I had a great experience here today! Hannah cut my hair and she was the most enjoyable to talk to out of any hairstylist I have had. I can be shy and a little nervous talking to hairdressers but she was so casual and genuine, and I felt comfortable and had a great time. She also did a wonderful job with my hair! She was very confident in her skills and it showed. I would definitely come back here. Thank you, Hannah! :)

Arrived at our scheduled time. The barber lady was on the phone, as we walked in to an empty store. Did not even acknowledge us,as she reclined in a chair. She continued her not work or future appointment oriented conversation for 5 minutes and still didnt even acknowledge our existence or attempt to end the phone call. She casually got up and slowly started sweeping the floor and kept her back to us. It was obvious that she very important because of how loud she was talking on the phone. Easy to determine that it was far from anything work oriented. When I told her that we were here for a haircut, she was extremely irritated I had the nerve to interrupt her important friend phone call. So we left. Do not go here, save your money and go somewhere else. Its clear they do not want your business and hard earned money.

One of my top 3 worst haircuts. I kept pointing out an issue that I wanted the stylist to take care of and she would work on everything else but the issue. After three times pointing it out I was ready to get up and walk out. I used to come to this supercuts all the time and I probably wont come back. No wonder they dont have any business coming in!

I LOVE when I get the opportunity to come in and see my stylist Hannah! She always does an amazing job with my haircut and takes the time to care for me and my hair!! 10/10 recommend her to anyone considering this salon!

Very nice location and the hair stylists were very nice. They also listened very well and would make sure it looked how we wanted it. They also were very helpful in explaining our options for how we wanted our hair to look. We will definitely be going back!

Hannah is the best! Shes professional, always does my hair beautifully! And my hair is red and she knows how to color red hair correctly! Hard to find that! Shes personable and kind and is amazing at her job!

The manager of this store is excellent. She didnt cut my hair, but remembered who i was and my specific style, and made sure the other stylist did my hair accurately. I felt recognized and important, which you dont get at other places.Thanks!

I was a walk in customer and came in at 7:20. There was one stylist in the shop at that time giving a haircut to another gentleman. I was told that it was too late for accepting walk-in customers and that I would have to schedule an appointment. I checked online and there was an appointment open for 7:30 that same evening just minutes away from when I had arrived. I walked in again asking if I could book the one online for 7:30. I was rejected again because this time, apparently, there was an earlier appointment that was pushed back and the stylist forgot to update the change online. I dont know why that excuse came up the second time and not the first. It doesnt matter to me if she was telling the truth or not, it was unprofessional of her to not schedule the appointment properly since there was a change. And it is extremely unprofessional and rude to lie to a customer just so you can go home early. Some may think its just a haircut, however, I just had a pre-employment screening where I had to give a hair sample on top of the normal things. So my hair is messed up and needs to be fixed. So you can see why a haircut would be important to me to get right away. So, Supercruts will just have to miss out on my business and I will happily take it to Sports Clips or even Cookie Cutters 😄, where I can watch my favorite cartoons and get a free balloon 🎈and sucker📍 to boot.

My first cut in 16 months. They did a good job! Very fast and friendly.

The past two times I’ve received a haircut from this location, the results have been subpar. Long patches of hair remained uncut. Part of that I attribute to the mask, but other areas were untouched by the mask. Both times I’ve had to go and recite my hair at home. The visit both times was 5-10 minutes tops, with a single pass with clippers. My hair is curly and can be difficult to see length, but running a comb through my hair (which they didn’t), normally quickly makes the stragglers visible. It felt extremely rushed and like they just wanted to get me out of there (there was one person in line after me). Prices weren’t listed and $20 seemed steep for the service I received. I’m not sure if they’re just less experienced with men’s hair, or if I had back to back poor experiences, but I don’t expect to return. They were nice, but not a good price or haircut.

My daughter got literally an inch cut of her hair. No shampoo, no styling, no layering. We were in and out in 5 minutes. $20. They dont have visible prices so it is my fault for not asking but dang.When I emailed headquarter to verify that was a correct price...well, I never heard back.Ive had great experiences at places like Supercross but I now will not go back.EDITEDI did hear back from the owner and he made it right. He is a new owner and is working to improve the location.

We live in California, but my in-laws live in Springville. I have been going to this Supercuts for the past 4 years when we come to visit. They already have my preferences stored in the computer. Unfortunately, when we visited last July, they were closed due to the pandemic. I was very pleased to see the open sign on this visit. I found out that they have new ownership, but my info was still saved. I had a haircut from Hannah. She was excellent. She asked questions before just cutting, and did an excellent job. There was no others there so check-in was fast and easy. 2 people came in as I was leaving. The entire place seemed extra clean and both Hannah and the other stylist wore masks the entire time. 5 STARS, This place is the best!!!!! Thanks Hannah!!!

One of the worst five haircut Ive ever had in my life. The other four I gave myself. Im usually not picky but this is bad. Nicks, unfeathered, uneven The Establishment was not busy however the stylist spent less than 5 minutes with me. She was nice but seemed untrained. I would not recommend

I recommend checking in online before going in... this saves time sitting there AND the staff doesnt have to stop what they are doing to check you into the system. I have had my hair cut several times here... I had my haircut on Saturday by Miranda... she was quick and efficient and I was happy with the result. I will be back!

