I came in to get a basic internet setup and had a few questions, Tyler at customer service desk was extremely helpful and answered all my question. He did everything in a timely manner and was very courteous. Couldn’t be happier with the hospitality from Tyler thanks!!!

The people who work in the service center are great, but the xfinifty call center are not bright people at all. I was on the phone for 2 hours just trying to explain to them that I knew what the problem was, but they wouldn’t hear me out and kept putting me on hold for 10 minutes at a time. One of my Ethernet ports was shorted out and I just wanted to ask if I could pick up a new one. Future reference just drive to your local service center and speak to more understanding personnel.
I know what they say. Its not their fault. Truly I dont care. I want to get exactly what I was promised without any problems. X1 box with voice remote? Nope you dont get that because there is some national shortage. I wanna say they should use a different manufacturer if they cant keep up with the demand. The service in this specific center was also less than perfect. The man was dismissive and didnt listen to what I had to say. Try better customer service. Thanks
My comment is about Xfinity in general (not this location). I simply wanted to check the available internet options and the pricing. They do not provide this information on their website. So, I called them, and again, they did not provide a clear answer to my question. I do not know why they do not provide these basic information on their website, so that peoples time is not wasted.
Cant summarize it better than a lack of options.Random unauthorized changes to our plan. Called three times, each time told service was switched back and the bill was changed just takes a while to update. Three weeks later paid the monthly bill, $40 more than it should be :/
Be careful! Not only low speed net but also have a scam company to cooperation with them. they said you are a lucky membership to get a luxury bag just few bucks. actually 15 days later they would discount your money about 200 bucks every month without your confirm. first time it is about 100 or 200 bucks.
Overall positive experience at this service center.Comcast messed up my bill a while back when I ended service, which was frustrating but I didnt bother trying to get it fixed because I had ended service. However, I wanted to start service again when I moved here, and the lady at this service center was extremely helpful. The incorrect charges from a year ago were removed from my account and I was able to start service seamlessly. Also, when I said I wanted to buy my own router, there was no pressure against that.
Customer service was pretty nice and informative. Obviously they try to sell you as much as they can but that should be expected. Not a problem if you know exactly what you want. Ive had the 25mb internet package for two weeks now and am very happy with it. Ping is reasonable and very stable. Downtime and packet loss are never a problem. Box rental is only $10/month which is honestly reasonable.
Poor quality internet and wifi slow and disconnects alot. Have had agent to house several times, still same concern. They cannot resolve issue. Will have to change internet/cable provider to get resolved.

Ive read nothing but bad reviews about this company and their customer service. Still, I was tempted by their low price for internet service so I signed up with them anyway, despite the naysayers.I went to this customer service center in State College, PA at about 4:45pm, just fifteen minutes til closing, and I happened to be the second person in a long line of customers.The sole employee at the time was fellow named Bill and he did a spectacular job. I was highly impressed by how patient and helpful he was every customer even though it would guarantee that he would be late to close the shop. He answered every question and provided everything I needed, and he did it with genuine concern for the customer.Later, I attempted to install everything myself (that didnt work out so well) so I had to call their hotline for assistance. Although the woman who answered the call was at a call center in the Phillipines, she still expressed a level of expertise and consideration which impressed me.I think that its employees like Bill who are the face of a company and who create a reputation for a company. I hope that one of his managers read this review and give him a raise or promotion.

Terrible company to deal with. They enjoy ripping off college students through monthly modem rentals and other frivolous fees. Customer service is mediocre at best. The only way I got my slow service resolved was by filing a complaint with the FCC! If you have the option, go with Windstream or Getwireless. Theres a reason why Comcast was voted the worst company in 2014. If you want to find out, feel free to give them a try!

Supposed to get 150 Mbps, I get anywhere from 5-50 depending on the day, averaging around 10. The connection was constantly low and dropping multiple times a day. We called multiple times and followed the ridiculous steps to fix it, where they come up with ludicrous reasons for the problem (I should know as I am an IT technician). Finally, they tell me to go get their newest dual-band router. It solved the connection dropping issues, but my speed was still extremely slow. I know the problem is a bad signal through the coax cable, as my TV even cuts off sometimes. Finally schedule for a technician to come check out the problem and when i suggest the problem is the coax line, he completely refutes the idea. When he unplugs the coax from the modem he says, wow the end of this line is really burnt out and proceeds to splice the wire and attach a new end, rather than checking the dB signal in the line which needs to be replaced. All I can say is that Windstream might only offer slow connections, but at least they are honest and you get what you pay for.

They literally stole my cable box from my house. Im not even kidding. The guy showed up and took it by accident and wouldnt give it back, even though I was still being billed for it. Do ANY OTHER CABLE COMPANY than comcast. Theyre the WORST. When I called their customer service hotline to speak to a human being about the issue, their robot ordered me a $60 pay-per-view wrestling match because it thought my no was a yes. Honestly I could write a book on how awful this company is.
Because they friendly, and help me with any issues that I have with my phone or cable.
Scheduled a technician visit to my apartment, and on the day of the visit, they had no record of the appointment. I am absolutely livid. On top of taking time off of work, they are charging me for this service call when it is THEIR service that is screwing up.

As a Gamer, doing pick this internet company.
Went to the Comcast offfice on Beaver before 1 pm, office was closed for lunch. This didnt match the hours of the door. Checked online and theres NO mention of office hours. In addition I had tried to contact them online and of course that didnt work either.
