if you want to have semi nice nails.

I go for wonderful pedicures. Tony is who I like to get my pedis from. He is fast and thorough yet gentle. And, always consistent!

I love this place. They always make you feel welcome here. Michael is very friendly always greets me with a smile. And Kim is the best nail tech ever. Always polite and quick. She respects my time and I appreciate that. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

Was overpriced and I was charged for unnecessary things like picking a certain nude color having long nails and even ombré glitter polish on my acrylics. They did an ok job but not worth me getting the nails I got

Comfortable and relaxing

Never coming here again... Vince is the only person I like doing my nails but hes always booked. This other old guy did my nails and he kept complaining how not many people gets the nail shape I want (which is a stiletto/almond shape). Then he proceeds to tell me that it doesnt look good on me because I have small hands and that my nails are short. Ummmm excuse me, but are you the one paying for it??? So all I heard from him was complaining. At the end, my nails were crooked and looked ugly. If he didnt wanna do my nails, couldve had someone else do it. So when I went again, a lady did my nails. I asked for a design and she told me she cant do it. I asked who can do designs and she said no one at the shop can. So I asked for acrylic full set, shellac nail polish and a simple design. She kept messing up on my nails and I told her its crooked and it doesnt look right. She handed me the nail filer and told me to do it. So I did. I asked for her name, she said her name was RITA. I asked the receptionist, and he said her name was JENNy. So whos lying? At the end she she messed up and didnt do my nails right. I politely asked her to fix it and she refused to and had someone else do it. I dont like to argue so after I paid, I walked away. Very unprofessional. Never coming here again.

I wouldnt even give this place a one star if I didnt have to to give a review, first there were three of us together, the minute we walked in the door they rushed us to the pedicure chairs and we had to take turns picking our colors from samples, they started the pedicures for the other two and I was setting there waiting, they were more than half way through with the other two before they started mine, when they polishes our toes they all walked away and left us sitting in the chairs and never came back, we had to take the Kleenex off our feet and put our own shoes back on, I do not recommend this shop and I personally will never go there again

I would like to start out saying...I have a 4 month old daughter, and anyone who knows where the mother goes the baby comes. I went on a Wednesday afternoon with my mother and my daughter, my mother and I both got pedicures and and manicures. My mother enjoyed Trinas work very much, she was very gentle and very polite. The lady who performed my pedicure was also very nice and I wish I could remember her name. Although when it came time for my manicure, I had a guy named Tony. First of all he told me i had to leave my daughter in the corner of the salon while I got my nails done in the front. I replied saying no she is coming with me and she will sleep in her car seat. He rushed me on making a decision and when I gave him my answer of what I wanted he told me that looks bad, pick something else. I understand they do this all day, but its going on my nails, Im looking at it everyday. Maybe about 5 minutes into the manicure, my daughter starts crying for me to change her diaper, so I ask him to stop and give me a couple minutes to take her to the bathroom. Well my mother was still sitting there and overheard him talking inappropriately about me. When I came back from the restroom with my daughter my mother was already finished and offered to take her for me, before I could even answer he replied saying oh God thank you. After all that he was very rude and rough. I liked the place and the other people, but I hated him. It takes a lot for me to say something online. I would go back but I will not see him, and I dont recommend him.

Everytime I go I end up unhappy. Never going to go again. Recently rushed out by Vince. And he said next time I want something from the Internet make an appointment for someone who can do it. I wanted a plain nudewhite ombre cat nail and left with a red almond ugly ass nails that were painted red underneather andwhen I asled him to clean it up he said they look good. Paid 40$ and he thought I was going to tip. Hell no. Never again. They are over priced and only 3 people out of the technicians are good.
