We had an amazing experience purchasing our Polaris General SxS from Statesboro Powersports. Buddy Jones was our primary contact for ordering and walking us through the process. Even though there are delays that were expected, he never once hesitated to check the status of our order and was as patient as could be with us each time we had questions. He is one of those salesmen that doesnt try to get you to spend more (kinda crazy to hear, huh?). I told him what we wanted and he provided options that met our needs. When it finally arrived, Buddy was as excited as we were that it had been delivered. Kevin in financing was great to work with as well. He made the process as seamless as could be and provided multiple payment options for us to choose from. Folks, you dont find this level of service very often! If you are looking for an off-road vehicle, this is where you need to go. They make you feel like family.

I purchased a jet ski from here on April 27th. The sales manager we worked with was amazing. I have no complaints about him at all he was great. However it went downhill VERY quickly once getting to the finance office. Discussing our options on financing and once we said we were interested in going through our own bank the finance manager told us he was “not interested in running numbers being I’m leaving in 30 minutes” since I was not going to make him any money financing with him. I let that go because I do accounting for a auto dealership and I understand how his job works so I disregarded that rudeness being I understood. AFTER that we left and came back the next day with a check from the bank. Leaving was fine everything was good. I didn’t hear from them regarding my registration after the 30 days so I called. Every time I called I got the run around from Kevin the finance manager. He would give me a new bill of sale that was a sooner date so we could still “ride” the jet ski. I’m not worried about riding the jet ski I want my registration ! I was extremely patient up until I called in JULY and asked what’s going on I want an actual update it’s been too long. Turns out they needed a picture of my vin to process the paperwork. I said I understood sent the picture. And called a week later to make sure I stayed on top of them. Kevin let me know he needed the picture still and I let him know I sent it a week ago he had to “search “ for my email. He then found it and proceeded to tell me he would OVERNIGHT everything to DNR and process the paperwork ASAP. Well TWo weeks later my husband decided he wanted to step in and ask why we paid them to process paperwork they still have to YET process. Kevin then tell him he will refund the 200 fee and send us the MSO. Which tells me he NEVER overnighted anything to process our paperwork.I WOULD NEVER purchase anything from here ever again. I don’t care about the rudeness during the finance but for me to have purchased this in APRIL and it is now AUGUST and they never sent my paperwork out to DNR.NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM.

They had our motorcycle for 2 months. When we took it in, the guy told us 2 weeks. When my husband would call every week, they had a new excuse. They finally called us on a Friday and told us our bike would be ready Monday. Come Monday, it wasnt ready. They asked us to come around 3:30. We arrived to pick up our bike at 4:30 and it still wasnt ready. We will not use them anymore!To add to all of this, we are now without this bike AGAIN due to the same issues. Cant get the seat off because these people STRIPPED the bolt that holds the seat.... and we have to be able to get the seat off to get to the battery....

I wish I had never heard of Statesboro Powersports. They literally drag their feet on every aspect of a sale and are the worlds worst at follow-up and returning phone calls. I bought a used Spyder from them and four months later they were still sitting on the title. Steer clear of this dealership.

This dealership is FULL of very responsive, customer service professionals. I have purchased many cars, trucks and boats in my lifetime and can truthfully say the service after the sale is amazing with these guys. My first encounter was with a gentleman named Kevin who I believe is in the finance department. This guy gave me his personal cell phone since it was closing time on a Friday night and continued helping me into the late evening on his own time. He even drove back to the office to process my deposit so nobody else could buy the boat before me. That is service! I then dealt with the owner named Josh for over 3 weeks as I tried to secure financing. Josh was extremely patient during this time and helped my secure the very best rate. The rate and price on this boat was so good that I drove over 7 hours from Tampa Florida to buy this boat. Did they stop being responsive once I bought the boat? Heck no! I even got a return call from their head of service department who I think is Steven, last Friday after the dealership had closed regarding an engine question I had. This was from his private cell phone, from his home, after working hours..... You want the Best Price AND the Best Service before AND after the sale? Call these guys!!!!! (no I do not personally know these guys, wasnt paid for this review and am owed nothing for it. I am just a VERY happy new customer of a brand new Sea Fox boat)

