I don’t know why it shows a different name but Kelly has scheduled to do my hair yesterday at 11am I have all the screenshots I got to the salon. She wasn’t there and she wouldn’t respond to me but responded to her co worker saying she would contact her later she never wrote it down. Then she texts me hours later saying sorry miscommunication. When she was the one who didn’t write it down. Then told me she’s booked all summer. Then blocked me on everything. Pretty poor professionalism if you ask me when I did nothing wrong, she screwed up then decided to treat clients this way. It’s very unprofessional

Havent been here for nails for about 2 years due to the pandemic. Previous experiences were great. Walked in and none of the employees or customers were wearing masks, so my group canceled our appointments. Just incredibly disappointed in this establishment and their lack of care for the health and safety of their clients.

This review is long overdue. I have been going to Tiarah Day Spa since it first opened, so I have had years of positive experiences. I cant recommend owner Lynns spot highly enough. I usually have a pedicure and they are truly amazing.Like Lynn, the entire staff is made up of people who are caring, thoughtful,and know their stuff.The setting is beautiful and relaxing; I always exit feeling calmer overall than when I entered.I had a couple pedicures this past year during Covid ; I could tell that safety and cleaniness were impotant there .Do yourself a favor and visit Tiarah Day Spa for some well-deserved pampering. Youll be glad you did.

I have received good services from here on nails before, but the Brazilian wax was awful. It hurt during and after, my skin was red and burned for days, and I had spots of hair still there. This is NOT like any of the waxes Ive received before and I was very disappointed.

Chelsea is a hair genius and a real perfectionist. She made my thin chemo hair look great again. Best stylist I have ever had. So thankful I found her. The salon itself is a relaxing and clean atmosphere with great customer service.

How about people wear mask during a global pandemic so we can all return to a normal life.

I had an appointment for a massage at Tiarah this week. I want to thank Josh for such an amazing massage. I have never had a professional massage and I was absolutely blown away by how experienced he was! I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable. Josh was extremely professional and listened to what I wanted from the massage. Thank you Tiarah!

Chelsea is a hair god. Seriously. For the past 5 years I have grown my hair out long. Previously it was always super short. I got tired of the long hair but I was terrified to trust somebody to cut it short again. Chelsea not only nailed the hair cut but she has an amazing personality! I have been back twice and took my mom in with me this time. She cut moms hair and it looks healthier and younger than it has in years! Thank you so much Chelsea hair goddess! We are believers!!!!

I dont know why some of these reviews are not good. I started going for the hot stone massages with Josh. He is wonderful and professional. Just got my hair cut by Chelsea today. She is sweet and did a fantastic job! This place is GREAT!!!

Let me start by saying haircare is one of the only ways I treat myself and splurge. I have been to very pricey, swanky salons (for Wisconsin) and therefore have a good measure for comparison. I also have been with the same stylist for about 12 years and will drive 1 1/2 hours to see her, after a 2-3 week wait for an appointment.That being said, the salon at Tiarah Day Spa is, without a doubt, the salon I will be returning to in the future.After almost a year of chronic illness, I decided to treat myself to a much-needed haircut. So, while running errands in Point I called around to a few of the top-reviewed salons. Two of them did not return my message. Tiarah was able to make an appointment that day, and on the Thursday of Easter weekend, no less. Cool!After a tiring few hours of running errands, when I walked into the Spa area to check-in...wow. Instantly felt much calmer. I was greeted quickly and warmly, and invited to rest on the incredibly comfortable overstuffed couch. They have a nice selection of beverages available, and I enjoyed a drink of chilled filtered water. Some other customers were getting treatments in the area, but I hardly noticed: the set up seems well-planned and theres a serene atmosphere which made me completely forget that Highway 10 rush hours were happening just outside.Chelsey was my stylist that day, and I highly recommend her. Personable, sweet, attentive, AND I received a fabulous haircut (which she also styled for me to help me feel pretty, because of the damage chronic illness has done to my hair & body). Twelve years with the same stylist and I never received such a nice haircut. Chelsey is a great stylist and a lovely human being; her parents must have done something right and I sincerely look forward to another appointment with her. :)An hour at Tiarah gave me a mental and emotional boost that was very much needed. I can just imagine how wonderful the spa services are, and I will absolutely be back to find out. Thank you for an excellent first visit!Ps--Prices are extremely fair; in fact, I expected to pay more!

Friendly staff, clean, relaxing, professional, I had an exceptional massage. I went in feeling 80 years old, and I would say 90% of my aches and pains have been gone for a few days now. My stress levels are lower and Im excited to go again soon.

Went in asking to book a wedding a lady took me in the back checked all the dates times everything said it was open and I would get a confermation that night. No call for days called them twice. Finally get a call back saying they had two weddings booked that day. Like okay? Weird much? Very very rude and they obviously are unaware of what’s going on. I feel bad for who ever has weddings that day! Make sure they know ur coming

I’ve had better customer service at Walmart.I’ve been to many different places for massages and this was just uncomfortable and the masseuse just felt nervous and inexperienced.I let the owner know about it afterwards and the owner was claiming how I was taking advantage of a free massage (it was a gift card so it was free anyway).I asked if the giver of the card could get her money back she said I should just give the 15 dollars left on it to someone else. I’m not giving the card away just because I don’t want anyone else to go through the hassle of writing another review like this.Thanks Tirah Day Spa I now know what a bad massage feels like for the first time in my life!
