I got my hair extensions done by Gitanya. Honestly I thought I wouldnt be able to get my hair done in time for a wedding. I had the consultation via phone on 9/23 and the wedding date set for 10/2. She answered all the questions I had professionally and very nice. She let me know when she ordered them and when they were expected to arrive. If any shipping delays were to be expected shed text me. The day of the installation (9/30), she let me know what technique she was doing and why. She explained everything she did or was going to do. Overall, Gitanya did an amazing job.

Gitanya does really great work, results and experience was better than I expected! She made me feel very comfortable and reassured! Place was beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming! Really really great pricing too! Highly highly recommend!! :)

Had my first waxing experience today and Gitanya really helped me feel more comfortable! I would say it was a bit uncomfortable, but I just dont think theres any way around that. The shop was clean and I will definitely go back!

I got my first ever wax, as well as a brow wax and tint. TK did not disappoint! I love the end results and will definitely be back. She made sure to explain everything to me and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Great conversation the whole time and was so fun to chat with. Overall GREAT experience!!

Honestly loved the whole experience. Lilly who did my eye lash extensions, who mind you has only worked there for 2 weeks, went above & beyond to deliver what I wanted and needed. You can tell she loves what she’s doing. I love my lashes & couldn’t be happier 🤗 also being a pregnant lady, she made sure I was comfy the whole time. Thank you ladies !

I’ve been going here to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted for a while now and have never been disappointed with the results. I get compliments every time I get my eyebrows done! Highly recommended.

I ordered hair extensions and my appointment was pushed back THREE times. I then asked why I kept getting pushed back because I was concerned and already put a $500 down payment. She, gitania then called me and yelled at me over the phone about how “she is a business women and $500 is nothing to her” she made me VERY embarrassed. It was the most unprofessional thing I could imagine when all she had to say was the hair is still in the mail because of COVID-19. Then the hair costed an extra $200 more then she first said. She made a mistake with my hair color and made me pay extra because she had to put in bleach to fix it. I’ve never been so disrespected in my life then she tried to call me after to check up on my hair and I blocked her number because if I’m someone supporting your business you should not be calling me and yelling at me over the phone. That goes to not just me but all your customers.

I have gone for eyelash extensions, eyebrow wax/tint, and lash lift/tint and LOVED all services but I’m wanting to share my derma plane experience in particular. I have rosacea and very sensitive skin! When I received the derma plane my skin obviously reacted the way it does to everything, it felt kind of hot and uncomfortable. She walks you through everything and is very understanding and gentle. My skin was red and hot the next day, but it goes away after a day and the results are SO worth it. I thought my skin may have reacted poorly to the process but she guaranteed that it was totally normal and to wait a few days and my skin would show the results and she was right! Don’t let it freak you out if you have sensitive skin. Post derma-plane my face is beyond smooth, I haven’t had to wear makeup in a week with the natural glow it gave me and I have no more dry patches which was my main concern and reason for doing it.

I love my eyebrows! Honestly best eyebrow wax I’ve had and once again my brows are on fleek, definitely recommend it! Amazing customer service :)

I get a Brazilian wax every 3-4 weeks and Gitanya does an amazing job!! She is gorgeous and always lifts my sprits with her fun personality. She always makes me smile and laugh. I got a wax done today. Gitanya is awesome. She uses both hard and soft wax and this is the least painful wax I’ve ever had. The results are amazing. She’s also super nice! I definitely recommend this salon and Gitanya.