I take my son here every so often usually they do an alright job.Unfortunately the last couple times I went my sons hair looked horrible you can obviously tell that the clippers needed to be clean but the ladies were in such a rush each time my son got choppy looking hair cuts. I even tried having them fix it but they couldnt seem to understand or didnt care. I thought the first time was just one time but then it happened again.Then on top of that I told the lady last time my son has sensory issues she didnt even try to work with him so he felt comfortable an wasnt freaking out she just tried to fly through it.

What happened Supercuts?? I made an appointment, showed up on time but the lady was “on lunch?” They asked if I wanted to reschedule?? No. I’ll pay somebody else 30 bucks to cut my hair!!

I always have the best experience with my hair dresser Miranda. Its always hard to find someone to do my long hair the way I want it but, since I found her I feel like a million bucks! This last time she put highlights in my hair and as always I just love it. Not to mention everyone else that works there is just so pleasant. Thanks Supercuts, you have a lifelong client with me!

Absolutely fantastic! I had no appointment, and walked right in and was seated. I was extremely happy with my haircut! The stylist that cut my hair did a great job. The owners are amazing, and took the time to make sure that I was happy with my service. Very professional and friendly! I would highly recommend them.

It was clean and organized. The barber was really friendly. She let my toddler watch a movie on her phone and even cut around with him sitting on my lap. The cut was slightly uneven on top and there is a small line in his hair now. I didnt notice it until we left so thats why only 4 stars.

Good place to get a a good hair cut. I enjoy being able to check in online. They are usually on time. I do believe the prices are bit high for a basic mens hair cut that takes 5 minutes, but if youre poking for fast and relatively good trained hair stylist go here.

Place was empty when I walked in to get a haircut waited 5 min before anyone came to the front desk. I was told they would cut my hair right away. I said “perfect” and then asked to quickly use the restroom before the cut. When I came out 30 seconds later, hairdresser was cutting someone else’s hair. I walked out. Expect this same service when you go 👍🏻

Apparently appointments dont really matter. Had an appointment for my son, and went in, and was put on the normal wait list and waited 30 minutes past the appt time. Hair cut was great!

I’ve taken my 2 year old & my husband both for haircuts. They looked great! Lacey did my husbands & did such a good job. We love that you can check in online so you don’t have to wait at the salon for your service, especially with a 2 yr old. We will for sure be returning!

We went in to get my boys hair cut. He’s little so it was difficult. The stylist did a decent job with how difficult he was being. I was disappointed that the staff wasn’t more friendly or try different ways to calm him down.They kept telling each other inside jokes and gave the impression that they were annoyed we even showed up because we interrupted their conversation.

Oh wow this was the greatest experience I’ve ever had as a customer getting my haircut its quick right off the freeway of I-15! The people were great! Very professional!

Supercuts has one of the best customer service I always go there and get my haircut done, not only do they have one of the great customer service but they always make conversations with you to get to know you better. I recommend going to Supercuts to anyone that is looking for a haircut.

We stopped in a for a Jr boy haircut and were pleased with the service. The haircut was quick and looked great. The staff was friendly and didn’t try to push us to buy any product. I couldn’t get the app to accept my checkin, but it didn’t end up being needed since it wasn’t busy when we we arrived.

Fabulous, personal service! They were booked when we walked in, but we set an appt time for a little later in the day. They were ready for us at our appointed time and my boys received EXCELLENT haircuts. The stylist connected with my younger son via Minecraft talk and both the stylist and receptionist helped my older son know what to ask for when getting a haircut on his own. Supercuts was Super disappointing. 2nd worse haircut in 20 years. The person wasnt experienced and didnt care. It showed in her cut.Normally I am not too picky--this was just bad. Almost to the point of maybe I should just buzz it when I get home kind of bad.

I took my 2 year old to get a haircut. I didnt have to wait long but the girl that cut her hair had no patience with her at all. The haircut lasted less than 5 minutes and her bangs are very crooked. Will definitely not be going back.

When I got my hair done once here I really liked it but this second time I was so disappointed, after 5 years of growing my hair and not dying it. I wanted to try something new, worst 153$ spent. I cried for a few days. My hair is ruined and they left it orange! And when she said we could fix it the next day she wanted to charge me again because it was personal, because I didn’t like it I had to pay which it wasn’t a lot but I wasn’t going to spend another dollar. I tried to get a balage ombré but it was even blended correctly. Anyway I can go on. Staff was friendly I would recommend for hair cuts but definitely not if your dying your hair.

I went in to get a haircut, while I didnt have to wait very long. I felt as if I was treated very poorly. It seems to me that the hairstylists that work there dont know how to work with womens hair. I went in with a picture and came out with much shorter than I wanted, plus she didnt dry or style my hair. She was rude and unfriendly, and it seemed like she didnt want to be there. While I waited 5-10 minutes, my haircut only took 5 minutes.