My first experience buying a fourwheeler was a terrible experience. Bought a 2020 can am, I was told it had power steering cause I asked the guy 3 times. Me not knowing much about fourwheelers, I get home and my buddy looks at the fourwheeler and immediately says there is no power steering. I dropped the fourwheeler off at their shop and took them a week to call me back and tell me, “Your machine isn’t compatible for power steering”. The owner of statesboro said “You should have known if it had power steering or not”. Basically we have been in contact for 8 months since I bought the fourwheeler and all the owner said he can do is give me another can am 650 with power steering for another $2000. Basically $12,000 for a 650 with power steering. All I’m saying is be careful when u buy from these salesman. I dealt with “Buddy” who was quick to tell me “I told u it didn’t have power steering”. Most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Highly recommend using SAVANNAH POWER SPORTS. Much more professional people.

I had a great experience here. I went to their demo day and got to test ride a bike I had been interested in for a while. I ended up falling in love with it, and buddy gave me a good discount for going to the demo day. Jeremy helped explain all the paperwork to me so I could easily understand it. Fantastic experience!!! Dealership is under new management and they are great. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by staff but wasn’t pressured. Great facility, great inventory, and welcoming atmosphere. Recently purchased a Sea Fox 266 Commander at the Savannah Boat Show. Pricing was fair and customizations have been performed with quality work at fair prices. The purchasing process was straight forward. Josh and his team have been outstanding. The few hiccups that we have had were handled quickly and efficiently. Taking time out of my riding because I wanted to do this review. BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER!! I hate dealerships because of the way most treat you, either they are trying to get over on you or try and make you feel stupid. I wasted 2 weeks dealing with private sellers looking at used junk! A family member had purchased a Polaris Ranger a little while back from here and told me it had changed ownership and everyone was nice and treated you very well. I called on Friday morning and talked with Vince, just over the phone he talked with me and took time to talk about different models. I went here this morning to hopefully purchase a Polaris Ranger or Can Am Defender 3 seater regular cab on my birthday. I left with a CREW CAB LONESTAR EDITION because Vince and Kevin took time and showed me my options and any rebates that would help! Best birthday present ever, even though I had to buy it for myself!! Thanks Vince and Kevin for all you did and putting up with me! Research ATVs for two weeks and then spent last two days researching sales experience with various dealers in a 100 mile radiusDecided on Powersport StatesboroCalled and said we wouldn’t get there till after 6 and was told “then we will wait for you”Got there at 6:10 and was met with smiles, positive words and immediately shown machines and educated on each. Took a few for quick spin. Selected an ATV and our salesman put together a deal and we did the paperwork and out the door before 8!Our salesman Buddy and the finance mgr Kevin were patient, intent on us understanding what we were buying and the financing . Extremely professional, easy going and made us feel like we were important beyond the sale. Only thing that could have made it better was a pub next door!Best big purchase experience to date!

I drove out to this store Saturday with my wife (about 43 miles out of our way) to check out a can am spyder. We entered the store and it seemed all of the employees were in the back talking away and having a good time. We were not even greeted as we came in or asked if we needed any help. We stood next to the can ams and circled them for about 5 minutes and still no one asked if we needed any help. After this we decided to leave the store, it’s okay we can take our business elsewhere. Nicely laid out store but employees situational awareness seems to be lacking.

Came in to finance a bike and filled out the paperwork online, days beforehand. I spoke with the Salesman “Buddy”, (real friendly guy). However Kevin, in finance made errors on our paperwork. I felt like the mood completely changed once I noticed it. He became short-tempered and irritated with my questions. Frankly, the one star rating is generous to how I was treated in this experience. 16.99 apr is ridiculous. I suggest you avoid this place! Unless you enjoy being taking advantage of, belittled, if you decide it’s not the deal you can make. Very unpleasant experience. Wouldn’t suggest anyone to go there and waste time with Them. He will also talk your ear off about all his previous alcaldes, however he doesn’t seem to be competent in his current field of work. Even after the owner, Josh reached out to try and make it right, he didn’t. The owner is a real shady guy, and translucent as well. Read those contracts very closely with these guys or just save your time and steer clear of powersports in Statesboro
