My Kenmore fridge / freezer quit cooling, so I tried calling the Kenmore place at Maplewood. No humans will talk to you, and no one could come for 3 WEEKS! So I called a local place that does not service my brand of fridge, and they recommended Watson Appliance.A real person answered the phone and she was very kind. There was already a technician in my area, so I only had to wait 2 hours (instead of 3 weeks). And he was polite, professional and knowledgeable.The final diagnosis is that my fridge is probably irreparable. Even so, I really appreciated how thorough Aaron was and how he explained all my options. They could do a diagnostic test and possibly repair the leak, but Im ready to move on to a new fridge. Im giving them five stars for the excellent customer service and response time.

We found Watson‘s service through Home Advisors. They called right away, having a cancellation and were able to come out the very same day. They got the part needed for our dryer right away and returned, completing the work within a couple days. Everyone was very courteous and the technician was on time. Would use their service again.

First guy they sent out was just rude. Second guy was nice and said the washer timer needed ordering. I called them after 3 weeks and was told they no longer make the part but the company was going to make me one. No idea how long this would take. I checked online and found this part available at 3 different sites and in stock. (I didn’t have to look hard). It’s now been a month and a half and they still haven’t called me even once. Am calling tomorrow to cancel repair and call home smart for a more reputable dealer.

Got done what I needed quickly, was a little more spendy than I thought for such a fast fix but I guess it is what it is.

We had a great experience with Watson. From the booking to the repair, everything was flawless. The technician only charged us for the service call because the repair wasnt extensive, so no labor charge.

Tim showed up a half hour early. Was nothing but professional. He patiently answered all my questions and explained the workings of our refrigerator as he methodically repaired it. He explained everything. I jokingly asked him if he also repaired garbage disposals. To my surprise he looked at it, quickly diagnosed it and fixed it, without charging us for it. Both repaired for $210. This completely made my day. Watson has my whole hearted highest endorsement.

Today...my mother-in-law was putting her small dog Molly into the car, the door shut and Molly stepped on the key fob and locked the door!Brent saw us trying to break a window (with no luck) he yelled about not wanting to break the window and walked over to help!Brent asked for a wire hanger to make a hook and with a tiny crack of the opening of the back window he was able to get the wire hanger and hook the keys and squeeze them out the window!He saved Molly the Bichon and the window! Thank you Brent!In the future if we need any appliance work we will call Watson Appliance!

Brent from Watson appliance came out and did some quick diagnostics on my washer and recalibrated it and it works. 5 minutes and my washer was repaired. Great job Brent! Will definitely call them for any appliance issues that may come up. Thank you!!!!

We had Watson out to fix our oven - we’d had SIX other companies come - no one could figure it out - Watson came and GOT IT DONE. They were cordial, comfortable to have in our home, and very professional. Since they magically fixed our oven we will use no other company. Great people, greasy service, QUALITY work.

My order was there when they said it would be there. They were also very helpful with information on installing the part that I ordered. It was a lid switch for a washing machine that was not a household brand name. I need any appliance parts again they will be my first call.

Watson’s is contracted for “Homesmart” service with Xcel Energy in our home area. Came out to fix our oven door. First service call checked out and then ordered part. Today Dave (Technician) came back out and installed the new door hinge. Not an easy task evidently. Forget YouTube so call easy install I saw prior to calling 🙄. Dave was Awesome! Also practiced Covid procedures while doing our service 😷. Highly recommend even if not a subscriber of HomeSmart program.

I have been using them for years. Very knowledgable and prompt. This past visit Chuck came out to fix my washer but noticed my Maytag dishwasher model had a major recall on it. He sent me a link to get it taken care of. The recall was for a fire hazard so thank goodness he did!!! Washer was diagnosed and fixed quickly as well!

Watsons Appliance was reasonably priced and didnt make me wait. Other providers were booked four weeks out, but they got me in in a few days. My renters commented on how polite the technician was and how quickly he worked, The repairman explained what had happened and how to prevent it from occurring again. Highly recommend!

Officed cancelled the first appointment at 8:40 am, 20 minutes before they were supposed to be there. 2nd appointment made for 3 to 6 pm slot. No call no show by technician and office closed at 5:30. Terrible customer service! Would never use again!

I went to menards looking for washer parts and was referred to Watsons by a menards employee. The staff was very helpful and had the part I was looking for within 12 hours.

They didn’t get our email when we booked online. Online booking was for a time they no longer had available. When I called and got their receptionist we were then told we weren’t in their service area. Website shows 50 mile radius, they stated only 20 miles.

We gave used Watson several times. The techs are always knowledgeable and friendly.

I have had them out several times over the last couple of months to fix my refrigerator. The last time was 3 weeks ago said it needed a new part I have not received any calls from them, now the refrigerator is lukewarm and the ice cubes are thawing and refreezing I am extremely frustrated with them hopefully it will be fixed soon.i am desperate now I will probably loose everything in the refrigerator.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Got ripped off for a control panel that is worth $170 and labor is $140 when it was only a fuse that cost about $20! Do your research before going with these guys?

I called and spoke to Matt. Described my refrigerator problem and received a concise, appropriate answer. Straight to the point and knowledgable! WE decided it would be cost- efficient to purchase a new refrig! Highly recommend this company!

Very disappointed. I had my fridge and dishwasher fixed. the dishwasher works fine but 5 days after they said my fridge was repaired it stopped working again. I will call when they are open as this is unacceptable. Also was told they called 3 times to ask me a question about a part, zero calls were made as I have my phone on me at all time.

I just called on Monday, next day service call for my Samsung washer( which is ten yrs old) not spinning, technician said I needed a part, and by surprise the part came in on Wednesday of the same week, technician back on Thursday, washing clothes right now. Cory was the technician very polite, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with . I would recommend Watsons to everyone thank you.

Watsons got a switch for our refrigerator, in just one day, more quickly and at a much lower cost than a nearby competitor.

Do not waste your time. They are extremely over priced and they laugh about it in your face. Horrible experience.

They have done multiple repairs for us and we are happy with their service.

My experience with this company has not been good. They came last week to repair my stove and dishwasher but didnt have parts and broke one of my burners on my stove. As far as for the dishwasher he couldnt figure it out and told me to just throw the soap packets in there. When I called to complain the manager argued with me stating my dishwasher was not working due to hard water and I asked her what did hard water have to do with the soap dispensing unit not opening but she couldnt tell me. I was told they were going to send a different technician out and as I sit here right now as the same technician asks me which parts are supposed to be replaced on the stove it just angers me sonce he diagnoised ithe over a week ago. I will never have this company return to my home ever again.

Over priced, poor service, failure to get back to customer.

Got me in same day, and got the issue with my dishwasher fixed for the same price as a service call to provide an estimate costs with other companies. Id go with these guys again.

$385 estimate for a pump that costs $54 is ridiculous. Way over-priced on the part and labor.

No too happy. They fixed my machine - 20 dollar part, in my house for 15 minutes = $300 bill.
