Great staff. Love the soothing, relaxing atmosphere of the entire spa. Wonderful experience.

I recently started treating myself to monthly deep tissue massages because of the back pain I was going through. I randomly ended up getting Loren my first time, and am so thankful for that! Loren is amazing at what she does! I never feel like she is rushed, and I get the impression she genuinely cares about the client and how she can help. Bonus is that shes great to chat with! I will continue going to Loren from now!The ambience is also lovely. I normally never do anything like this for myself, so coming here once a month truly feels like a treat. Even down to the waiting area - everything is so comfy! I have also had great experiences with all the front desk staff! They are so pleasant and willing to answer any questions I have.

I had a gift certificate. Aesthetics and ambiance are nice, Chelsea was competent, a nice massage. I prefer my regular massage therapist at a different spa where Im paying for the massage and not the ambiance.

I love this place. The professional staff and well trained and personable therapists are hard to beat. Ive been coming here for years and am never dissatisfied.

My husband surprised me with a couples massage for my birthday. The spa definitely had some unexpected, out of their control situations occur that day that made our experience less than expected. We are repeat customers and have never had an issue or concern with our services or experience before. Our concerns were listened to and taken serious by Deb. She truly wanted to insure we continued to have a 5 star experience. The professionalism and curtesy surpassed our expectations and we are excited to return.

If you are ok with a spa that clearly hasnt been updated since like the 80s ... the decor is awful.. massage was ok.. was given a gift card. definitely wont be going back.

Love this place!! You feel like you are in a castle. Beautiful decor. The salt room and salt bath are both wonderful. The hot stone massage was incredible. There is even an infrared sauna in the His and Hers separate bathroom/ changing areas. First class all the way.

Ive been here twice and the service from the reception desk to everyone who has worked with me has been fantastic! Ive had a couples massage and then today I had a hot stone pedicure and a manicure. The reception staff worked with me to get everything scheduled and then contacted me when they needed to reschedule. No big deal.The couples massage was thorough and wonderful. My mani pedi with Autumn (ask for her!) today was excellent. Both my feet and hands needed definite care and she was excellent. She was fun to talk to and thorough in her work. Enjoy!

I have been here twice and I wish I could be here every day! My masseuse, Nikki, offered a great, relaxing massage that had me leaving happy. If i could give 6 stars, I would. Prices are fair for the incredible experience! I will definitely be going back, its a great place to treat yourself and to help improve overall well-being and health. Would recommend a call ahead, at least a week or two, to schedule an appointment.

This is a beautiful facility that used to be an old home. Feel now made it in spa. I took a yoga class in a light airy room filled with Windows. Adjoining the room with a porch with swinging seats that look cozy enough pick up a good book and fall asleep. There is a beautiful gift shop with lots of products to spoil yourself. I feel like I could spend a lot of money it. So many choices of candles, essential oils, soaps, etc. It was hard to make a choice. This is definitely a place I want to explore more.

I had a deep tissue massage with a hot stone enhancer. Hands down the best massage Ive ever had. But more importantly, exactly what I was wanting/needing. Highly recommend.

The spa is very well designed. the esthetics are lovely. The complimentary water and flavored water stations have treats and are very clean. The locker room was clean. I explored through some of the hall ways. The day I was there, my mother and I went to use the Qi Garden Salt Spa. I enjoyed the ambiance of the room.

My wife scheduled me my very first massage at The Wellness Spa. The staff their was amazing and the massage was very relaxing. I would recommend doing the hot stone massage. Looking forward to going there again.

I came here for a deep tissue massage to try and ease some of the chronic pain I have. I cant remember her name worth a bean, but the therapist and I had a good long conversation and I left there feeling very relaxed and pain free.

Not the best manicure, smudges and bubbly before we left. Not a good idea to have clients taking shoes off after manicures to experience the spa. Not going back, not worth the $100.00.

My experiences at the Wellness Spa have been marvelous. I heard about the Spa and its free Tai Chi classes. A brief, unscheduled tour, plus the Tai Chi, quickly convinced me that the staff and facilities were first rate.I got a gift certificate for my birthday! ¡Unlimited QiGong Salt Spa visits for a whole month! My first impression proved itself when I began visiting the QiGong Salt Spa regularly. Not only did I feel the mental benefits of the Dead Sea Salt, but I was able to use the beautiful locker room. Toasty bathrobe, warm shower and hot sauna are included.Winter is coming, so I check the specials for those long days ahead. Thanks WS staff.
