We called numerous shops nearby and Riley was the only person who can get the tires ready for us that same afternoon. Longest 2hr drive ever driving with a donut doing 50 mph on an 80 mph speed limit 😂. Finally met the man himself while checking in. Riley was very professional, honest, and super compassionate. I really appreciate both him and his tech discussing in details about all the car issues and cost, with no hidden agenda. Labor work did not take long at all, it was fast and efficient. I live in American fork area and I come to this place specifically because of the great service these guys provide. Riley is top notch and a very professional, honest guy.

Great Shop, they are honest and dont try to sell you more than you need. I have worked with them a lot and never had a bad experience. I took my truck in for wheels and tires and they got me what I needed at a lower price. I even suggested getting new shocks and they checked mine out and said they were fine. I am glad they are honest and dont try for every upsell.

My daughter hit a rock driving through Colorado that blew out her tire. She got her tire fixed and I took it to Johnson Tire Pros to get the alignment fixed. We were only in town for two days but they heard what happened, got us in and took care of us. They did show us several items that need to be repaired but were very helpful and told us that these didnt need to be repaired right away and could wait until we got it back home in Illinois. Great people, honest and helpful. I recommend them to anyone.

On Saturday, October 10, 2020, I took my truck to have the emissions inspection done. I asked the mechanic to check the brakes, he informed me that he had dismantled the brakes for inspection and the brakes were working fine. 15 minutes after leaving Johnsons Tire Pros, the brakes started making squeaking noises, I continued driving my truck a couple of minutes. While I was driving on a busy road, the brakes got stuck and almost caused an accident from the sudden stop on the road. I took the truck back on the next business day and explained the problem, the agent of Johnson Tire Pros informed me that the mechanic that had dismantled the brakes didnt know how to work with drum brakes but they had dismantled the brakes again and fixed the problems the previous mechanic created. I tested my car brakes again and the brakes were making a very loud squeaking sound. My wife brought the truck to the shop again, it was an hour and a half before closing time and she was told they wouldnt look at the truck because it was late in the day and to bring the truck on Monday because the mechanic that worked on Saturday didnt know how to fix the drum brakes on the truck. Since Johnson Tires Pros did not fix the problem the second time and they didnt have a good mechanic to fix the issue, I took my truck to a different shop because I did not want the car to continue having the brakes get stuck or squeak. The new mechanic shop showed me how the mechanic from Johnson Tire Pros had damaged the drums and were no longer working and had to replace them with new ones. Johnson Tire Pros showed they did not care. The brakes getting stuck completely during a drive could have ended in a fatality accident. Instead of showing that they would fix the issue they kept giving me the run around. I ended up paying for the new drums they had damaged at another shop after seeing how badly they had damaged the drums when the two mechanics dismantled the brakes. It is unfortunate that this business does not care about fixing their mistakes and showed no urgency in rectifying the problem they caused. I think since they have many customers, they do not care about providing good service anymore. If you are having issues with your car brakes after bringing them to this shop, be aware that they have mechanics who are causing the damage to your car brakes and they do not care if their negligence causes unsafe conditions for their customers.

This was my first time coming here and everyone was super friendly and very helpful, I was in and out fast great service.

I had an old trailer that had some very old tires. Called them and they converted the old size to new. Drove it in same day and what Im assuming to be the manager put four guys on it and had me out of there in 20 mins. They were on it. I called other big chain shops and most wanted an appointment or for me to leave the trailer for hours. The service was top notch and the price was great. Thank you!

I have been going to Johnson tire for about 20 years now. They are my tire shop and mechanic. I am a mechanic myself, but i dont work on cars. I cant list all the times they have saved me a lot of money and great experiences I have had. Several times I took my car in and we agreed on what the problem is and they said they needed to order the parts. They would call me a day or two later to come get my car. They would charge me Half an hour labor and tell me they found something simple and didnt need the ordered parts. Most places would just charge you full price and you wouldnt know the difference. After reading some of the reviews and people complaining about them being too slow or too busy...thats the kind of shop you want to use. That means they are good shop, fair priced and have a lot of repeat business. If a mechanic can get you in right now, you really have to wonder why!!! As a mechanic myself, you take your time, TRY to find the right problem and fix it right the first time. I drive from out of town to use them and wont go anywhere else.

Finding a good mechanic is always worth the search for me. Luckily Johnson tires was highly recommended to us so we didn’t have to search long. We went in for a simple oil change and they were so helpful and honest. We’ve taken both of our vehicles back and appreciate their work. They also have the waiting area set up to accommodate children with a train set. Our son loved it!! Johnson Tire is definitely our go to for car maintenance and issues.

I brought my car in on Friday for some new brakes rotors and tires. They had it done that same day and the cost wasn’t outrageous. I’m definitely impressed with this place and I will be back in the future!

Holy cow they are fast!! I was told it would be 30 minutes before they could pull in my car to start doing my emissions check, (I went there on a Saturday morning so I considered that pretty fast in the first place) and they were done within 15 minutes. They are so easy to work with and so fast!!

