VERY disappointed. I paid $155 for a mani/pedi. Pedicure was great, manicure was trash. None of my nails are the same length or shape. I asked to have them fixed and was told I’d have to pay for a full set again and that they didn’t have time to see me again for another 3 days. Will never be returning.

I absolutely was blown by the professionalism and amazing work from my nail technician! 1st time at lacquer yesterday and the ratings were right. My technician was very gentle with my nails, always paid attention to the details, made me feel secure unlike my previous experiences with other nail techs that would either cut me, press to hard on my nail with their machine. I cant stop looking at my nails!! I highly recommend to give them a try.

I have been going to Lacquer for about 3 years now and I have to say it is really the best nail salon in town! I always go to Matta and she does an amazing job! Hss the biggest selection of colors and great nail techs who are super friendly.

They didint understand anything I asked them to do. They where rude an I constantly had to keep telling her what I wanted an she just didint understand anything at all I was saying I would never go back such an unplesent experience i wouldn’t go here !

This was my first time going and it was an excellent experience. I received a basic manicure and pedicure, but the service and quality I received was phenomenal. They offer excellent service for a great price!

The lacquer is the absolute worst nail salon Ive had to experience they looked nice for about a day then all the color pealed off my acrylics and spent $50 dollars!!! Please dont go its a complete waste of money!!!

First time here and customer service was great. Took 2 of my little daughters and they gave them the same pedi treatment as far as soaking their feet in warm water, cleaning it and polishing it. My daughters and I had a nice relaxing time....

This is by far the BEST nail salon EVER! I drive from Manteca to see Diane, she is absolutely amazing. My nails are always beautiful, exactly what I want, creative and original, they last forever and are just perfect honestly! I have never been happy anywhere else, I am disappointed everytime if I dont go here. The possibilities are endless, and Diane is truly an artist. She never does a rushed job, and uses quality products. Definitely recommend ❤

I had a pedicure, and she cut my big toe up so bad it got infected. These people have no idea what theyre doing.

The guy made two of my finger bleed and now only 1 week later, my GEL polish has small cracks in it! Not what I thought I was paying for! I am definitely NOT pleased!

I took a relative to get waxed. And I was so sick to learn that they dont change the stick every time they dip it in the wax pot. Even when she bled, she still used the same stick and dunked it back into the pot of hot wax. I feel like this was supposed to be a higher end salon. It looks like it, they charge more but the service we had wasnt worth it. Maybe it was just the one employee but we wont be back because of the hygiene issue. Also she was rushing and wasnt as careful with the hot wax as many other cheaper salons weve been to. A couple times the hot wax wasnt tacky enough and when she used the cloth and stripped it off the hot wax spilt driped on her eye lid. 😒 I dont think she was professional at all. No skin prep, didnt hold the skin after she pulled. Ugh. I was just annoyed really. I wont come back here or recommend to anyone. But the receptionist was super nice and I loved the decor of the salon. Thats why I rated 2 stars.

Well the place was clean. But the workers were snobby. One of the worker look like she was a street walker. Had shorts on so short her butt was hanging out her belly was all hanging out as well. The prices are way to high. I will not go back.

I had an appointment and waited an hour when the nail stylist finally suggested I could come back tomorrow. Facility looks nice, but poor customer service.

They talk to you and let therapeutically/spiritually re charge you to take on this negative *ss town called Stockton. Great place. Great price. You DEFINTELY get what you pay for! Period!

Absolutely terrible! I have heard a lot of complaints about this place, however, I wanted to give them a shot and see for myself. I went in for a pedicure, the pedicure chair wasnt working at all (bummer) but I could do without. The pedicurist asked I wanted them cut/filed or left alone. I told her that shes the professional, and to do whatever she thinks would be best and to do whatever would look best on me, and I said it with a sincere smile! The pedicurist gave me the worst attitude with a smug look towards me (as well as the other pedicurists around, as if I was dumb) and she said that I need to choose, shes not going to do it for me. I then felt completely uncomfortable, and told her just to trim so I could get out of there. Not only was the customer service poor, but so was the paint job. The coating was not even at all!
