This is my third visit from Chem-dry in Lodi. They do a great job and go over the top to meet my needs. One large area rug was a magnet for my naughty little dog and had a strong urine smell. They cleaned the front and back and also added something that removed all the odors. It looks and smells great.

Had our carpets cleaned yesterday (6/4/19). Tom was on time and polite. We are satisfied with how clean the carpet looked, however, today we discovered places where his machine had hit and marked up variouse places on our freshly painted baseboard. In addition to that, our antique dresser was damaged when he moved it. I would not use the Chem-Dry method again or recommend it. While it drys quicker than Coit or Stanley it was $100 more in price and the machine seems to be heavy and hard to control as it moves around the house.

We have area rugs and 3 dogs and Tom came out and cleaned our rugs they look brand new. We called and got an appointment within 2 days after I called they came out on time and it was so reasonable...

I have used Chem-Dry of Lodi for many years and the reason I keep using them year after year is because they do such a great job! The service is wonderful, they dont soak your carpets, or use any harsh chemicals.

Lodi Chem-Dry has totally revitalized a very old carpet. Not only cleaned the carpet but gave it new life. I would highly recommend their services and plan to use them in the future.

ChemDry was on time and quick. We have 2 dogs, 1 large, and a cat that are on the carpets all the time. They did 5 bedrooms a hallway and stairs in about 2 hours. I used the whole house fan to help speed up the drying to about 3 hours. Very impressed with the results.

We just had our carpets and rugs cleaned from ChemDry of Stockton and we are beyond impressed. Not only were they able to get out permanent marker stains, but they were also able to remove a stain from a red wine spill!!! The service did not impose on our family; it only took about two hours to complete 4 rooms. And the best part is that you do not need to wait for the carpets to be dry; ChemDry uses a product that does not saturate the carpet! We will definitely be using them again!

Most people like to give emotional reviews when they do things like this. I on the other hand much prefer a logical assessment of a situation. It is much easier to use when trying to make a decision. I recommend Chem-Dry of Stockton and Chem-Dry of Lodi all the time. Let me share with you the story of our white carpets and a daughter who worked in a restaurant. Somehow she would come home with the dirtiest shoes I have ever seen. Over a short period of time she managed to wear a black as night path into the carpet. Did I already mention the carpet was white? I called Chem-Dry, who I had at that point been using and recommending for 5 years, they arrived and gave me back my white carpet. For you nay sayers, I am not talking about a psuedo white carpet, I am talking about from the store brand new white carpet!!!The years I have been working with Chem-Dry I have always had white carpets and because they are in business I will never have to worry about darkening my color because they ALWAYS get them back to factory color!!! The first time I used Chem-Dry was in June of 2009, today, February of 2017, my family and I just moved into a new house with...drum roll please...White carpets that were pretty rough. First off they were running a bit late, but were professional enough to call ahead to tell me they would be 10 minutes behind = excellent.Secondly the appointment was scheduled for a quote but they had the time and equipment to get it done right then and there = excellent.Thirdly the process they used cleaned every (and I mean every) spot on the carpet that was 12 years worn and puked on by little kids like IT NEVER HAPPENED = excellent.Fourthly they did a second legacy clean even after the 1st pass got everything up just to improve drying time = excellent.The price quoted got my my bedroom, stairwell, hallway and high traffic areas of the living room done in one shot = excellent.The value per dollar, the raking to fluff the carpet, the 30 day return if anything happens - I get a free spot-clean... I just have to say:Excellent.Im not even going to bother with any other provider - Im that content.

They come in, do their thing, the carpets are nearly dry when they leave and they are clean. Friendly and professioal.