I had AMAZING service! Reilly is super, super helpful and friendly! The day I went they were really short staffed, and I still had 4 brand new tires within 1 hour and 1/2. These guys are awesome!

I called around 10 am to see if they could simply change my headlight bulbs which I had already bought where they quoted me $10 a light. Im a hands on person that typically does my own minor car repairs. Being that I work 65 hours a week and had been up for 15 hours already, I wanted to have someone knowledgeable help me out so it was faster and more convenient. When I got there around 1, I was the only customer there and I was informed that my bumper would need to be removed so it would take about an hour. Knowing exactly how the replacement was done, I informed them it didnt need to come off. They proceeded with the replacement and an hour later, charged me $78 for both lights.Next time Ill just take my car to Payson like I should have in the first place. I was robbed of $50 because of their inability to speak the truth. I dont recommend at all.Only good thing about them is they were friendly.

I dont know much of this place, although I do know that I tried to take my car here to get the radiator checked on a Friday and they said they cant look at it until Tuesday. There were plenty of bays open and they did not look up super busy.I looked up Auto repair on Google maps in it showed this place.They simply did not have time for me. so I know that I wont be getting tires or any kind of out of work done here.

Great friendly service

I like going there with kids. They have a play area, tv for the kids, popcorn and candy, and a glass door into their shop so the kiddos can watch the work going on. Ive noticed the oil changes are slightly more (about $5) than others places in town. Totally worth it to have a nice place to wait with kids.

High quality work, but it doesnt come cheap. Also they always seem to have a super long wait to get your car in - way too busy. You will never get your car fixed the same day. But they seem to do good work that lasts.

I called to get a quote and then the final total came out to be about $30 higher. I simply mentioned about somebody on the phone quoting me a lower price and they very quickly and easily agreed to honor the original quoted price. They were very friendly and happy during all of my interactions with them.The speed wasnt very quick but they knew beforehand that time wasnt a priority as I left my car with them while I went to work, so they still get 5 stars. Would definitely recommend to everybody in the area.

Got my wifes car serviced here on 1/11/16. Jeff was a wonderful person and was helpful. Two of our rotors were bad and brakes. And than he checked our tires for us and rotated them for free of charge.Our brakes are working great. And Riley was super helpful with questions while Jeff was busy. Im happy with the service I received here. I hope when I come here again that they continue this great quality service.

I desperately needed a couple of new front tires. The whole team (and specifically Randy) were super quick, courteous, and helpful, even when my tires werent in stock (they got them ordered into the store the same day, though). They were also transparent and didnt try and upsell me, which I appreciated immensely. Ive got some upcoming maintenance on my car I need to do and I am definitely coming back to these guys.

Great service from these guys! I took my truck in for a check engine light and they determined I needed a tuneup and when I got the truck back the check engine light was still on. I called them back and they said for me to bring the truck back in but I was worried that I was going to be out another $500 for something else that magically broke. they explained to me that was the fuel sensor was bad, which had been worked on with another shop about a year ago they felt bad since I already spent over $500 on the tuneup and only charged me for parts. These guys deserve six stars for exceptional service. Thank you!

Local tire shop that had always been great to work. They have good prices and never try to up sell you stuff like big chains (there is a big o in town that is aweful). The staff is great and the technician know what they are doing.

Weve gone to Johnson Tires for 8 years, and wouldnt go anywhere else. They give great service, and they are honest! They always call before making a major repair to let us know up front what approximate cost will be. Theres never any pressure or made-up repairs.

For me, it’s well worth the drive from Saratoga Springs.Keep in mind that it may take a little longer to get in and out (supremely because of the loyal customer base and those customers telling others) but the quality of the service is well worth the wait.

Very friendly and competent. Dropped the car off at 11:30 am and was told 1 1/2 hour turnaround for new tires and an oil chang. Took 4 hours. I waited and was late back to work.

I got there at 8:03 and they were just unlocking the doors but because they are so awesome, I was 5th in line. Two hours later, my car was finally finished.Your really cant go wrong there. They dont try to up-sell you on anything *cough Jiffy Lube*, but you better have an open calendar when you show up.

I was in the middle of swapping the snow tire to summer tire on my own. I have 2 set of wheels and tires. One of the wheel wont come off even I tried my best. Walk in asked for help. Within 30 mins the wheel is off and the wheel with summer tire is on. Free of charge and Im really grateful for their help! They are fast, honest and friendly, highly recommended!

A few months back my car had an issue where it would die randomly while driving on the freeway. I took my car to multiple mechanics and then finally the dealer and no one was able to figure out what the deal was. I finally decided to take the car to a mechanic closer to my work. I brought my car here and within a few days of having the car they were able to find the issue and get it fixed. It even ended up being cheaper than they quoted me. I think this is a great place to take your car.

They are honest and very friendly. I once got over charged by them and neither of us caught it. A few days later they realized what had happened and called me and made things right. I was very impressed with their honesty and integrity.

I picked up a set of Goodyear Duratracs from Johnsons. They ordered them in and installed same day. They kept me up to date on everything that was done.
