I drive up from Provo every day because I love this gym so much. Crystal does a FANTASTIC job and is so friendly and kind. I rarely have to wait for any equipment, and this gym has a really positive environment. Love it here!

I love this gym! As a female I wanted a gym where I could go and feel safe no matter what hour of day I workout. I love that its not as packed as other gyms near by. I rarely have to wait for a piece of equipment to be available. I also really appreciate how clean it is. Ive been to other gyms and this one is the cleanest one. Crystal who works in the office is so friendly and helpful. Shes great at answering any questions people have and will even go out of her way to show people different workout ideas. I have even seen her on many visits walk around and make sure everyone feels welcome. This gym is a great choice and I highly recommend it!

I have nothing but good words about this gym especially this location. I have been with Anytime fitness since the beginning of 2020. Crystal is easily one of the best! I feel very safe at this gym and actually enjoy going instead of fearing it. They have so many different equipment. If you are looking for a gym that you love, this will be it 100%! I stand by that!

Signed up and then changed my mind immediately, tried to cancel within the time frame in my contract but manager wouldnt allow it. Have paid well over $500 for a gym I have used once, a year later the manager is still making it extremely difficult to cancel even though my contract is up. Dishonest woman running the place.

This is a gym. Not a hotel. I’m not basing my review off of luxury. You go to the gym to get uncomfortable. Since I’ve been there, new equipment has been added. If I’ve ever had a concern I just communicate to the location manager and they always help me out. I don’t need TVs, saunas or a cafe to help my gym experience be the best.I’ve never had a problem with member volume either. I can always get to my favorite equipment. This place is just what I needed and frankly, for me, has been nothing but more convenient than Vasa.AGAIN: the 5-star kicker here is the location managers willingness to help EVERY member. If you communicate to her, she will communicate back and respond very professionally.Thank you Anytime, and thank you Crystal.

I’ve been coming to anytime fitness for 4 years now and this place has gotten better and better every year. They are always looking to improve and are constantly asking guests what they could do better.Yes, it’s a smaller gym but they have all the equipment you need and they keep all the equipment CLEAN.A great gym with a great community within it.

Ive been to two gyms in my life and this one is the best out of both of them. I love the staff there . Very friendly and helpful from my experience. Even when I needed to cancel my membership they of course tried to get me to stay but still let me go with the hope of coming back. Which hopefully one day I can. The gym is a little bit ghetto but they do their best to keep it clean and are trying to update it with what space they have. Some tools are a bit old. Overall I really enjoyed my experience with Anytime. I hope I can return there in the future. There was no pressure from trainers to join them and from a previous bad experience it was nice not to be badgered every time I went in. But they are super helpful when you do ask them.Thank you Anytime for your great work and friendly customer service.

I love this place! It’s so convenient. You can park close and go literally anytime!:) The employees are very professional. I’ve never been pressured by a trainer to work with them. The equipment is nice and clean. There are a lot of windows and natural light.

All but two of the televisions that are attached to the treadmills have be out of service for several months. Repeated complaints been answered with we are working on it but to date have produced no results. Members who pay a monthly membership fee should be entitled to equipment in good working condition. My wife and I are disappointed in the quality of service at this gym.

I enjoy coming to Anytime Fitness. I have a great class 3 times a week and personal training twice a week. The restrooms are nice and large. I like the variety of machines and equipment. The cleanliness of the facilities is good. I like to be able to come anytime I want. The people are fun and friendly. Jake is a great trainer and very personable.

My husband and I have been members for over 4 years!!! We love the convience of the location. Being able to workout anytime is great. The facility is clean. The equipment is up to date and many classes to chose from. We also like that the owner is in the building and willing to help in anyway. Problem free gym and great pricing.

I was blowing with how clean the gym was! Great atmosphere, the staff and trainers have been great. I scheduled a free consultation with trainer she did great, covered everything as well as nutrition. They have state of the art equipment as well, the treadmills are awesome all touch screen and tons of features. My experience so far has been nothing but positive great place.

