Me and my wife moved into an apartment complex in 2016. The day we stepped in there were at least 20 roaches everywhere. I put in the request right away. It took them at least 2 weeks to even consider coming in. After that, I was expecting regular visits because it kept being nasty. After battling with them for months, I called them once again, but they didnt answer. So I left a message. About a week later, they randomly showed up to the apartment unannounced to do an inspection. We finally got an appointment in for them to come bomb. We were told they would have to do several treatments, and I was totally ok with that. After a week of not hearing anything, I tried calling them. No answer. I left another message. They then called me today and told me they were going to come in TODAY WHEN THEY CALLED ME. No warning. Nothing. Just randomly. Again. So I kindly told them no, because we werent ready for that. We have to evacuate when they do the treatments and we were not ready for that again. So I asked if we could do Monday, to which they responded Well, we REALLY need to get in there and spray soon!! Ok, well why havent you answered my voicemail or even TRY to communicate with us? This business needs some organization as well as some more people to help keep things organized. Would not recommend.

They might as well of sprayed water. Whatever they are spraying does nothing no matter how much we clean and scrub everything there are still 10 roaches everywhere.

After kenneling my dog at a local place here in Statesboro she came home covered in fleas. Which than spread to the cat and totally infested our home. We called DeLoach Exterminatingand got a quote for their service. We set up an appointment to have our house sprayed but the technician never arrived. The next day I called Mr. DeLoach and he called his tech directly and told him to get to our house next. We sat around and waited for hours past that phone call before they finally showed up. They were in and out within 5 minutes. The previous job took several hours when our house only took five minutes? They were supposed to return 7 days later. I had to take the day off work to wait for them to show and they never did. We called and the soonest they could return would be another week. So it would be 7 days past the scheduled appointment. While this was taking place we were told to treat our animals as well. Which we did at the cost of aprox. $125.00. Another phone call to Mr. Deloach before the techs ever returned. We also never received a third spray. I got a phone call today from Deloach asking me to pay $150.00 for services. I told him they never finished the job and that I would pay him for what he did but nothing more. He told me not to worry about the $150 and not to worry about ever doing business with them again. Why the hell would I want to? We still have fleas and the money we spent on the animal treatments was a waste because there were still fleas in the house. I hung up.
