I always love Karen she always is very careful and understands my every need when it comes to my nails. Great value and always consistent and takes care of her customers. Been coming here for almost 2 years now. I wouldnt dare switch it up. Nail overlay was beautiful on my real nails

I seen that they had good reviews so I decided to try them and the lady who did my nails was horrible. They never dried, she chopped up my cuticles, and didn’t polish my nails evenly. It’s almost 2 hours later and they still aren’t dry. She even tried to spray some fast drying nail spray on them and that didn’t work. It looks like my little sister did them.Update: it is 6 hours later and they still aren’t dry. They must be using some old and/ or cheap nail polish.

This place is terrible!! I was told to show what lashes i wanted done. They looked horrible! Cheap & thick and stiff like cardboard!! And too much glue which made them heavier! My French tip turned yellow below the white tip of nails the very next day. I went to back to see if Karen would re-do lashes & nails. After debating with her on good business practices she continued to refuse to correct the problems.

I went to this place because it had good reviews. Really nice people but poor quality nails. She did a very rough job removing my cuticles to the point where she made all five of my fingers bleed. She also did a very poor and uneven job on my gel polish. The lady ended up filing my nails again after the gel polish was done because she also put top coat around the skin on my nails. Needless to say I won’t be coming back.

I always get great service there and my toes and hands feel great when theyre done.

My wife has gone there for years and they have always taken great care of her!!

I love it here the prices are perfect the people are so nice too and even though they are always busy they are very accommodating. I used to live in Stockton so I went often but I moved away. I still come here when I am in town simply because you can find such great customer service

I loved visiting this place, it was my first visit, my daughter and I cut our hair and then my nails, all in the same visit without any problem, the person who made my nails very friendly and worried about every detail to stay perfect and to finish a rich hand massage .... everything perfect, I recommend it, at least I had a very good experience to be the first time in that place and they have very affordable prices.

Been going here for 11 years now. Thought I should right a review. Its my Cheers, a place I go where everyone knows my name. Friendly staff, very welcoming. I usually get pedicures and eyebrow wax. Tried the VIP pedicure and is worth the extra money for all the pampering you get. I tried my first shellac manicure. Love the outcome. I have nice real nails but I never paint them since it comes off in a day or 2. Shellac (gel) is the answer. Highly recommend. For eyebrow wax, I recommend Dee. For pedicures, Dee, Cathy, Jill or Nu. Shellac manicure Ive only had Karen but she was great, pays attention to detail and wants to make sure Im more than happy. Perfectionist! Very relaxing environment. I purposely go during non peak times, ie weekdays either before noon or after 5pm.

So my girlfriend tried to have her nail done and it was about 5pm. Note: they close at 7pm. She text me soon after she arrived. And heres her text to me.They had like 4 people being worked on when I walked in, I told them can I get a full set and pedicure.They said right away itll be a long wait and then I asked how long? One lady told the girl talking to me to do it and then she told her no I dont want to, and then another lady came up to me and said come back at 5:30 which was 30 minutes awayIf you have available workers, you take customers in. Simple as that. Youre not SHOPPING. YOU DONT GET TO PICK AND CHOOSE. Never going to that place.

I have been going to Cathy here for 8 years. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly and inviting. I recommend it, you will be very happy.

I am deeply disappointed. Ive been coming here for over 10 years and used to encourage everyone to go. Recently my pedicure almost hit the 2 hour mark and I had to get up and leave, without my polish being done. Im not sure whats going on, but this is inexcusable. My aunt also went, per my recommendation, and get polish had come off her nails and toes by end of day. Sorry to say, I wont be returning.

This is the only place ill go. Karen is my nail lady. She takes her time and makes sure you are happy with the results. Shes always sparking a conversation . Everyone is very friendly and in touch with your needs!!❤❤

I really want to know why I get treated the way I did while everyone else who walked in was greeted super nicely. I just needed a trim and they had me wait ten minutes for the lady to come up to me talking about a different customer. Kathy, kathy, kathy....must be a regular. She probably didnt want to have her wait or something. I dont like the feeling of others talking about me while Im sitting right there. I will pay dbl the price to make sure I get treated nicely :)...went to Supercuts instead lol