I didn’t know where I was going In life, I was clinically obese, depressed, and had no motivation to do anything. When I joined anytime, I got my life back, I could’ve done this at any gym, but anytime was special. The staff was always helpful, the equipment was always clean and I always felt comfortable. I tried other gyms and they never worked. I lost 70 lbs at anytime with hard work and good nutrition. This place not only gave me my life back(if I kept going down the path I was) it possibly saved my life as well!!

This is by far the best gym I have been to. Very clean and equipment is high quality. Love the tanning add on and the fact that I can work out 7 days a week!!! Great staff and members are courteous. Wonderful environment for all ages and abilities.

I have been a member since 2008, I have absolutely loved it. Its always clean, and well maintained! The staff and owner have been great, always helpful. The training is amazing, excellent trainers. They have the best cardio machines and its very well equipped with everything I need. Would recommend to anyone in the area definitely the nicest club around.

They get a new piece of equipment every month. Each piece of equipment is better than the last. I keep getting blown away at how much this place has improved. The owner and all the trainers are so friendly - it makes for a great experience. I cant possibly give a higher review.

Got charged almost 200.00 a month from the day I joined. Couldn’t get ahold of anyone. Disputed the charges and won. Dishonest. I definitely don’t recommend this gym! They are greedy. Not to mention I wasn’t impressed with the facility at all. Much better gyms out there.

I really like this gym except for when we went this morning my son and I were welcomed by an employee working out in just his boxer briefs. No shorts or shirt. This was extremely uncomfortable and very unprofessional. When I was sold my membership I was told that members are required to keep shirts on and respect that other members are there as well. After about 30 minutes the employee finally put shorts on. As an owner of a company I hold my employees to a higher standard. I pay the higher price because it was smaller and offered an environment that was comfortable. Many other members were disgusted by the fact that this employee had no respect for other members. I challenge the owner to hold his employees to a higher standard. This gym is kept clean and the members are all very courteous. Don’t let your employee ruin it for all your paying members.

I was a member of this gym for about two years, and was extremely satisfied with my experience. The owner and staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The facility is clean and attractive. There was ample space and equipment to do just about any exercise this weightlifting girl wished!

Best gym out there! Other gyms in Utah are always crowded with negative people and all the equipment is either broken or being used. Anytime fitness is ALWAYS clean and well maintained, ESPECIALLY the one here in Springville. Trey and the rest of the staff are super well mannered people. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a gym!

It is great for 24/7 access and I like the low overhead with very little staff. But, like every gym, theyve adopted a policy where they try to squeeze every last dime out of you.My wife and I cancelled our service 2 months before the end of our contract. On the last month of our contract we called again to verify that we were fully cancelled and would not renew. Fast forward to a year later when I get a collections letter from Anytime for my year of unpaid dues. I called in and was told that there was no way I could have cancelled over the phone because Id need to cancel in person. In person I was told I needed to cancel over the phone. During the year I never got one phone call, letter or email. We hadnt moved or changed our numbers either.The gyms are great but get anything you hear from corporate in writing.

Amazing club, been going for about 2 years and love it. Been to multiple other Anytime Fitness clubs, and hands down this club is the best. Always clean, and very well maintained. They are always adding new equipment and cardio to the club. The owner is very nice and helpful along with the other staff I really do love this gym.

I have been a member of this club sense it has opened and loved every minute of it! Just when I thought things couldnt get any better, they did! They recently remodeled the gym and added a ton of new equipment. They also over hauled the old equipment. It is a new gym! There is also a new owner who takes great pride in the gym. Traykon has been outstanding to work with and really cares about his members and the club. Hes very approachable and knows what hes talking about. This is a club that Im proud to be a member of!

My wife and I have been members since 2009 -- through two different managers. We have found management responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. The gym is always clean, and its been our experience that anything that breaks is quickly repaired. The gym has also been good about introducing new equipment and replacing outdated equipment. Weve been very happy with our membership there.

Really enjoyed Anytime Fitness in Springville. Previously a member at Golds Gym, wish I joined Anytime earlier. The gym is clean, weights are in racked and in order, no music blasting in my ears and it has a much better atmosphere. What I really like is that I can get a workout at any hour on any day. Recommend Anytime over any gym Ive belonged to in the past.

