Fantastic service and prompt attention when we had a washing machine issue. I have used other appliance repair services locally in Stillwater and this was by far the best experience I have had hands down. Honest assessment and laid out all of our options for the repair needed. Highly recommend and I will never use another service for applicable repair again.

Had a refreshing experience with St. Croix Appliance. I was first a little apprehensive as I was expecting to speak to someone directly when I first called. However, my call was promptly returned, and scheduling was simple, arrival was on time (which wasnt the case with the first appliance repair I scheduled). The issue we had with our dishwasher and washer were taken care of with one visit with a final bill of < $100. Thats less than what others are charging as a baseline service appointment. Will definitely use again! Highly recommend.

Drew was very helpful in answering questions and providing a recommendation over the phone. I did not get a chance to use his services this time, but will do so in the future.

A 93 year old lady friend of mine had contacted Watson Appliances concerning her refrigerator leaking water on the floor. They sent a tech over to her home who was there less than 10 minutes and had her pay up front $238.45 and stated a tech would come back at a later time to do the work. After 3 times of them not showing up to do the work she called and stated she wanted a refund and to not come to do the work. She was spoken to very rudely over the phone by their representative and was told she would still have to pay $89.95 even though the work was never preformed. Luckily I happened to call her while all this was transpiring. I happen to know quite a bit about refrigeration and realizing the problem I told her that fee was way out of line concerning the issue at hand and suggested she put a stop payment on her check which she did. I googled Stillwater area appliance repair and came across St.Croix Appliance and noted the good reviews it has and suggested that she contacted them which she did. Their tech was at her home promptly the next day and fixed the problem in a matter of 20 minutes. She told me the tech was very polite and nice with her and she was very happy with their service. The total bill was $90.00 which made her very happy. Both she and I agreed that its nice to know some companies dont take advantage of the elderly! Thank You folks so very much!!

Called St. Croix and he was here within an hour and a half, diagnosed the problem within 10 min and was on his way to fixing it. We had tight windows of availability today and he worked with us to get our dryer working in no time. They will go on speed dial for the next time we need service. Thank you!!!

After several cancellations from a national repair service, we gave Drew a call. On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, he not only answered the call promptly, but was able to repair the broken heater in our Kenmore dryer. 5 stars and two thumbs up. Waaay up!

He showed up last 20mns of window . I feel that very inexperienced. He could not find part available win did he said 2 weeks. I should of called Mr Appliance. They have the parts available tomorrow.

Tech. informed me there was to much fire damage to fix dryer. Got a second opinion, dryer was fixed, and has been working for the last six months.
