I can tell that they have a passion for what they do and they had good energy during the entire process even though it was raining outside. Absolutely Amazing Service! We just moved from Florida and purchased a home in Statesboro and we have 2 units that were both old and not working very well. Isaac came out and inspected everything and told us what was wrong and all the different routes we could take with the units. We chose to replace both units and within a few days they were here to replace them! Jacob and Julian came to do the installation and man did they work hard all day and did such an outstanding job. This company is outstanding in both personnel, service and products recommended. I have called on Peach State AC a couple of times in the past 6 months. The first requiring the installation of a new 3 Ton York Heat Pump and Air handler as well as a new Multi Stage Thermostat followed by Seal Supply Branches and Return Plenum. Today they returned and replaced 2 thermostats and 2 elements in my hot water heater as well as the pan underneath. On both occasions, the work was done in a timely manner. They were happy to work with my schedule and make things happen quickly, no waiting on them! The crew does the work, checks and rechecks everything before they leave. Jason makes recommendations you can count on and answers all questions. Baring no more home emergencies, I have already made plans with Jason and Peach State for the installation of a new hot water heater in a couple of years. I highly recommend this company. I was having problems with high humidity inside my house. I called Peach State and they sent someone to my home. The service technicians name was MR. Jason Maddox. He came in and went right to work. He found the issue and repaired it and then configured my Ecobee thermostat to operate better.. He check the outside unit and the the inside unit. He was superb at his job. He was professional the whole time he was there. MR. Maddox is a excellent representative of Peach State Air Conditioning.

Had an issue with our ac yesterday afternoon called to see if someone could come by. Jacob showed up within 40 minutes and everything was working fine within 20 minutes will definitely be calling peach tree air from now on.

Peach State is one of the finest establishments I have ever dealt with. As an example I had contracted with them for 2.5 ton system, but in their infinite wisdom they decided that what i really needed was a 3 ton system .They then proceeded to install a new 3.0 ton unit, and amazingly charged me the same amount for the 3.0 ton system that we had agreed upon for the 2.5 ton system. This kind of dedication to customer service and attention to detail is practically unheard of in todays society. This company was superb in all of its work during the installation process. The three Js, Jessie, John and especially Jacob were truly professional and courteous throughout the installation process. I had gotten three bids from other companies, but I am grateful that I finally chose Peach State for the installation of my new A/C unit (York 3 ton, 16 SEER). This unit has incredible technology and and i got an incredible system for an incredible deal (you get incredible deals from the DEALS, who own Peach State A/C). We had one room in our home that is much warmer than all of the others. Jason came out and diagnosed the problem. We needed a larger duct from the main trunk and a return vent in the door. He came back the next week by appointment and did the work. Still waiting on hotter days but the person who sleeps in the room says it is now much cooler. Hopefully problem solved. Jason and his assistant were very professional, on time, and efficient. I dont know how reasonable the pricing is because this is the first a/c work we have ever had done. I had my A/C installed by another company and Peach State ended up with my contract. I have had to call them two times. The 1st time they were honest with me and told me on their own, without me asking that my warranty was still good. I was shocked. Both times I called 1st time( Cold ) 2nd time ( Hot ) they were at my house in not over 2 hours. Well we did have to wait for the compressor to come from Atlanta, (had to be special ordered) and it being the weekend, took about 3 days. They kept me informed about where it was and when it was expected. As soon as it arrived Jacob was here to install it. He was good and fast. In under 2 hours I was cooling down again. Response time was phenomenal. They arrived to my front door within an hour of my wife making the call, and they arrived with a smile ready to investigate the issue. Though it was a pricey issue, they got it financed and my home was cooling again before sunset. When I tell you this team came ready to work. It has taken me a year to write this. Im not a person to through out a quick review once work has been completed. Instead...I gave it a full cycle of seasons from colder months and our very hot summer.I had 3 or 4 different companies come out to quote what they felt needed to be done to get my antiquated HVAC replaced. When each came out I asked them to quote on replacing the unit and provide a detailed quote. When Dale (from Peach State) came out he crawled up under my home and spent quite a bit of time up under there inspecting every area. I say this because one of the companies that quoted only walked into my home took a few measurements and left. All of my ductwork is under the house. When my A/C unit stopped working, I called Peach State AC in the morning, fully expecting an appointment in a few days (I was not a prior customer). To my great surprise, I was told that a technician would be out to the house in a couple of hours. Isaac (the service technician) was on time, incredibly professional, and fixed the problem with the A/C unit in about 20 minutes. He even checked the rest of the system for potential problems after fixing the immediate problem. Great experience from beginning to end.

I called several weeks ago about a preventative maintenance plan. The lady who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. They called me yesterday and said they would have a technician in my neighborhood today and would I like them to start the preventative maintenance. I agreed. Jason was punctual and did a very good job explaining my system to me. He recommended replacing the two in-house air filters (way up in a 10-foot ceiling) with one electronic filter connected directly to the heat pump in the attic. This way, Peach State could inspect the filter each preventative maintenance visit and they would replace the filter if needed. I agreed to this and Peach State had the filter immediately delivered to my house and it was installed that same day. I am extremely pleased with their service and with Jason.