Ive been trying for weeks to contact this gym to cancel my membership. I cant get anyone to pick up the phone. Have left multiple voice messages and have emailed multiple times. They have now charged my card AGAIN for $37.99 and I simply want to cancel. The customer service here is a bad joke.

This gym is kept very clean and they have great equipment options. I really liked that they offered a free training session with a personal trainer. I highly recommend checking this gym out!

I thought for sure I’d read complaints about the herd of gorillas seen leaning on equipment, chatting about football games or the latest drama like the free-weights area is the new, unannounced, hang-out spot of the playground. Maybe I’m choosing bad hours, so I’ll put it at that.In three short months, I’ll take my place in the ‘you’ve-been-a-member-for-two-years club. WOO WOO! In that time, I’ve seen good, reputable consistency with management, cleanliness of equipment and scheduled classes. The owners and trainers have treated me as a good friend since the beginning, as I assumed they do most of their clients.PROS:-ACCESSIBILITY (If you’re a night owl or an early bird, Anytime Fitness has got you covered… it’s in the company’s name for crying out loud.)-AVAILABILITY (Most equipment is available… to get the Ape’s attention, I carry bananas… I kid I kid.)-FLEXIBILITY (The owners have added month-to-month tanning sessions for us, frozen our accounts when on vacation, added temporary personal training, etc. all with no hassle or fees other than for the services rendered)CONS:-LIMITED CLASS TIMES (although they do have yoga and other classes, it would be nice to have various times throughout the day of those classes)-AUTHORITATIVE TRED MILLS (I like to run and those stinking machines just shut off and cool down after 65 minutes and the rebooting time is like a 2001 PC.)-NO POOL (yeah, I know it’s a small gym but that would make this little exercise spot a heaven on earth.)SUGGESTIONS:-Showcase ‘times’ when the gym is slow… so that people who want to get in and out don’t have to bring goodies to move the herd.Hopefully this helps.Again, my experience and hopefully one that evens out the playing field of negative reviews.

DISHONEST BILLING!!! Like several other reviewers, they kept charging me after the membership was supposed to be canceled. They made me come in several times before I could actually cancel, and no one I dealt with was at all friendly or helpful. It ended up costing me 3 months of extra charges before it finally ended. Easy gym to join, impossible to leave.

Signed up for this gym back in 2007 when they was just opening. Loved it at 1st then their customer service started to go down hill. I think it was around the time they made some management or own changes.I have moved from this area last month and its has been hell to get it canceled. Contract say one thing and the live reps at the club and their billing company say another. Place has poor customer service.

I have really enjoyed my experience at Anytime Fitness Springville. The latest cardio equipment, very well equipped. The owner is very responsive, and keeps everything maintained. The gym is extremely clean and well managed. I have been a member of many big name box gyms, and would take Anytime over any of them.

I have been a member since they opened. Good, clean, adult gym. No fashion show or pick up joint. No hidden fees.

I like this place and I will be coming back next time Im in Utah. The place is a little small and parking lot is even smaller. I had to park by the grocery store next to it. From my count, seems like they had a mens bathroom a womens bathroom and a unisex bathroom all equipped with showers. I like the dance/yoga room and I use that to jump rope and warm-up. When I went outside to lift I noticed they had something that I have been looking for. The bubble bench that challenges your core instability muscles in your back while you bench. I got up to about 275x3 before I didnt think I could go up anymore. I had a really good workout. #NastyNomad

Anytime fitness hands down, has the greatest gym environment in the fitness industry. Ive trained at Golds, VASA, Crossfit gyms etc. and Anytime is always the place to be. I travel a ton for work and there is always an Anytime close by. I love this place and the staff is awesome. Great work guys.

I work out at the Anytime Fitness in Springville, Utah about 5 times a week. I love the facility. It is clean, well managed, has all the equipment I like to use. I also go to other gyms in the area (VASA) and Anytime Fitness is head-over-heals better than them. I recommend this gym to all I talk too!

