Might be great if your stay is temporary. I was very excited to be parked underneath the trees and the owner, Nathen said he had it cleaned up and had the electric and water things there so I could see how big my lot would be. Here are pics...I would be parking by an ice cream truck and the last pic he said he was planning on putting 4 RVs there and he also said that he put in the water and electrical so I went back and looked and nothing had changed. I was hoping to get a look as to how the RVs would fit and how much room I would have on either side of my RV..

We think it is a very quiet and comfortable Ranch. Its very peaceful,I rate it a ten and the staff is very well professional.

Hoofprints Ranch is a very clean, quiet, and friendly place. Lots of parking big turnarounds for the trailer and its easy to find. The stalls are clean, safe and they have pasture turn out. The owner is incredibly helpful.

Overnight stay. No frills small park. No TV. Park is for sale. Was okay for our needs.

Very nice and quiet park! Kid and dog friendly, the owner is super nice, long pull through sites and the grounds are always clean. Rates are very reasonable for daily, weekly and monthly stays. Short trip to HEB, Walmart or local places to eat. Next time we are in Stephenville we will be staying here again!

I have now stayed at Hoof Prints for a total of 3 weeks, over a span of a few months, and will continue to stay here in the coming years when I come for work. The owner is an extremely nice and accommodating person, who makes sure you’re happy and comfortable during your stay. He’s honest, and his place is safe and very nice! I stayed in my RV here, and I have several friends who stayed in his cabins, which are great! Easy to get to, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time! VERY happy with my decision to stay here!

I called in advance to book for an entire month while looking for somewhere to live while I was working. I was told I could continue to rent out the cabin until I found somewhere to stay. A week before the first month is up the owner texts me and lets me know that he will be increasing my rent by 95% making it almost 2,000 dollars a month to live there. I told him I was no longer interested and I would be out the day I needed to. All was well. A day later he texts me and tells me he needs me out within the next two days. Which I said was not gonna fly. I would need a refund or I would not be leaving. He originally told me he would give me a refund but after talking to his wife they decided they were not gonna give the refund and let me stay. So anyway I find a place to live and I had been moving all of my furniture out. Two days before my last day at the cabin I return to find out he has thrown the rest of my stuff away. THe owner then texts me calling my family white trash. Because we had some trash outside of our door and tells me that my family is nasty and no one is going to rent out to me. THIS PLACE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE MANAGEMENT ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS. I AM FILING CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR THROWING MY PROPERTY IN THE TRASH!!!

Absolutely love Hoof Prints Ranch! Dave is very welcoming and friendly and goes out of his way to make sure his guests are happy. The horse pens are large and sturdy. It is quiet and I felt very safe staying by myself. Ill definitely stay here again when Im out this way again in a couple months.

Dave was so awesome an went out of his way to help us with whatever we needed! Highly recommend this location for short or long term stay! Beautiful an perfectly located facility. Clean an peaceful.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Hoof Prints Ranch and we love it here. Dave is great to deal with. We had to change our reservation - coming in a day late and staying an extra day. Dave accommodated us without any problems. Highly recommend staying here. Weve had wonderful experiences with Hoof Prints Ranch and Dave.

Weve stayed here close to a year while my husband was working. Its hard to find decent RV parks but Hoofprints has been one of the best! And we stay in a lot of places. David and his staff have been awesome and accommodating. If were ever back in the area theres no question who well be calling for a spot.

10/10 recommend staying here. The owner, Dave, is very kind, every time I see him he makes sure everything is going good during my stay here. Nice and quiet rv Park!

Very nice place. The cabins are spectacular. The owner David Ryder is super friendly. If you have horses and need somewhere to keep them and yourself as well, this is the place for you.

I stayed there a few months back was there for a month i liked it but just didnt like how we was treated by the property manager and david towards the end of our stay

Really nice place, love the cabins. I didnt rent from here but I came and stayed with my cousins who are traveling and working. Seems very clean, very well kept.

This particular barbecue restaurant is one of the best I have ever been to. I would give it six stars if it had six stars, I had three different meats and they were the best tasting Ive ever had especially the brisket

The owner is accommodating and understanding. The RV park is well maintained and has pretty scenery for people not wanting to be in the middle of the city with all the noise.

We stayed here for a while as the owner Dave allowed us to put up a small fence for our dog.. Its a quiet, well kept rv park and the location is perfect..
