We have a brand new Frigidaire Gallery gas stove. The rear burners do not light and the fan inside the oven is very loud. Called Frigidaire and was told a technician would come out last Monday 8/9/21 between 8A & 12P. Waited but no tech showed up and no one called. Found out that tech would dispatch from Advanced Appliance in Stillwater OK. Called them and was told they didn’t have any availability until 8/16/21 between 10A & 2P. I called this morning and was told that a tech was scheduled. I called again around noon and was told that tech would call when enroute. By 2P, still no tech. Called throughout the afternoon with no luck. Calls either went to voicemail, rang unanswered and one time got fax tone. Very unprofessional!

Have been in property management for more than 10 years and enjoy sharing new places with the community.

The technician came to our house and correctly diagnosed our appliances within 30 minutes.

PHONE RANG A FEW TIMES AND THEN WENT TO A FAX BUZZ. RIDICULOUS!!! I TRIED CALLING AGAIN AND THEY FINALLY ANSWERED. WEIRD!!

Hes been out twice to repair different appliances. Both times, it was extremely affordable and the man was in and out in 15 minutes. My dishwasher and fridge are both working perfectly thanks to this company.As far as I understand, this isnt a big corporation and so when hes out on jobs, you might have to leave a message. I have not had the issues these people complain of at all.

20 minute drive to look at our freezer. They dont drive 20 minutes to make money? I drive an hour to work and an hour home. They must not want business that bad.

Oh my goodness! I just called them and gave them a run down of the issues I have been having with my dryer over the phone and they gave me two steps right then that solved it! They will have my business from here on out and I strongly recommend them to EVERYONE in Stillwater!

Very nice company! They fixed my dryer in about 20 minutes. He educated us on proper care for our dryer and also informed us that our roof vent was clogged! I highly recommend this company!

4 appointments and dishwasher is still broken. They replaced the same part twice and did not attempt to verify the fix either time. Over a month now with a broken dishwasher. Playing telephone between Advanced, Lowes, a landlord, myself, and the elderly resident made this worse but this help is a waste of more money that the appliance was worth.
