THE BEST CARET CLEANING SERVICE I EVER HAD!!!normally, I never write reviews to give my opinion when I have cleaned the carpet of my house but, this time I am convinced that it is worth it because I am very amazed at the excellent service that this company has provided me. They are very flexible in their schedule, work fast and did an excellent job cleaning my carpets, sanitizing and drying them at the same time. Wow!. Normally in my previous experiences I had to wait between 4-6 hours for the carpets to dry and this company when they finished cleaning them, they were practically dry. I am in awe of the excellent method they have and offer to clean, sanitize and dry at the same time at not additional cost. It’s definitely worth hiring them to be able to have this wonderful experience of seeing their professionalism, punctuality and speed which they work. I recommend it

He was able to come out right away and get my carpets done quickly, Martin’s Professional not only did an excellent job but, they also sanitized and dry it at the same time for a great price and fantastic service. My carpets turned out beautiful and the technician went the extra mile on all the stubborn stains. If it wasn’t for the professionalism of this company, I would still be in the dark not knowing where the awful odor was coming from. Something else makes me super satisfied with the professionalism of this company is that, they explained to me that they only use green chemicals-free solutions very safety for the entire family and I didn’t have to wait for the carpets to be dry. They specialize in not leaving wet carpets and when they finished cleaning the carpets of my house, the hole carpet was practically dry. For all that and more, I definitely recommend them.

I had high hopes for this company to deep clean my carpet and make it smell good. After my carpet was cleaned, it looked exactly the same and smelled like a dirty mop, which it didnt smell like that before. I asked if he could clean it any better, and he said no. He recommended that I vacuumed daily. I had to hire another company right after to clean my carpet again, which they were able to do to my liking. I had to pay twice to two different companies, which made me a little upset because carpet cleaning isnt cheap. I wouldnt use the service again. I do appreciate the response time and the short notice of open appointment bookings available. He arrived on time and was very kind. I just wish the quality of work was better and it would of been a perfect experience.