I first singed up a few yrs ago and it was great until I found out the girl who had signed me up changed my contract to 2 yrs instead of the 1 yr I had signed for. Im grateful I had my original contract to prove it. I moved so went in to cancel my contract in March and was told there would still be a payment come out in April. Well guess what there just came one out in May. I feel the are very dishonest there and would like to warn people of their poor billing and dishonesty.

Whats my criteria? 1) An owner that cares. 2) Cleanliness 3) Top-notch equipment. On all of my criteria Anytime Fitness - Springville hits it out of the park. Awesome staff, very easy to work with and I LOVE the fitness classes. Really clean facility and its 24/7! They have afforadble membership prices, TANNING, and all the equipment necessary for a solid work out. They also have TRX which is great for suspension training and allows the BEST full body work out. By far my favorite gym!

My wife liked the gym, but signed up for a 1 year membership. She called to confirm that it would expire and they lied and said it would. Then she tried to cancel after it rolled over into an expensive monthly policy. They said she had to come in to cancel in person. She went in 4 different times and each time, they told her that she had to speak to someone else.The owner was a complete jerk about the whole thing. He was unfriendly, unapologetic and completely rude. Not only were they rude, but they were deliberately dishonest. Be careful before signing up with them.

I love Anytime fitness in general, but the Springville Anytime is amazing! Im there twice a day and love it. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love the group class, the Yoga has helped me get an 8 pack!

Springville has awesome staff and a great amount of equipment, I can always find weights to my workouts. It is also much less busy than VASA at any given time.

Dishonest and I will never go. Plus they sent out fliers to talk down the new rec. center that will be opening in Springville. Springville needs new places to go, I dont trust anyone that would talk down about another business.Dont go. My dad couldnt get out of the contract and told them not to bill him anymore. And what do you know we were billed.I would suggest that you just go to your bank and get them to cancel that automatic withdrawal. Because Anytime Fitness wont do it!STAY AWAY!

The owners are absolutely horrible and dont care about their customers at all. They only care about the money that can be made. Forget trying to get out of your contract when youre really pregnant and sick and cannot work out. Oh and when your contract is up and it should be easy to cancel they make it as hard as possible to try to pin you for a couple extra months. We called, my husband went in, then I had to go in even though our account was joined. Such a horrible experience.My mother in law was hospitalized and bedridden for 6 months and even then since she couldnt come in herself to cancel they wouldnt cancel it. Stay far far away

Overcrowded with equipment that its hard to walk through the gym. Poor planning on classes...sharing the limited weights. Not enough ckass choices. Overpriced. Pay for each class is not acceptable.

I have been a member at ATF for 1/2 dozen years or so which provides me with good experience with the Springville Club. Although I am 68 years old, I am a serious body builder and work out 6 days a week for 1 to 1.5 hours each day. ATF provides me with the constant access to the equipment I need and am able to come literally, anytime. I have been here on Christmas afternoon and New Years Day. The gym is well maintained and clean. The equipment is sufficient for any serious body builder; just add the energy.

Horrible place! They are dishonest to the core! They will lie to you after you cancel and say you only have to pay 1 more payment but the will charge you again the following month as well. I had to go to my bank and change my card so I wouldnt be charged again because when i went in to talk to them my account showed active still and would charge me again.

Dishonest billing--had the same issues as discussed by other reviews. After cancellation they charged us fees two straight months in a row and refused to rectify the situation. Management mistreated my wife in the process and staff at the location did not process paperwork correctly. Buyer beware. I will be contacting BBB.

I never got a membership here and am now glad. I have tried on 2 separate occasions to contact this gym for membership info. First I called and left a voice mail asking for a return call. No call back. Second time I filled out the contact form from their website, and again no call back. I just got done reading all the negative reviews on here and cant help feeling I dodged a bullet. What a poor way to run a business. Surprised they havent gone under yet.

Was a member for 9 months. Skinheads worked with the owner(who is also a closet nazi) to kick me out. Forunately the corporate headquarters forced them to cancel my membership so I didnt have to pay over $250 to cancel.
