AMAZING!! When I called to book an appointment the lady I talked to, went over everything with me to see what I wanted and needed. She was very helpful and gave me a price. Today when they came they where very informative. Walked through the house and asked what I wanted, just to make sure he had everything right. I got a deep clean and the results where like day and night! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Very professional, friendly and the BEST carpet cleaners around! 10/10!! Will definitely be using them again and recommending to anyone needing GOOD carpet cleaning.

On time. Quick and efficient in both rooms and hallway. Great job for the money, but average price. Took a little longer to dry but see no damage or smell from slow drying. Will use again next time I need other rooms cleaned

My tile floor grout was dirty (only 2 years new). Spot Pro was able to restore my tile and grout to look brand new. I’m very happy with the results.

I scheduled an appointment with them for today and at first the communication worked great and they showed up on time, but as soon as they got to my home they increased the original quote from $200 to $270 for the sectional cleaning because my sectional is Ivory color and I never mentioned it was a light color. (how is that my fault? )I dont like when a company doesnt honor their prices and I am always very generous when they do a good job, nonetheless, all she kept saying was that without those extra $70 bucks she couldnt guarantee it would be clean, then what were the original $200 for? To just Febreze the sectional?She didnt like me questioning and an in an unbelievable display of professionalism she declined to clean them and left.I called an other company (Perez carpet cleaning) and I was very clear this time my sectional was a light Ivory color and he charged me only $180 and he did an awesome job.

Wonderful job cleaning and sealing tile on floors and kitchen counter and back splash. There was a lot of dirt/grease to remove which came out great. I actually enjoy cleaning my kitchen now.

My grandmothers house was built in 1976 and her carpets have seen hell! Between dogs, cats, babies, holidays that floor stank! Now there is no smell at all!😲 My grandma said it finally smells good in here. Im so excited to have Thanksgiving and Christmas here. Thank you so much! Shayne and Tara are very fast and efficient, plus their equipment allows them to work around all the clutter that was in the house and even go up the stairs. I will definitely have them out here again to clean the rest of the house.

Im pleased with the service I received. My carpet was super dirty; I was kind of embarrassed to have them come & clean it. But I was beyond tired of looking at it. So I called a few places for quotes & companies quoted me these ridiculous prices! I was thinking hell I mines aswell get my floors transfered to hardwood or the next best thing. My last call was to SpotPros I was happy with the quote. Scheduled my appointment; they were on time, professional & did a really good job. They even removed items that I forgot to remove just to get to the areas I wanted clean. Great job!

Spot Pros are really spot pros! We had a move out cleaning done today. They performed a miracle on my moms carpet and very quickly. They got out the pet urine stains and odor. Spot Pros are true professionals in their field. Everything was explained before and after cleaning. Very impressive! We will use them again.

Shayne and Tara did a really great job on my tile and carpet. They both were very communicative on what they were going to do and how long everything would take. Their pricing is very straight forward, no bull. Very professional, whatever you need cleaned they’ll find a way to do it.

I Reached out to this company about getting carpets cleaned in one room, and was Quoted a $75 price for up to 3 rooms. I initially wasn’t interested in getting 3 rooms but decided to take them up on the offer as it was a great deal. I was informed that there is a $25 per room up charge if a “treatment” was needed, however it is not required. The company was willing to come out same day which was great! I was extremely pleased! Upon arrival they initially stated all 3 rooms would need this set treatment. I informed them i was not interested as i just wanted to pay the $75 i was initially quoted. The reps who assisted me then went on to say they could avoid treatment in 2/3 rooms but at least one of them would need it. The lowest they’d be willing to charge me was $100 But it should be anywhere from $125-$150 but at the bare minimum $100 because there is no work around for this one particular room. I politely declined & again asked them if they would be able to simply just clean the carpets without any extra treatments & they declined stating it would only make the carpets worse off. At this point i declined services & simply asked them to leave & at that point they began to belittle me stating that i shouldn’t rent a machine in attempt to do the work myself & then call them back to fix it as they fix “mess up jobs” all the time. I then contacted Howie the Carpet wizard who also has a 3 room special but for $70, instead of $75. He came to my home & seen no “treatments” being needed & was able to clean my 3 rooms better then i could have expected! I would NOT recommend spot pros as they are sales reps who are more focused on making an extra dollar versus satisfying their clients.In Response to your comment you attempted to force me into spending more money when i stated over & over that was not what i wanted to do. It wasn’t about the funds it was about the fact you tried to pull a fast one which i did not appreciate. Heavily soiled or not you didn’t walk away from the job, i refused to have you do the work. On top of THAT you informed me everyone else would charge me $100 plus. If that was the case at the bare minimum i would have expected to pay $100 instead of being told a $75 price to simply get you “in the door” to have a potential extra $75 added ON TOP OF the charges i was originally quoted. The previous reviews are from YEARS ago, so my experience was recent. 11/2019 to be exact. I stated i could rent a machine for $40 when you offered to do ONE room for $75 to still be able to apply this treatment. As I’ve previously stated i would not recommend this company to ANYONE. I found a cheaper & better route who was able to do a fantastic job in my home without looking to “up sell” me on services that are labeled as “not required” but honestly are. Thank you! Hired Spot Pros to clean my carpets I thought would NEED to be replaced. Shayne explained in depth about what needed to be done and at first I was skeptical, but after he did the cleaning I was blown away! I had my sons carpets cleaned. We had all 3 bedrooms, hallway, office, stairs and living room done for a great price ! The carpets looked great when they were done and they were nice, friendly and very professional !

Upon calling Spot Pros I received excellent customer service. I made an appointment for upholstery cleaning. They informed me of their specials. On the day of my appointment, they contacted me as promised and arrived early into their projected window (cable and internet companies should take a lesson from them for sure). Upon I arrived I was greeted with a handshake and a friendly greeting. They again informed me of cost saving specials. I decided to get my stairs taken care as well; they look like new! Sofa and love seat look and smell great. I am a very satisfied customer and plan that be a repeat customer. Job well done!

Tara and Shayne are amazing!! They love what they do and know what it takes to get the job done! There were stains from a grease spill and pet urine and after they cleaned the carpet it was seriously almost all gone I couldnt even believe it! They use machines that other cleaning companies dont use to get those carpets clean as possible! Really professional and great customer service we are having them come back to clean our vents! Definitely would reccommend

Had some serious issues on my boat. An unknown water leak during a storm caused some mold issues in the front stateroom. A second leak caused by some defective water containers made things even worse!! The odor was horrible. These folks came in and went the extra mile to find even more than we knew about on their first inspection. They called me and sent photos before they moved forward. It took them more time but worth every penny. So happy I hired them to do the job.
