We had several mixups( None Deals Fault) but the new technician figured out what went wrong andvorrected it on his own, then called me( I am out of town)to tell me he completed the job and asked me what I wanted the thermostat to be on. I didnt recognize his voice, andhe explained he had been with Deals for about a year. I want to commend him to you in the highest possible terms! I am very, very happy with him and his communication with me!

Tech arrived on time, wearing a mask, and described the steps he’d perform for the A/C maintenance.As discussed, the maintenance was completed within an hour. Once completed, he fully explained all actions taken for a complete check-up of the system.I recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

We called on a Friday morning and the same day Brian came out to assess the problem. He was very thorough and found the problem TXV valve. He said they would need to order the part. He called Monday and scheduled to come the next day. I am so happy to have a working AC without replacing our unit!!! I would definitely recommend Deal!!!

Last week I called DEALS on a Sunday and shortly after my call was made a technician by the name of BRIAN showed up..he was very professional on time and diagnosed my problem very quickly …and at first there was a major problem with the pricing in which I spoke with the owner and he explained to me that it was a system error and he and his staff made “SURE” that the problem was corrected and they gave me the difference back…if you are in need of getting your AC repaired even when all others are closed..call deals and they will be there in the blink of an eye to get you up and running again!!

We had a capacitor go out and didn’t realize it until after 5:00, the technician was out to the house and had it replaced within an hour of the call.

We woke up with no heat on a chilly morning. They were out very soon after being called that morning. They found the problem quickly and we were good to go!

Very fast & courteous service. They WILL commit to show up promptly at the time they say. Josh was very knowledgeable with the a/c unit(Goodman). The capacitor exploded which spewed the hot oil that cause to burn and melt the wires. He fixed and repair it in an hour with a fair price. He also did a thorough inspection, including coming inside the house to check unit in closet, and testing before leaving. I will definitely have them on my list for home repairs. Will highly recommend to others!!

Deal’s was great to work with! Unlike many other providers in the area, they were quick to respond to phone calls, happy to do the job, and always showed up on time. Marvin was knowledgeable, friendly, and followed through on everything he said he would. I’m late writing this review (a/c was installed last year) but definitely want to give Marvin and Deal’s five stars for integrity and service!

Deals is always very thorough. Great service and efficient work. The only reason not giving 5 stars is due to the fact one of the service techs tracked mud through out our entire house and it wasn’t cleaned up.

Fast turnaround from quote to a cool house. The process was quick, communication easy, and the installation: WOW! The crew was a pleasure having in and around the home. My wife is 36 weeks pregnant and we woke up to no air conditioning this morning. I called Deal’s before office hours and was on the phone with a technician within minutes. I can not recommend Deals enough! Not only did they provide better service than the other heating and air business that I unfortunately used, but they are undoubtedly the most reasonable option in regards to cost. Although there were a few things with my unit that could have used some service or replacing, they did not try to sell me on anything that was not necessary. If it could wait for another 6 months or so, they recommended the wait. I appreciated their ability to think as a customer when it came to the service they provided. They have a lifetime supporter in me!

Very pleased with service. Our A/C quit cooling late Friday night and called at around 12 that night and they put us on phone with one of their repair men and we setup an appointment for Saturday and he came out and got us back up and running. Not the first time I have used them and always satisfied with them.

I called the after hours number this morning at 0657. I was connected with Marvin. We had a bad connection so we hung up and he called me back immediately. Were very quick for my request to fix my AC. Gave me many options. Within a few days I had a new air conditioner. The 2 gentleman who came to install it, answered all my questions without hesitation. The install was quick, through, and worked beautifully . Would totally recommend this company and the installers.

This could have gone so differently. I want to say that Deals could have come out to my house and charged me a lot of money, but the technician was very helpful over the phone. Once I explained what was going on he gave me some suggestions to try first. My system is working and I dont need any repairs, but when I do (and I know that is coming) I will definitely be calling Deals. Honest to a fault.

I was trimming the bushes around the unit, and notice that the fan blades looked bent. My neighbor found that they were completely off the motor, and that it needed to be professionally repaired or replaced.He told me to give Deals Heating & Air a call, and when I did... they were here in no time at all. They inspected the unit, order the parts, and was able to come back to replace the motor and blades two days later. Deals Heating and Air is the best!!! Had been without A/C over a very hot July 2107 weekend. Called Deals at 11:23am and Eddie, the awesome (technician), was here by 11:32am. Eddie found my capacitor was bad, replaced it and was finished before noon. Now we do not have to do hot yoga and we can cook in the oven and dry clothes at the same time......

The tech (Eddy) was very nice and got my air fixed quickly. We just moved to Statesboro in November and Deals was the company who the old owners used. I will keep using Deals.

I had a great experience with Deals Heating and Air. They listened to the previous problems that I had with an existing unit. They explained to me exactly how they could fix the problems that I had. I said that I would like to replace my existing unit and fix leaky duct work. They gave me 4 estimates and an option to pay at once or choose a payment plan . All work was completed to my specifications in just 1 day. All old materials was removed from site and cleaned up. My house is now free from cold spots.
