Verizon in general is the worst communications company ever. Communications ????? Try to cancel equipment like a jet pack or a home phone when you move or changed companies or anything like that if you dont remember your pin.... try doing it or anything at a noncorporate store. The corporate store has lines of cars around the building during most hours of operation. Try asking to see or talk about your bill at any noncorporate store. Try calling and getting a verification number they send you while talking to them on a new phone if you are elderly and have not done that yet.If there is anyone at the other end of this message, call me please. You should know me from your records and this number.So sad and feeling so old and out of touch. Ma Bell would be sad also.

One of the people working there just straight up lied about me not being authorized to make changes on my familys account. All i needed was a new SIM card but instead I got no help and a bunch of attitude from the worker. I would rate it a 0 if it were possible.Edit in response to owner: My problem was already solved, no thanks to your team. Im 100% positive this was the correct store, the one right by Brothers. I know because I went to the one on North Atherton 1st and they told me to go here because they were too backed up. That entire morning was an unpleasant experience seeing as how I just had my phone explode earlier that day and had to deal with the call center for 2 hours before I was even told that I would need a new SIM, just to then get shut down after doing exactly what I was told.
I went to this Verizon store to buy a flip phone for my father-in-law to use in case of an emergency. He is handicapped and recently had a situation where his house phone did not work. Justin and Hunter were extremely helpful from the start. They were friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I got exactly what I wanted, and nothing that I didnt. They even found discounts that I didnt know I had and initiated them. Well Done to both of you!
I drove 1.5 hours, past my towns Verizon store, to meet with Guy. The reviews for this store and, my phone call to him sold me on making the drive. Guy worked out my plan and phone upgrade and was great to work with. I’ll be back!

I just purchased my first smart phone there and was also under the pressure of it being my primary business number. I was hesitant to make the change from my 20 year old landline but Kyle calmly reassured me we would work through it and we did! Solid crew. I bought my note 20 at another store and changed my plan over the phone. Someone made me aware that I missed out on some discounts. Coleman who I think is a store manager spent an hour to help me take advantage of the discounts I the other store missed and he helped me to pick a better plan for me.I strongly suggest if your going to have any dealings with verizon, go there.

Im always so pleased with the service at this location. The team members are welcoming, patient and knowledgeable. Yesterday I came in with a problem on my Iphone Xs max. It seemed to be stuck in a loop of some sort. It kept crashing and Hunter and Michael tried everything to repair it, multiple times. Hunter remained determined to help. We decided to jump on the Black Friday deal of the IPhone XS Max and Apple Watch. The customer service we experienced from Roger was phenomenal. The store was so chaotic on Friday that we came back in Saturday morning to finish the transfer of our phones. Roger made sure it was seamless, he went above and beyond for us. We have worked with this store from the beginning, which was in the Nittany Mall and will continue to do so.

First off let me say the employees are very friendly, The store is also very clean. I would shop here anyday over the Actual Verizon store on N. Atherton street. I was never pressured to buy a phone case or unnecessary screen protectors which do more harm than good. Anyway I ordered a iphone SE2020 128gb which was not in stock so they had to order one in. I was under the impression the phone was to be the same price as everyone else selling them at MSRP of $449. Best Buy currently is selling the phone for $399.99 but I do not like them. When I went in to pick up the phone 5 days later the rep said my total was $585. I was like whoa how much was the phone. He said it was $529.99 since I was to buy it outright and not financing it. I was not aware of this prior to coming in. I needed a phone since mine wouldnt work anymore so I was kinda in a bind and decided to buy it anyway since I needed a phone for work asap. Since I mentioned to the salesman I thought it was to be $449 he helped me out by waving a $15 fee which was very nice and helped some. So when I got home I called one of their other locations just to ask about the price to see if I got taken. They said the rep should have told me I could have financed all but $20 to get the lower price. Then just pay the $20 off the first month. Doing this would have saved me $80 and only paid less than $1 in interest. With the COVID 19 shutdown my wife has not been working so $80 is a lot of money to us. If you do go in make sure you know the price before you go in and get it in writing. I didnt think they were going to charge so much more for the same phone, if I would have known what I know now I never would have purchased from them. Walmart, Target and Best Buy and just about everyone else was selling the same phone Unlocked for $449 if bought outright so $529.99 is quite a bit more. So I feel like it was a bait and switch situation which will deter me from coming back in the future.

Wonderful! Went in for an upgrade and Daniel was super helpful. Im wary of screen protection for the curvy screens on Samsung phones (tiny week fingers and Zedges screen protectors dont mix!) but they have this really nice liquid glass cover that he let me try before applying. It works great! Thank goodness, since I always crack my screen after 1.5 years somehow. He also helped us get a new tablet, which my mother has wanted for years! Great service, definitely recommended!

I had the best experience in this Verizon location. I went there to get a new phone. Roger, Jass and Matt were very friendly, helpful and very patient. I had to go back to the shop a few times to resolve a few issues with my phone and every time they patiently helped me. The first time I went to the shop there, my car key broke and it was raining very hard, they did all the could to help me find help with my car. Really wonderful people.

Daniel helped upgrade my families 4 phones and helped us understand the tablets and jet pack. He sat down and walked us through what would be on the first bill and those that followed so that there were no surprises! We were extremely grateful they let the kids sit and watch the Disney chanel while we did all of this so they werent tearing apart the store.

This store has exceptional service. These guys (Jass and Coleman) helped me get my apple watch up and running, even though it took about 4 hours for my watch to update to the correct OS (not their fault). They were nice, accommodating, and very knowledgable. Id recommend them to a friend any day.

Dont go to this Verizon my dad went there and bought a few phones and they added on insurance on every line without me even asking. When I asked the rep why he said we always just add insurance to peoples phones. Would highly recommend the one by Starbucks over this store.

I think we can collectively agree that going to the Verizon store on North Atherton is traditionally nothing short of a nightmare with how long the normal trip takes, and this store was the absolute opposite of that. Jaspreet and Roger were able to get me in and out of the door within about a half an hour, and that was with upgrading 2 phones an transferring data. Jaspreet was a refreshing associate to deal with and very knowledgeable . I do not often write reviews but felt it necessary to say a good word about these guys.