The guys that put in air conditioner was very nice and gave 100 percent customer service. They are very professional and are reasonably priced. They call before they arrive to make sure it was a good time for me. They were very prompt when I was having problems with my old air conditioner and in this heat I was very graceful for it. The owner of the company came and discussed the replacement cost. He was also one of the nicest guy I’ve ever met. Going forward I will be using ONLY this company. Our Heat Pump condenser and Air handler went out at the optune time (85+* degrees) 93 * inside.We only had a replacement option due to the age of system. I did my home work and got my 3 estimates by the book, But that was before calling Peach State AC. I spoke with a rep on the phone and thank GOD was told they could have someone out the next day:)). J showed up and gave us a wealth of information which I compared mentally with the information I gathered before calling around. It was reassuring to hear him say the things the internet says a Good Contractor will know and ask. Long story and longer results, Peach State AC showed up the next day and got us up and running with a New system which fit our Budget and conscience. I wont say how many hoops the Owner had to jump to rescue us in price and product, but being a new resident with no ties or history to the area or state, I felt we were treated like, lets just say A friend of the family. The installers J & J (cant tell the difference, they were professional twins! ) were efficient and VERY knowledgeable. We are a Happy and Cooler family again. Lastly I have no reservation in saying, if you call on their services and somehow is treated to only a portion of what we received, you still will be satisfied. Its good to be in the Peach State!!!

We called Peach State due to a leaking air AC unit. Isaac came out for the initial check and informed us he could fix the problem. We were very pleased as we had been told by another company that it could not be fixed and we needed a new unit. The part was ordered and Issac and John came out two business days later and the job was complete in a little over an hour!! We are very pleased and will recommend Peach State to our friends and family!

Would like to give a HUGE shoutout to Peach State Air Conditioning. Our AC went out Sunday pm. Called them Monday am and Isaac came just a few hours later. He tried everything he could to get it going again and we ended up needing a whole new system. Isaac was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained all of our options. Within just a few minutes we were approved for financing and was scheduled for the next morning. Isaac came with Jason and Jacob for the install. They worked very hard in this heat and did a great job! Everyone we dealt with were professional and courteous. They even came a couple of days after to make sure everything was running properly.

Javier did an excellent job. He worked hard to clean the coils and install a fan motor on our Carrier system. It is 27 years old and is near the end so Javier later returned to give us a quote on a new system. We sure appreciate his professionalism and effort. I called yesterday afternoon around 4:30 and left a message because my downstairs unit wasnt working correctly. I then received a call from Candace about 5 minutes later. He gave me a quote and I had a few more questions and he very kindly explained everything in detail. He was professional and courteous the whole time he was here. He even wiped his feet before returning inside my home to finish his work. I definitely recommend Peach State if you have any issues with HVAC systems. These two employees were very nice from beginning to end and extremely professional in performing their jobs.

We contacted Dale with Peach State for a complete unit replacement including the return box at our business. Dale was very professional and thorough in our estimate. The installation was done by 3 very fine young men, Isaac, John and Jacob. These men were very responsive and timely (2 day installation). The job site was kept orderly while the unit was being installed and upon completion the area was clear of any debris. We would definitely recommend this company for any of your heating and air conditioning needs.Scott

While on vacation. Our house air conditioner started acting out. After returning, we called Peach State Air. Javier came out to evaluate & do a diagnostic test, very Polite & Professional.It turns out we needed a new compressor. The next day Isaac came to install a new unit. He too was very Polite & Professional, he even swept after!It’s nice to see this Level of Professionalism..

Great experience from start to finish. I called because I needed my yearly maintenance done and Shelby was very helpful and got things taken care of asap! John arrived less than 30 minutes after he called and was informative and great to deal with. All around great service from the office to the field. Definitely recommend them!

I called Peach State A/C on a Saturday morning and talked to Kayla, She was very nice and got me put on the list for service. Isaac came out very fast and repaired our A/C. He was very knowledgeable and nice. I will call Peach State if I ever have any more issues with our A/C. We called late on a Sunday night, Mrs. Kayla and Tatum were very helpful in the office, and sent out Isaac to come and take a look at our upstairs unit, he worked really hard, Within the hour he had the air up and running and feeling great again. Update: After I posted my initial review, Peach State reached out to me to apologize for the inconvenience and ask what they could do to help. We were able to come to an agreement that satisfied us both. They also took measures to insure that what happened in my situation doesnt happen to anyone else. Therefore, I now give Peach State five stars and will highly recommend them to anyone with an HVAC issue. They acknowledged their mistake and made the inconvenience up to me in a fair way. In my opinion, those actions make them a business that I will use in the future.

Anthony and John came to my home on 8/10/18 and installed a new indoor and outdoor air condition unit. They were the most respectful and hard working young men. John went through my whole house checking each vent to make sure the proper amount of air was being delivered. Very professional I will recommend peachstate air to all my friends !

I have called around wondering who should I decide on with a new a/c purchase. After speaking with a lot of dealers, I decided to go with Peach State Air. We received fast service and the best price. After getting fast service, I decided to called Peach State back to have my thermostat switched for an upgrade and they came out within came out within 30 minutes, now thats a serviceman.
