I really love this company they do a good job and I really will recommend them to others who need help with pest control I have been fighting with roaches for years and they was bad but when I got introduced to Knox pest control in statesboro ga they had the remedy and Kim really do a good job thank you Kim for your honesty respectfulness and you do a good job I dont see any bugs anymore I love your work continue the good work.

Knox pest control has had to come and spray my dorm room for a week now and we still have an ant problem. On top of that, I come out of my room in a tank top very covered and the guy asks me to “put a shirt on”. The most sexist thing ever. That’s all I have to say.

When we first started business with Knox we were having some issues. With the help of Knox, the issues were just starting to resolve. Then a new exterminator guy came and did not do the job right and we started having issues again. When we told him to do a better job he said tell our customers they should go to our homes and that their homes are probably like junk yards. I tried calling management and management still hasnt called back or sent someone else to exterminate. I was liking their service until now. I never complained before and when I did, they did not listen. If you can get Kim, then do business with them, otherwise do not do business with them.

I had No idea this company even existed until I almost got into a car accident because one of their employees in a white Nissan #96 was texting while driving. Worst part, she didnt even notice because she was so stuck on her cell phone. Not good for business!
